About: Retired dog groomer and life long dog owner. I was a dog walker in Center City before I started a family. I was also a dog groomer for 10 years and have plenty of experience around all kinds of pets. I currently walk a few dogs in the surrounding area and have a flexible schedule as I work from home as a real estate agent. Our dog passed away during COVID, and we are currently dog less. I'm currently working from home and have a flexible schedule. I am available for boarding house trained, kid friendly dogs, week days and most weekends. I am also available to house sit in your home with your pet if you prefer. I can provide daily walks and/or yard play time and exercise, as well as feeding and admiring administering simple medications. In my home we have an unfenced yard, so I will walk your dog as per specific needs. We prefer pets not on furniture or bed, and would rather have owner provide something to sleep on. If not provided we do have blankets. We have 3 boys 16 and under so dogs would have to be kid friendly. Our boys love dogs and grew up with a doberman. About: I have been caring for animals my entire life. I have dogs, cats, pet rats, snakes, geckos, and frogs. I work with dogs with behavioral issues, sassy snakes, geckos who fling themselves into the air and birds who aren't interested in my company! There's nothing on this planet I can't find a reason to love. I work full time during the day from 11-7 so I am unable to do midday visits, but I am happy to do breakfast and dinner check-ins What type of care I give is catered specifically to the individual animal. Some want cuddles, some want someone to sit nearby and be read to, some just want to eat! I let the animal set the stage of our interactions, I find that it fosters a deeper connection in the long term.
