Safety, trust & environment
As a no-kid cat owner, I understand how important your fur babies are! I will treat your home and pets as my own. I will take my shoes off, and leave your place cleaner than I found it. I attend to specific feeding and care details and of course will clean up any messes my client's pets may have. If you set a booking with me I would be happy to set a time to meet and go through all care routines to ensure trust and the best care for your animals! I also enjoy taking photos (with consent) and will send daily updates and pictures of your beautiful fur babies!
Information Caitlin S. would like to know about your pet
Let me know about any medications, walking/exercise expectations, what type of treats (if any) are allowed. How many poo's expected per walk/per day? If there are specific behaviors you are working on, let me know and I'd be happy to help encourage training.
A typical day
Walking in the neighborhood, preferably to green spaces/parks. Fast-paced walking or jogging for younger/more active pups to get extra energy out! Slower, smell-the-flowers kind of walk for the senior pups, also comfortable using a dog stroller if that's necessary. After the walk, maybe a few treats and practice current tricks/behaviors. At a dog park/open space I love to play fetch with balls, sticks, or a chuckit. Even open to a bit of tug-of-war!

Pet care experience
I grew up having animals, with my first pet cat at age 6. Caring for animals was an important part of my upbringing - we also had dogs, other cats, a rabbit, a snake, a bearded dragon, fish, and birds. (not all at the same time, but always had different animals around!) I have a lot of experience caring for different types of animals. I've been dog and house sitting for friends and family for years. I'm comfortable in multiple animal homes, administering medications, and attending to specific food and care regimens. I take the time to get to know each animal and love giving extra pets, snuggles and massages (if the pet allows). Animals are the best friends; they deserve all the care and comfort!

Reviews

Caitlin was very thoughtful and professional and showed our pup lots of attention and affection!

Caitlin is great. My dog loves her! She's super responsible and takes great care of my home. I get daily (at least) communications and pictures and feel confident that all is well so I can enjoy my time away.

Caitlin is great with our shy orange twin cats. She’s sends updates and works patiently with our babies. She was so helpful when illness kept us away a bit longer and took such great care of Apple and Cider as well as our home.

Hung out with my pups in our new apt on short notice. Also walked them before leaving.
