We exchanged a lot of good information about our pets' histories and allowed for a patient introduction. By the time we left, Peanut and her dog Griffin were comfortable enough with each other that we were all totally at peace leaving Peanut there for the day on Saturday. Peanut ended up having a wonderful time, getting lots of exercise and affection. Kyle sent plenty of photos and reassured us that everything was going well. We will use Kyle for future daycare needs.”

About: I like to keep stays with me feeling like “home” for everyone (humans and dogs alike) so I never board more than 3 dogs at a time (in addition to my 2-year old Golden). I am also an approved foster home for Golden Rescue of South Florida and Big Dog ranch. After working extensively with a highly renowned local dog trainer, while I do not offer training myself, I do sprinkle all I've learned with all dogs who stay with us. I work from home and have a 3-year-old golden retriever, so pups staying in my home will get to enjoy as much (or as little) interaction as makes sense for them. Typically the only time that pets are left alone is when I go to the gym or for real estate showings (typically 2-4 hours max), and depending on their individual needs and instructions left by you, will either be left in the main living area of my home, or crated. My 3-year-old golden retriever loves to welcome new friends, as do my 7 and 10year old sons. While my golden (Lou) is allowed on the furniture and no longer sleeps in a crate, we are happy to crate your dog(s) just as you would at home so they don't lose their routine. When boarding, we walk and play daily.

I’m home most of the day and genuinely enjoy the company of animals, they bring me joy, comfort, and a sense of purpose. Taking care of pets isn’t just something I do for extra income. It’s something I truly care about and take seriously. I treat every pet as if they were my own, always prioritizing their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. I’m mindful of routines, feeding instructions, and any special needs, and I take the time to make them feel safe and relaxed. About: I am that girl at the party who will gravitate towards the dog/cat in the room. I come from an animal loving family and grew up with dogs since I was an infant. I am a mama to a Yorkshire terrier and German Shepherd but I know how to cater to all breeds. I have cared for Golden, Labrador & Nova Scotian Duck Tolling Retrievers, Poodles, Doodles, American Staffordshire, Terriers, Pug, Dachshund, Husky, Maltese to name a few, American Shorthair, Ragdoll, and Tabby cats, along with their home, while they are away. I make sure dogs get their daily walk, daily ball and daily meals. I also keep up with their cleanliness, brushing and wiping them down. For cats, I will ensure a clean and full litter box, fresh water and food. In the home, I'll make sure to grab your mail, take out the trash, wash dishes I've used, vacuum, water plants, and start a load of bedding before I go. Please consider me to take care of your furry friend's needs! I work from home part time which allows me to dedicate more time to one of my passions, animal care. I will usually go home on weekdays at lunch time to grab a bite and let out my dogs. I will make it seem as though you are still in the room, giving your pet the love and attention they need...no matter how slobbery they are.
