PLEASE NOTE: I WORK A FULL-TIME JOB IN AN OFFICE (based in Juno Beach) and may not be able to check on your pets as frequently as you’d like, especially during the day. I have experience caring all kinds of animals, personally and professionally for more than 10 years. Growing up and through adulthood, my family always owned Golden Retrievers. When I was young, I expressed interest in animal care and owning my own pets, ranging from small mammals, birds, and reptiles. In my teenage years, I started out pet sitting for family friends and have continued to pick up pet/house sitting gigs whenever and wherever I can. I also have experience administering medication to some of the animals I’ve cared for. Professionally, I have worked at a veterinary hospital and boarding facility for two summers. At this facility, I was responsible for the care and socialization of dogs of various sizes and demeanors. I also worked at my local humane society caring for cats and dogs with different lead styles, temperaments and bite thresholds. I was responsible for providing the dogs with three walks a day. Through this job, I also have some experience with clicker training and administering bordatella and rabies vaccines to incoming stray dogs. Looking to make extra money doing what I love! I do work full time, so my most open days for all services are Saturday and Sunday. However, I can accommodate AM drop in visits any day of the week. And I am open to pet sitting in your home any day, as long I can work it around my full time job. I provide regular photos and updates to owners to build and instill trust. I also make sure to follow care instructions as written to ensure proper care as intended. And I make sure to bring a calm and confident energy when entering and inhabiting your pet’s space. About: It seems as though I have always had a dog or a cat around. In the family we have had several different breeds of dogs that include pomerinians, chows, a pit bull, chihuahuas, yorkies, rottweilers, and some terrier mixes, just to name a few that I have lived with and taken care of throughout my life. I live where no animals are allowed. I miss being able to be around pets and would love the opportunity to help you out. I do work M-F 6am - 2pm, but am available anytime after that. For house sitting, I am available for drop in visits, to feed, walk, play with, and show love etc. However, please note that full time or overnight stays will need to be discussed on an individual basis. About: Ever since I started working at a doggy daycare I’ve fallen in love with every part of animal care. Whether it’s keeping them and their space clean or giving them the proper amount of exercise and socialization I am happy to do it all. I have experience giving medications, injecting medications, handling senior dogs and cats. I also have experience raising newborn kittens and handling reactive, very strong dogs.
