“This was my first time boarding my 11 month old puppy. They were wonderful with her, she enjoyed herself and they frequently sent pictures of her so I wouldn’t be worried.”

“Jeffrey was great with our dogs! He took wonderful care of them. He provided regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated. We would be happy to have Jeffrey watch our dogs again in the future.”

“Mary’s very communicative and seemed really nice. I received pictures of Jaxx daily and he seemed to have a good time staying with her. I definitely recommend and will be asking her to watch Jaxx in the future.”

“We absolutely loved our dog sitting experience with Yuiko. She and her family took great care of our dog Zoe. Yuiko updated us everyday with photos and information on how Zoe was progressing with her. We would highly recommend her and will certainly reach out for future bookings.”

“Amy was fantastic - we instantly felt comfortable with her husband and her (and, more importantly, so did the dog!). She was very detail oriented, sent pictures throughout Champ's short stay and made sure Champ got plenty of exercise. I also appreciated her policy not to take multiple dogs at once. We will definitely be repeating with Amy - the whole experience was great!”

“Jackie was a wonderful sitter! Maddie was so happy to stay with them. We left Maddie with Jackie for a kind weekend and she took her to a pumpkin patch and sent great pictures! I highly recommend booking with her!”

“Nick (Xinhao) came through on a last minute holiday request and he took wonderful care of GG for multiple days while I was out of town. He send regular detailed updates with photos without me having to ask. He also graciously accommodated an unavoidable delay on my part during drop off and was more understanding than I could have hoped! Will certainly ask him again if he is available.”

“Cindy was amazing with Hank! She was super responsive and sent a ton of videos/pictures throughout his boarding to let us know he was doing okay. Hank looked like he had a great time, would definitely use Cindy again!”

“Mike watched my dog for a longer time than I ever have left her. She was just fine and well cared for. He made an extra effort to connect with me overseas. I would definitely recommend Mike for your pet!”

“Daja was phenomenal with my pup Samson! Daja was very easy to coordinate with and was super communicative about how Samson was doing. My pup left with a smile on his face, so I will be rebooking with Daja in the future!!”

“Jacqueline was wonderful! She’s kind, patient, and clearly experienced with dogs. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in good hands. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Gabby and her family are amazing! Our dog Lola was so relaxed and happy to spend over a week there. Even in the photos we could see how happy she was. Gabby sent us a great update every day, took Lola on lots of walks, and asked a lot of questions about how best to care for her.”

“Our beagle has separation anxiety and so requires a bit more attention and care. Kerry does a fantastic job of providing just the right amount of attention and always keeps us up to speed on his activities. Plus Ferris loves being at Kerry's place.”

“Rebecca went above and beyond through the entire process. It was my first time using Rover and she exceeded my expectations. She is SO sweet and Sydney enjoyed her vacation with her. I will definitely be scheduling with her again.”
“Monet was awesome! She boarded my pittie pups, Charlie and Bee, for what was supposed to be 2 weeks that turned into almost a month. I appreciated her flexibility to add extra days stay twice allowing more time for my journey. Before their stay we had a zoom call and an in person meet n greet so by the time I took off I was 100% comfortable my pups were in good hands. She sent lots of pics! I was so happy that my pups made fast furry friends during their stay especially since I believed them to be lacking socialization skills with other dogs, actually...even people. To my point, my Bee has always been skittish, but after a few days at Monet's house she settled in...so much so that during their dropoff service my darling Bee wouldn't even come to me. Talk about a Mom feeling some kinda way, her wrapping herself around Monet's legs. But, that's exactly what anyone would want in a boarder...an extension of our love. I would book Money again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend her to others. She loves what she does and is very knowledgeable about dogs. In addition to pickup/drop off service, she meets all dogs in advance, has toys and dog bowls, a big back yard and gives them ample walking time. She even loaned us harnesses during their stay to make their walks easier on all. I love that she specializes in pit bulls, so she was able to pick up and manage their temperaments easily. I don't travel much, but whenever I do I pray Money (Monet, inside joke) will always be available. I hope to utilize her services for random drop off visits in the future, as well. Are you still reading this review and haven't booked her yet..??? She's the real deal!”

“Maria was absolutely amazing taking care of Mac. She made sure he got enough exercise and playtime while also giving him space to wind down and relax. Mac ending up being on prescription diet during the boarding and Maria followed it perfectly! I was so thankful she was able to watch him and I will definitely be booking again. I also really appreciated the updates throughout the day about the various activities she did with Mac. Additionally, her dog Cookie was super playful with Mac despite the large difference in their size. Mac truly seemed like he was having a great time which brought me piece of mind for his stay.”

“Maya's stay with Melanie over Christmas was great. Melanie's home is very welcoming and she made every effort to make sure Maya was comfortable. Thank you for having her and I will definitely be in touch for a future stay!”

“Lizzy was fantastic - good communication, easy to make arrangements, and most importantly, great with my pups. They came back happy and healthy and obviously had a great time. Thanks!”

“Extremely reliable and communicative! My dog has anxiety when we leave. Jeff went above and beyond to make her as comfortable as possible including staying at our house overnight and additional check-ins during the day. I would recommend Jeff to everyone looking for a safe, reliable person for their pets.”

“Lauren was fantastic. She didn’t only take care of the necessities of my cat (food, litter), she was loving and engaged. She took our notes seriously and gave him attention and cuddles but also played with him so he got attention and also exercise. She sent lots of videos and photos at each visit to calm our nerves. Our baby warmed up to her almost immediately and adjusted well to us being away because of her.”

“Amanda was an absolute joy to work with and was wonderful and very sweet with my cat! I HIGHLY recommend her as a pet sitter. She is reliable, fair, responsible and kind. I plan to request Amanda again in the future for my pet care needs! You should feel confident and secure in hiring Amanda to take care of your pet!”

“Jacqueline was a tremendous help while I was out of town. I got tons of photos of my little fur baby and could clearly tell he was happy and well taken care of. She was also always quick to respond to my messages. I will absolutely be in touch with Jacqueline for any future cat sitting needs!”

“Good job and my cats were happy! Isobel was very timely and super nice about sending pics! I would definitely recommend her. I travel a lot and it’s nice to have someone to rely on!”

“This was our family’s first time using Rover for our two senior cats, Carson and McGee. Courtney B was very reassuring and on the meet & greet, the cats took to her right away. We were gone for a long weekend and Courtney reported back with each visit with pictures and how they seemed to be doing. All was peaceful and happy upon our return! Thank you, Courtney, for giving us peace of mind and making the kitties happy boys!”

“Lucy is the absolute best! This is my third time using her and I would not trust anyone else with my fur babies lol. She goes above and beyond, gave my cat medicine, and is super helpful. 5 stars, cannot recommend enough. Ty again Lucy!”

“Could she be any better???? Marian is super-flexible, very funny, reliable, and takes her job seriously. Best of all? My grouchy cat (he hates everyone) loved her from the moment she walked in the door. She really had his number. Thanks, Marian!”

“This was my first time ever using a service to care for my cat and the first time leaving my cat for a week. Which was a big deal for a new pet parent! Nikki was amazing. She was thorough in gathering care instructions for Lil Sweetie, prompt with her check-ins, and sent detailed visit cards with cute pics of my kitty so I could keep in touch while I was away and missing her. I felt completely at ease knowing Sweetie was in the care of Nikki. I will definitely be booking Nikki again in the future and would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Nikki!”

About: Hi! We’re Electra and Crescent. We love travel, food and animals! 🐾 We’re lifelong pet parents who have shared our home with cats and dogs for decades. We currently live with three cats of our own (2 belonged to my late mother) Kiki the senior Russian blue, Helena the toothless full figured queen and Charles Mr. Humpty Dumpty. We genuinely love caring for animals and understand the unique needs of picky eaters, seniors, energetic and active animals or pets who prefer calm, low-stress environments. We call Charles our “special needs baby” since he is neutered but loves to hump his cat toy (Matilda) Kiki was my mom’s cat who is a senior and has IBD aside from her IBD (which we are managing) she’s a very quiet, laid back cat that likes her quality time. Helena was my mom’s cat and talk about food focused! Despite having only 2 bottom teeth this thick beauty don’t let that stop her! 🐾 I’m Electra and I’m available most of the day. My husband Crescent works Monday–Friday during the day (usually finished by late afternoon). This gives us excellent flexibility for pet sitting: • Boarding at our home: We can typically do pet pickups early evenings or anytime on weekends. • Drop-offs: You can bring your pet anytime. We can also do pickups for you Monday–Friday after 5 pm or anytime on weekends. Since I’m home I can provide personalized, attentive care for your furry family members. Whether it’s longer walks, extra play sessions, or simply quiet companionship for pets that get lonely, we tailor our care to what each animal needs. We board cats (up to 3) or small-medium dogs (up to 2) at a time. We have a dedicated spare bedroom that works beautifully as a cozy “cat hotel” or “doggie retreat” — complete with a litter box, cat tree, twin bed, toys and TV for background noise. Your pets get complete free-roaming access in this room with no crates. Privacy with one family at a time to ensure a calm, stress-free environment for your pet with access to ring camera for boarding stays. We’ll ensure that your cats have a freshly clean litter box daily, interaction multiple hours a day, great window view for birdwatching and followed feeding routine. Your dogs will have plenty of time outside, I’m available and can provide multiple walks and engagement throughout the day, with comfortable indoor space for relaxation and eating routines. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your furry babies are safe and in a controlled space. We offer Ring camera access so you can check in anytime, plus daily text updates with photos and details about how their day went. When we visit your home, we’re extremely mindful of your pet’s normal routines. We’ll make sure they get plenty of attention and playtime if they crave it, or respectful space if they prefer quiet time — always with their comfort and happiness as our top priority.
“Monee is a very nice person and her dog Lucky is a great dog to make him happy to stay. That said, we had some separation anxiety. Monee is experienced and had good suggestions. We will be back!”

About: Retired dog groomer and life long dog owner. I was a dog walker in Center City before I started a family. I was also a dog groomer for 10 years and have plenty of experience around all kinds of pets. I currently walk a few dogs in the surrounding area and have a flexible schedule as I work from home. Our dog passed away and we are currently dog less. I'm currently working from home and have a flexible schedule. I am available for boarding house trained, kid friendly dogs, week days and most weekends. I am also available to house sit in your home with your pet if you prefer. I can provide daily walks and/or yard play time and exercise, as well as feeding and admiring administering simple medications. In my home we have an unfenced yard, so I will walk your dog as per specific needs. We prefer pets not on furniture or bed, and would rather have owner provide something to sleep on. If not provided we do have blankets. We have 3 boys 16 and under so dogs would have to be kid friendly. Our boys love dogs and grew up with a doberman. They are respectful, calm and understanding of pet needs.
“Yuiko is a terrific pet sitter! She gave me Milo’s update very often. This was so helpful for me have peaceful mind as this was my first experience with Yuiko.”

About: Hi! I grew up with cats and dogs, and had small animals during college (much to my dorm RA's chagrin LOL) - a hamster, gerbil, snake, and a rat. Currently my daughter and I have four wonderful cats, including an orange female that keeps us on our toes 😁, and a Betta fish. With friends and family, I am surrounded by dogs - from Chihuahua to Greyhound - and I love them all! I often pet sit and walk a variety of pawsome pups 🐾 ❤️. I'm comfortable with any type of pet (feline, canine, reptile, bird, small mammals, etc.) and would be honored to care for yours. Let's face it, pets can be better than people, and they deserve to be treated with the unconditional love they show us!! 😊 I am self-employed, and have ultimate flexibility to care for your pets on your schedule, day or night! I am available for one-off arrangements, when you are traveling, or on-going regular care. I'm especially happy to spend as much time as needed with your fur babies, to ensure they are well-loved and enriched while you are away! In my own home, I can care for caged animals, such as small mammals, reptiles, birds, or fish. They would be kept in a closed room that is off limits to our cats. For your cats and dogs, I happy to come to your home and spend as much time as needed feeding, cleaning, playing, walking, etc. In addition, if the fit is right, I am happy to welcome your dog into my home during the day for doggie daycare.
About: Hi! I’m Regina — a lifelong dog person (and former lawyer/tech executive) who understands what it’s like to travel and need care you can truly trust. I used to worry about whether my dogs were being fed well, getting enough exercise, and feeling safe and loved — so that’s exactly what I prioritize for every dog I board. I’m based in Chestnut Hill with a small, secure yard that’s especially helpful for older or mobility-limited dogs who need easy outdoor access. For active pups, we get outside for real walks and adventure time — I’m a runner and love long walks, so dogs in my care get more than quick potty breaks. I also build in enrichment and calm downtime (yes, I’ll play music for dogs) so they feel settled while you’re away. I’m safety-first, detail-oriented, and communicative, and I’ll send regular updates so you can relax knowing your dog is flourishing. Crate comfort: I have crates available if your dog is crate-trained, and I’m also happy to board dogs who aren’t — I’ll follow your routine and preferences. Optional add-on: Drop-off and pick-up are available for an additional fee. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I’m currently on sabbatical and prioritize daycare and overnight boarding. My days already include multiple outdoor breaks and longer walks, plus plenty of calm downtime at home, so dogs get a consistent rhythm of exercise, enrichment, meals, and rest. I use set drop-off and pick-up windows to keep care structured, safe, and predictable for every dog. I care for pets in my home only, where I can keep the environment calm, consistent, and closely supervised. I follow your instructions for feeding, routines, and any medications, and I build each day around regular potty breaks, outdoor time, and real walks (not just quick bathroom trips). I have a small yard for easy access—especially helpful for older or mobility-limited dogs—and I also prioritize enrichment and downtime so dogs feel settled. I have crates available for crate-trained dogs, and I’m comfortable caring for dogs who aren’t crate trained as well. I’ll send updates so you always know how your dog is doing.

Family and friends have relied on me for years from a young age to let out, walk, feed, and play with their dogs whether it be when they need help on short notice or go on an extended vacation. As soon as I am able, I can’t wait to adopt a pup of my own! I am currently working remotely so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your dog. It gives me the opportunity to stay active throughout the day while doing something I love. I am available for walks, drop ins, day care, and boarding. About: I grew up with cats and have lived with dogs in the past as well - including a golden retriever and a Great Pyrenees! I have my own pet at home: a 5 year old orange tabby girl named Millie who has been with me since her small kitten days! I watch over cats and dogs alike for friends and neighbors and treat them with the same care I would the pets that have been my family. Fun fact: I'm also an artist when I'm not pet sitting! Some of my artwork includes pet portraits. I work for myself, so I decide my own schedule, which allows me to be fairly flexible. If I'm staying an extended time with your pets, I am able to bring some of my computer work with me so that they get company for even longer than a short walk or a little bit of playtime. I'm happy to care for your pets in your home. In my home, there's a very happy cat who rules the space, so I do not offer boarding at this time.
“Max was so great with Wicket! I really appreciate her taking the time to get to know him, and make sure he got a good play session in the middle of the day, especially since he’s so used to having someone home with him all day.”

“Ally is kind and energetic, asks the right questions, and passionate about pets. She provided comprehensive dog-walking services and care for my Maltese. I felt very comfortable knowing she was there. Will certainly be requesting her help in the future!”

About: I have had my own dogs for about 16 years and counting. I worked as a trusted kennel attendant for 5 years. I enjoy taking care of animals big or small, young or old. Since I was employed at an hospital, I am knowledgeable about some medical things such as pill administering and health signs. I have enjoyed the variety of breeds and behaviors which led to me to always strive to make the pet as comfortable as they let me. My schedule is very flexible although I may only exclude one day from the schedule as a personal rest day and/or preparation. Changes can be made per job. I plan to always have full attention on the pet especially when outside. If a walk is preferred then extra reinforcement will be accounted for. When inside I will ensure that the space is free of any hazards such as chemical, toxic food etc.

“Jeffrey was great with our dogs! He took wonderful care of them. He provided regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated. We would be happy to have Jeffrey watch our dogs again in the future.”

“Maya's stay with Melanie over Christmas was great. Melanie's home is very welcoming and she made every effort to make sure Maya was comfortable. Thank you for having her and I will definitely be in touch for a future stay!”

“Kathleen is wonderful! We know our pup is in such good hands with her and has a great time while we’re away. She takes her on lots of long walks, lets her sleep in the bed, and sends tons of pictures. Can’t recommend enough!”

“Danielle is so great! She has watched my dog twice now and I feel confident knowing he’s in good hands. She’s very communicative and provides consistent updates. I would highly recommend!”

“Emelie is terrific! She has a very warm and bubbly personality that is so well suited for dog-sitting. Bamba loved his stay with her & especially loved socializing with Violet & other dogs who were staying with Emelie. I also especially loved getting photo updates. We will be bringing Bamba back to Emelie’s again very soon!”
