I rode horses in college, and I volunteer at the humane society on weekends when needed—I’ve spent 150+ hours at humane societies working with dogs and cats!! I will make sure your pets are happiest!! Pet care is one of my main jobs. Feel free to ring me up anytime day or night for your pet care needs. Truly 24 hours for contact. I give fresh water and food every day. I will pet them and play with them if they want, or leave them alone if they want to be left alone.

About: For the past 4 years, I’ve provided loving, dependable care for cats, dogs, and birds through overnight stays, drop-in visits, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and walks. About: I grew up with having a dog around the house, so I have always loved being around pets. The last two summers I have pet sat for families while they were on vacation. Some of the dogs I have taken care of have had medical needs, so I am able to give dogs medication if needed. I have taken care of big and small dogs. I look forward to working and taking care of your pet! During the summer I have more availability outside of when I am on vacation. For house sitting services, I am happy to provide overnight care for your pet. There will be times I will leave the home to run errands, go to work, family time and etc. But I will make sure that your pet’s routine is kept in tact and that they get all the snuggles and love they need. I am a full time teacher so once the school year starts my availability will change. I will not be able to provide pet care in my home. But I can provide pet care in a clients home. I am able to provide walks, feed your pet, provide snuggles, and medication if needed. I will ensure the client home stays clean if I am booked for overnight pet care. If it is too hot outside I may limit the time for the walk. I will also bring a water bottle with a bowl to make sure your dog does not overheat.

About: I’ve raised 2 dogs of my own since they were puppies and one is now a senior. I have received many compliments of being the best dog mom but I am also a very attentive and responsible pet sitter. I have taken care of cats and dogs alike and I truly love and care for them like they are my own. I have plenty of time to care for your pets during the day or evening. I am more of a morning person for sure but I am very flexible. I have a fenced in front and back yard which makes it easy to let dogs outside. About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve loved working with them in all kinds of capacities since I was a child, and for more than 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of doing so professionally. Over the years, I’ve trained and cared for dogs of all personalities and backgrounds, including working dogs, and I truly enjoy getting to know each dog as an individual. I’m a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and am certified in Canine CPR and First Aid through the American Red Cross. I recertify annually so I can stay current with the latest first-aid practices, and I’m also comfortable administering oral medications when needed. Most importantly, I treat every dog in my care as an individual and want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re here. Before your pup comes to stay, I’ll have you fill out a little information form about them. It’s not meant to feel like paperwork for paperwork’s sake—it simply helps me get to know your dog before they arrive. Their routines, quirks, favorite things, and anything else that helps me make them feel at home are all helpful to know. I don’t have a breed preference and have experience with everything from easygoing family companions to high-drive working dogs. Whether your pup is happiest curled up on the couch or ready to spend the day exploring, I’m happy to accommodate their personality and your preferences. And yes, your dog is absolutely welcome on our couch! ❤️ Our home is their home while they’re here, and we want them to feel comfortable and included. At the same time, I’m always happy to follow whatever arrangements work best for your family. No matter what their stay looks like, your pup can count on plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and interaction. My goal is for them to head home happy, tired, and already looking forward to their next visit! I wake up and start the day off with morning let out. After each group has been let we come back in for feeding. Morning feedings normally allow for 30-45 minutes before letting out again for a potty break. They are brought back in, crated, and pups are rotated out for play inside throughout the day. I let out every 2-4 hours through the day or more if needed. I do have the option to add on trail walks for those who have social canines who are good with other dogs and people (I will not be introducing them to others but it is a requirement to the trail). In the evening we normally do the last feeding at 7 pm followed by yard play and starting to settle in. Last potty break is at 10 pm. Note: Although I am at home full time I do on occasion leave our home to run errands. Your dog can be left alone for up to 4 hours (max). If this is ever the case your pup will always be crated and secure. For your pup's safety They are never given free rein while unsupervised. I take the safety of your furry companion very seriously. Canines are let out for potty breaks every 2-4 hours (or as needed, if required more frequently). I have a fenced-in yard so your pup will be safe during potty breaks. I do not allow companions from other families to play with each other. This is a safety measure. Your pup can be under a lot of stress when you're gone and I want to make their stay as smooth and relaxing as possible. This doesn't mean I will not be playing with your pup ourselves! I love playing fetch, puzzle games, and even tug with them. I do allow for several outings in the house throughout the day so they can get plenty of one-on-one attention inside as well as extra pets. I have 5 acres that are attached to the national preserve. If your furry companion is social and enjoys walks, I have several trails I am happy to take them on upon request (weather permitting). All outings are on leash only.

About: My step-dad is a vet and I worked with him at the animal hospital from ages 11 to 26. We have a 66lb Berniedoodle (Preemo) and a cat (Guru). We have a big yard to play with dogs outside. It’s not fenced so dogs only go outside when supervised. I also trained aggressive dogs in the mountains of Mexico (Guanajuato) so they could get adopted instead of put down. I work during the day Mon-Fri and my wife mainly works from home so our pets aren’t rarely alone. I prefer to spend all day outside or at the park so dogs will get plenty of exercise. Our dog and cat love each other and everyone they’ve ever met. Our house is big and we have a lot of property to play fetch and run around.

About: I have been working with and caring for dogs my whole life. Large working breeds to small breeds. I understand dog psychology. I love to work with them and I am in the process of beginning my own company for behavioral modification and training. Give me a call! The German Shepherd in my photos is Rocky, my ultimate comeback kid whom I rescued from a cruelty case. For boarding, I accept only one client at a time so your pet receives complete focus. Before any stay, we will do a meet-and-greet to set up a personalized profile covering meals, sleeping habits, favorite activities, and handling preferences. Shy or nervous pets are always welcome to enjoy a short familiarization visit beforehand so they feel completely at ease. When you drop off, we will get your pet settled in with fresh water, cozy bedding, an approved treat or toy, and their own dedicated cubby for supplies.
