Home full time with fenced yard
If your dog is not fully house trained, please do not reach out to us to sit your dog. We have extensive positive reinforcement dog training experience. We have also done agility training. We are retired. Separation from primary care givers for dogs can be stressful for them. We are committed to providing a calming respite in your absence. We strongly recommend including in your dog's travel bag an unlaundered t-shirt full of your scent. Dogs are allowed on the bed, our bed is low to the ground. Dogs must be potty trained, not be incessant barkers and have all legally required vaccines and shots. Dogs will be crated in a large crate when we are off-site, This is for your dog's safety.

We love our furry baby so much it is hard to go away but when we do she goes to summer camp at Barbara’s and we know she is very well taken care of. We get tons of pictures, it helps us a lot. Barbara is a great communicator and always let us know if Gucci gets picky with her food or anything she is worried about. Now that she had enough “summer camps” she felt comfortable taking her to the beach, they had a blast. We loved the pictures and seeing her in her favorite adventure. We are very fortunate to have found her.
Thanks to Barbara..we can leave the town without any regrets 💙

Schedule
We are retired and active. Our drop-off/pick-up hours are 7am to 9pm. Trips to the dog park/dog beach are a regular practice. Let us know if you DO NOT what us to participate in those activities with your dog.

Safety, trust & environment
To us dogs are family and will be treated as such in our home. They are allowed on furniture as well as beds unless you state otherwise.
A typical day
We live in a nice community for walks. Our FENCED back yard is fabulous for a game of fetch or to take a dip in the kiddie pool. We regularly volunteer at the 'Friends of Jupiter Beach' dog beach and that dog beach is a regular destination for dog clients who have been approved by their pet parents to travel there with us during their stay. We were also the Vice President of the Washington Square Dog Park in NYC in the late 90's. This gave us EXTENSIVE experience in deciphering dog body language and behavior as all breeds and sizes of dogs entered that run on a daily basis being that it was in the heart of Greenwich Village, NYC. A Meet and Greet is required for all new dog clients.
