I have an enclosed front & back areas outside of my home and my Australian Shepard, Blue has his own huge kennel that he doesn't mind loaning when needed. He also has his big couch that is great for rough housing on and fur friend sleep overs. Couch sleep overs for boarding friends is ok as long as the owner(s) are ok with that. I keep child fences at all door ways just in case someone tries to move quicker than us! Everyone gets their own air tag when visiting. I make sure there are multiple daily walks and play time keep everyone happy. 😊

It’s always good to leave your dog with vet info, feeding routines, personality types, interaction preferences, and any other important needs. We like to make a note with owners before anyone stays over just so all the info is figured out before stays and everyone has a worry free stay. I can not edit the dog walking fees by radius. I charge an additional amount for 10 miles beyond my radius, up to 35 miles from my home. At any given time I may be caring for 1-3 dogs at a time be it through boarding, home visits, or daycare. My home is laid out so pets that are strange to each other will never have the chance to interact if I do not want them to. Only pets I have a history sitting for in addition to trust get to interact with each other. Otherwise for everyone's safety and peace of mind they remain in separate rooms with full access to sun, water, and my attention in addition to separate and alternate walk/play schedules. I do make sure pets are non aggressive when booking. If you should like to have no other pets staying at the time of your boarding or stay for your pet, it is an option but it is a different price that can be discussed. My dog lives here too with me so we invite other pets into our home out of love. Apologies since Rover has sitters manually adjust these numbers.

When life is permitting we love to go to the beach. We have a wonderful dog park next door if dogs are used to that. Otherwise we have lots of trails, a bike that Blue & his dog friends have enjoyed running along side in our quiet community (never on public roads), and some big open spaces to run… away from any possible hazards for those who obey recall without a question. Long lead and recalls are tools that some dogs are good with while other's confidentially do better on a shorter lead. Each animal is unique in their needs.

Hi my name is Amy! I love all animals big and small and have taken care of and trained animals most of my life. I have trained horses in all disciplines, worked ranch/service/and home dogs, and trained generally about any animal I have been able to interact with. I have some exotics experience and quite a well rounded veterinary back ground with some formal training. I am home full time & absolutely love that I get to care for animals!

Amy did an amazing job caring for our little dog. She is very knowledgeable and love dogs.
Amy was absolutely amazing! She not only took incredible care of our Ozzy, she cleaned his bowl out for us! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch our dog, I will definitely be requesting her for future care and highly highly recommend her!!!
