From the meet-and-greet, I immediately felt a connection — she was very kind, respectful, and friendly. Gabriella kept us updated multiple times a day with honest reports about how our puppy was doing. Managing a very energetic puppy isn’t easy, but she handled everything with care and patience. She also sent us videos and pictures, which really helped us feel relaxed and confident that our dog was in good hands.
