“As soon as we met Dianne and Rob, we realized that we want these guys to take care of our dog. They are very nice and attentive to your preferences. We left our puppy Penny for 10 days while being out of the country. That was our first time to leave our dog, especially for such a long time. We would receive pictures and videos what our baby dog doing, which was very nice and fun to watch. Very highly recommend these guys!!! Very professional and I can tell that they love what they are doing! Natalya and Greg”

“Irene was a terrific resource for us. From the outset she showed to be the caring”dog person” we hoped to find to care for our girl. Midway through our “away” Ijrene notified us that Rosie had thrown up… not panicked a text message and described what she was going to do… which was exactly what I would have done for her. Afterwards Rosie exhibited no other symptoms Irene had notified us next few days her condition and Rosie was bounding out the door when I came to pick up/in flight… so Irene thanks snd we’ll see you again.”

“Valerie was amazing! She and Oliver took such good care of my girls. Valerie was very communicative, sent lots of pictures and was incredibly flexible with pick up and drop offs. I hate leaving my girls and it’s so hard trusting new people with them, but Valerie made the process so seamless and easy. Oliver was also so wonderful and friendly with both my 9 pound baby and my 70 pound baby. I would recommend Valerie to anyone looking for their new pet sitter. Thanks, Valerie! The girls can’t wait to go back :)”

“Jennifer’s family home is clearly a warm and happy place for her two great dogs and any others invited into the fold to stay and play. Jen was kind enough to make time for an initial meet & greet btwn the doggies to test the waters. Once I dropped my dog off she sent photos every day. And by the end of the week’s stay my sweet dog Cookie was so happy with her new pack of friends that I don’t think she wanted to leave ? I highly recommend Jen & will definitely use her services again!”

“Annica and her family were incredibly sweet. She kept me updated throughout our dogs stay, and Emmet seemed completely at home. I would definitely recommend her services and plan to book again in the future.”

“Barbara was lovely to deal with. She is definitely a dog lover. Asked all the right questions about his schedule, food and sleeping needs before having Drax for 3 days and sent lots of cute photos when we were away. It was nice to not worry and he was happy when we picked him up.”

“Our two dogs were very content and well cared for during our getaway. Melissa did a wonderful job communicating and keeping the dogs fed and walked and comfortable.”

“I was beyond happy with Hany. It was clear that she loves the pets in her care. My dog is usually nervous staying with new people, but Hany made her feel right at home. Often my dog won’t eat well with other people, but she was so comfortable with Hany that she ate well every day! Hany’s communication was exceptional. She sent pictures, videos and updates daily, which put me at ease knowing she was in good hands. . I will be a regular with this wonderful caregiver. Thank you Hany!”

“Katelyn was a great dog sitter! She made sure to ask any questions up front about our pup to ensure we would be a great fit. She sent pictures and gave updates throughout our pup’s stay. Best of all, we felt that Luna had a person who really cares for her watching her. I would absolutely recommend Katelyn to care for your fur baby!”

“Hampton had a great time with Gabriella! She followed all instructions and sent so many pictures and updates, which were so appreciated! We will definitely be reaching out again for another stay.”

“Penny was wonderful - she was warm, friendly and welcomed my two dogs into her beautiful home. She was prompt with communication and my dogs came home happy and well rested. Thank you Penny for taking such amazing care of them and Charley and Frankie are looking forward to seeing you very soon!”

“Barbara and Joe took care of our 3 yr old Golden Retriever Hazel. I felt very good leaving Hazel with Barbara after our meet and greet. Hazel had fun playing with her golden Maggie. This was Hazel's first time being away from us overnight and she was happy to see us when we picked her up. Barbara took very good care of Hazel and I am happy to have found her. I will now be able to go on vacation with a clear head knowing Hazel is in a good home and being cared for.”

“Tito, our mini Aussie, had a wonderful week with Donna during our family vacation. She was wonderful and provided plenty of entertainment for our pup including visits to the park, boat rides and pool swimming. Tito felt happy and at home and we had daily photos and updates. We look forward to future bookings with Donna. She was responsible, friendly and flexible.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Jupiter
Irene was Great! I needed a sitter pretty much last minute so that I can travel to NI to see my sick father , and not only was Irene so quick to get back to me, we also set up a day to meet up with my dog and then that was it Levi was feeling it so we decided to book!! If you’re looking for a sitter and want to know that your dog is safe book with Irene now! Thank you, Irene!!!!

This was Willow's first time to stay with Dianne and Rob. Willow is shy so I was very pleased that within an hour of dropping Willow off, I received 2 photos and a short message which assured me that she was doing fine. When I first met Dianne and Rob, they informed me what their exercise and safety procedures were and told me a little about themselves, which helped me decide that their home would be a good place for my dog. Toward the end of Willow's stay, I received a video showing Willow exploring their backyard, which was something new for her. The fact that Willow fell asleep during the ride home told me she had a good day. She will be going back for another day with Dianne and Rob.

We love our furry baby so much it is hard to go away but when we do she goes to summer camp at Barbara’s and we know she is very well taken care of. We get tons of pictures, it helps us a lot. Barbara is a great communicator and always let us know if Gucci gets picky with her food or anything she is worried about. Now that she had enough “summer camps” she felt comfortable taking her to the beach, they had a blast. We loved the pictures and seeing her in her favorite adventure. We are very fortunate to have found her.

Daniel and Madison were awesome. Our dog came back to us super happy and tired! They communicated well and sent us plenty of photos/videos while we were away. Their dog is super friendly and she and Jack were two peas in a pod. Highly recommend and will definitely be repeat customers!!

This was my first time using Rover. I am so happy to say how impressed I was with Jaclyn and Kenneth. Jaclyn offered to visit with me before leaving Dixie and Toby. It was a pleasure meeting with Jaclyn before leaving them. We got to know each other, and it was very comfortable speaking with her…. I would absolutely refer both Jacklyn and Kenneth as I will reach out to them again when needed. Thank you Jackie and Ken for the TLC for Dixie and Toby. Until the next time!

Donna was awesome! Our French bulldog Fergus felt right at home with Donna and her family. We left Fergus for 4 days and she provided plenty of updates and pictures. He was one happy pup at her home. I’d recommend Donna for sure and we will be using her services again!
