Valerie took the time to meet with me before boarding them, and ease any concerns I had (mostly large breeds can be intimidating, so I wanted to be sure she could handle it). Valerie has an awesome backyard, and plenty of space for my puppy to run, and my older Dane to be lazy. The best part was the amount of updates I received - multiple times a day - everything from a quick check-in, to a bunch of pictures. I would definitely recommend Valerie, and will definitely use her again!”

I ran into a situation where I was snowed out of my cabin and unable to pick her up at the time scheduled. She was so understanding, accommodating, and willing to keep her an extra night if needed due to the unforeseen circumstance. My dog, Sedona, also came home with clean bed, toy, leash, and fur! Booking with Kari is 100% worth it and highly recommended. She told me she has cared for 400 dogs so even my youngster didn’t scare her away.
