Melissa was so great !! From our meet and greet making myself and my dog comfortable to the day of drop off and pick up were amazing. She kept in touch sending pics and videos daily. She even allowed my Hershey to dig in her backyard which Hershey was in heaven for that. So glad I found Melissa :)

I had never left my dog at anyone’s house before so I was a little nervous - I couldn’t have been happier! Sunny was just fine. Safety, trust & environment
Specialty: I specialize in dogs who do best in a calm home setting rather than a busy kennel or facility. I am especially experienced with dogs who need a little extra support, including senior dogs and dogs with medical needs. Past guests have included those requiring daily medications and eye drops, dogs with separation anxiety, hearing-impaired dogs, dogs on pain management medications, and puppies needing gentle structure and basic training reinforcement.

A typical day
INDOOR TIME Indoor time includes naps, companionship, play, toys, and treats for good behavior and training. YARD TIME Dogs enjoy frequent access to our large, double-fenced backyard, where they quickly discover their favorite places to explore, sniff, sunbathe, and play. ADVENTURES (Optional) Some boarders join me on outings such as neighborhood walks, quiet nature trails, school pick-up/drop-off, or even a quick Starbucks drive-thru (mini pup cup, anyone?). Dogs are securely leashed in the vehicle. If a dog remains home during short errands, indoor security cameras are used to ensure they are passing the "chill test".
