About: I have always loved animals & have had many different pets throughout my life since childhood. I started my first job in the kennel of a vet clinic in 2014. Since then, I’ve worked in multiple other veterinary kennels, a few doggy daycares, and spent a few years managing the kennel for a breeder. I also have about 3 years experience as a veterinary assistant, so I have met all kinds of personalities! My husband is a business owner, and I do his bookkeeping a couple hours a week. Stepping in for pet owners who have busy schedules is the perfect way to spend my free time! I have a fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence. My dog is friendly with other dogs and cats, my cats unfortunately are not friendly with other cats, but they are dog friendly.
“Alyssa did such a wonderful job and my dogs loved her! She sent lots of pictures, took them on nice long walks, and gave them pets and refilled their water bowls. I felt so happy knowing they were safe and well taken care of with her.”
“So grateful and pleased with Mackenzie’s service! They responded promptly and were able to take Apollo out for me on very short notice. Wonderful experience and would love to book again (:”

About: Hello, my name is Sophia, and I’ve grown up in a household full of pets, both big and small. I have extensive experience with cat and dog sitting and truly enjoy caring for animals. Throughout college, I cared for pets of all kinds, including puppies. I’m very active and love spending time outdoors, so your pets will receive plenty of attention and playtime. I’ve built lasting relationships with regular clients over the years and am always happy to care for returning pets, giving you peace of mind while you’re away on trips or outings. I recently graduated and currently work remotely for an internship, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m able to spend plenty of time with pets throughout the day, even while working on my laptop. I’m not someone who sits still for long, so your pets will receive lots of attention, care, and companionship. At home, I currently have one cat and three dogs who are all very loved and well cared for. As someone who enjoys being outdoors, I make sure my pets get plenty of walks and activity even when it’s cold or raining! We also have a backyard and access to a nearby park for extra fun. When caring for your pet, I would ensure they are well fed, comfortable, and fully adjusted to the routine you set, so they receive the care they need to be their happiest.

About: I work fully from home and since I will be home more this year, I'd love to care for your pets! I have experience with petsitting on rover during my college years, both with boarding and drop-ins, and have house-sat in the past couple of years outside of Rover. I have 3 cats myself but I have also had pets since I was a child including a dog, horse, and chinchilla. For house sitting my partner and I are both available for overnights, especially with multiple dogs. I am a remote worker and have the flexibility to adjust my schedule as needed throughout the day for check-ins or housesitting and petsitting stays. I will treat your pets like my own. I wash my cats bowls every day after they eat, fill up their water and make sure it's clean, keep the litter clean, and make sure to play with them and give them enough attention. For dogs I will also make sure to regularly let them out, or walk them. I'm also a plant mom and can water your plants if needed.

Can come multiple times a day with a flexible schedule that can meet your needs. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, whether that means high-energy walks, gentle care for shy animals, or maintaining specific feeding and habitat routines for reptiles and fish. I can administer medications in a variety of ways and have been able to monitor multiple dogs at once during playtimes. I have had 10 dogs in my lifetime, and I can't wait to meet even more. I ask that I meet every pet before hand to make sure we will be a good fit before providing services. I recently graduated with my masters, so I am on the hunt for a full time job. Currently my availability is fully open, but is subject to change later. I had dog-sat many of times before and am extremely respectful of other's property and how they choose to take care of their pet. I like to send pictures of people's pets to them while they are away so they can relax knowing they are in good care.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. From a variety of small to big dogs. My friends and family rely on me to keep them during vacation and for some play time when they like to have a break. My weekly pet care routine is fun because I mix responsibility with play. I keep feeding and grooming on a consistent schedule, but I add variety with walks in different places, new toys, and short training games. It helps my pet stay happy and keeps the routine from feeling repetitive. I make sure everything is cleaned and organized so my furry baby is not getting into mess. I keep the doors closed when not in the room. Everything is puppy proofed.

About: I have always been around various animals growing up, and personally had cats and dogs in my family who were/are practically my “fur” siblings, who I helped care for. At 15 I started watching other people’s pets when they would go out of town for the night or weekend. I still help care for my parent’s pets, including my 15-year-old pit-lab mix who just likes to relax and has to take certain medicines, and a 2-year-old cat who thinks she’s still a kitten and is highly energetic. I personally have two cats too, and I still regularly pet sit for various animals of various ages for friends and family! I am currently working full time in the Charlotte area but if I have enough notice I am able to work from home for house sitting during the day! Otherwise I can do drop ins, night house sittings and weekend house sittings :) I will make sure to get any and all questions or concerns addressed to make sure your pet receives the best care possible while they’re with me, including medications and times for those medications, feeding amounts and times, specific walking areas, certain tasks or expectations needed for your pet, etc.

About: My approach to pet care is rooted in adaptability. Whether providing a high-intensity trek for an energetic puppy or a gentle, patient stroll for a senior companion, I tailor every outing to the specific needs of the breed and temperament. With a personal daily average of 15,000 steps, I am undeterred by the elements and committed to maintaining your pet's routine with professional consistency. From powerful working breeds to delicate companions, I provide a reliable, high-standard experience for every dog in my care. Pet care is my primary focus, allowing me to offer exceptionally flexible and open availability for your feline and canine companions. Because I do not have a traditional 9-to-5 commitment, I am able to fully integrate into your pet’s established schedule, ensuring they receive meals, exercise, and attention exactly when they expect them. I pride myself on being a reliable, full-time presence, undeterred by early mornings or late evenings, to maintain the consistency your pet needs to thrive while you are away. I exclusively offer care within the comfort and familiarity of your own home to minimize stress for your pets. I approach pet sitting with a high level of diligence and a detail-oriented mindset, taking the responsibility of following your specific household routines and safety protocols very seriously. Whether it is adhering to a precise medical regimen, maintaining strict leash safety during our walks, or providing quiet, intuitive companionship for your cats, my goal is to provide a secure, high-standard environment where your pet feels prioritized and safe.
