“We’ve never left our dog for Ruby since we’ve rescued her in 2018, every vacation we’ve taken her with us. This is the first time we left Ruby to go to Tampa and Morgan was recommended to me. Morgan was fantastic. The three days we were away communication, photos, videos, and updates were consistent. We feel so comfortable with Morgan that we can’t wait to go away again and know that somebody has Ruby‘s best interest.”

“Penny was amazing with our Dolly! She is so lovely, so caring for her and top notch on telling us all details and sending photos. She has an immaculate home that is the cleanest I’ve seen, and an adorable dog who is so loving and welcoming to other dogs. Penny was the absolute best and we can’t wait to use her again.”

“Gaby took care of my big puppy for 3 days while we went out of town. We communicated back & forth throughout the days. My pup seem happy & well taken care off. Def will use her again for future stays. Gracias!!!!!”

“simply put Valerie was amazing. She sent us amazing videos and updates of our pup everyday and was on top of everything. My wife and I were nervous about having our pup be watched by someone else for the first time while we were away and Valerie put your worries to bed. Could not recommend someone more and will 100% be working with Valerie again 12/10!!”

“Margaret and Amos are the best of the best! I am so lucky to find them so quickly. Kensie adores them and starts to squeal when I start packing her food. She bolts into their home every time with joyous squeals and wiggles. There is nothing more comforting than seeing your animal absolutely love who they will be staying with while you are away! They are so thoughtful and absolutely spoil Kensie like my parents would do when I was closer to home. Margaret and Amos are absolutely the best!”

“Annica and her family were wonderful caregivers for my dog. Annica has a calm and peaceful demeanor which is perfect for my dog’s personality. She sent daily pictures and updates. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again and would recommend her to others.”

“Gail is a beautiful soul that both you and your pet will connect with and appreciate! We were sure our pup would want to spend more time with her so we are booking many more visits with her in the near future! We (and you) could find no better care anywhere! Thank you, thank you Gail!!”

“Jane B is absolutely wonderful, she kept me updated with photos, offered to take Peanut a bath prior to pick up and I could tell how excited Peanut was to be there and to play with all the other dogs. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. I can’t wait to book with her again!”

“Ximena has been one of my favorite sitters on Rover, I will definitely reach out to her the next time I need a sitter! It’s apparent she genuinely enjoys treating your pet as family — from the ball pitt, the splash pad, the toys, to them all cuddling in a bed together. I was happy to know that my Bentley had a few other dogs to keep him company and the others were just as sweet / played well together. She sent plenty of videos that my boyfriend and I would get excited to watch each time and even gave us a cute little card from Bentley that felt like him writing us a letter from summer camp lol. Bentley was returned to us his normal happy and relaxed self. There is also an Instagram account that you can see the dogs have a clean and spacious environment to either play or take a rest whenever they are tired out! @doggyhousewestpalmbeach”

“Our experience with Katelyn was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the very first interaction, it was clear how much she genuinely cares about animals. While we were away, she kept us updated with regular photos and messages, and it was obvious our dog was happy, relaxed, and well loved. Katelyn was reliable and truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend her!”

About: I've had and taken care of dogs ever since I was child and i'm also mommy to a beautiful puppy called Ellie. Everything from basic care, playtime, teaching tricks, walking or running, vet appointments, taking care of sick dogs. I'm very loving, caring and responsible and will make sure your pets get the best care. I work full time 8-5 M-F. So i'm mostly available on week days after 4:00pm and on the weekends I am free all day long. (Boarding days are mostly on the weekends because I work full time. Could do boarding on week days if pet owner is okay with pet being in an apartment alone for a few hours. I also have a small dog, so dog must be friendly and get along with other dogs) I would take care of the pets as specified by the dog owner. I live in a gated community with a pet park ideal for the dogs to go to the bathroom and play. I can provide walks as needed, play time and any other activity as requested by the owner.
“Wonderful experience with Liannis and her family! They have such a big space perfect for energetic dogs and my border collie Gipsy just loved the space. Liannis was excellent with communication and always replied within 5 minutes, and did an excellent job addressing any concerns or making accommodations. Billingual as well for those of us que hablan español! Would definitely recommend.”

“Heidi & Steve helped me out at the last minute for a medical emergency. They were responsive and thoughtful. They were flexible about time and pickups. Benji was so happy at the home with the large yard and lots of attention. He is 13 so doesn’t need long walks, just loves to cuddle and play. He does like to take over the best chair or couch and they let him have the best spots. They gave him all his meds and special food. Thank you again.”

Mayda was great with my pup and so prompt with communication! I couldn’t be happier that he has a safe and happy place to go when I need to board him. I got lots of pictures and updates, it was so nice to see my dog playing with her dogs and enjoying walks. Next time I need to board him, I’ll definitely be coming back to Mayda. Thank you so much!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
