My husband and I often board pets of family and friends at our home while they are out of town! Our work schedules allow for someone to be home at all times. I work part time and my husband works half the month from home so someone is always available to take care of your animals at any time of the day/week!

Let me know if your dog has special needs or behaviors I need to account for! Every dog/cat has their own personality and it’s so much fun getting to know new animals! Please let me know how often they need to be let out, if they need to be fed on my visit, how active they are/how much exercise they need, and any medications they may be taking!
A typical day
We can play fetch, go on walks/jogs, go to the dog beach in Jupiter, have lots of pets and snuggles, and stick to your dogs daily routine!

Pet care experience
I used to own my own business caring for all kinds of pets in college when I lived in Colorado! I have cared for pets immediately following surgical procedures and helped families to set up a medication schedule that fits their needs! Growing up I had a Rottweiler, and now I have a toy Australian shepherd who keeps us busy with play time! I’m experienced in taking care of small and large dogs as well as cats. I often board pets of family and friends at our home while they are out of town! My Aussie loves new friends!

This was my first time using Rover. I am so happy to say how impressed I was with Jaclyn and Kenneth. Jaclyn offered to visit with me before leaving Dixie and Toby. It was a pleasure meeting with Jaclyn before leaving them. We got to know each other, and it was very comfortable speaking with her…. Jaki took absolutely amazing care of my two dogs while I was out of town, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment I left, I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such loving and capable hands. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which meant so much and reassured me that they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It’s clear how much she genuinely loves animals—she treated my dogs like they were her own. She paid attention to their routines, made sure they got plenty of exercise, and gave them so much affection. When I came home, they were relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. I highly recommend Jaki to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and truly compassionate to care for their pets. She went above and beyond, and I would absolutely have her watch my dogs again without hesitation!
