About: Hi! I’ve been around animals my whole life. My mom is a biologist so she taught me from a very young age how every living thing has a soul and a place in this world. She would pick up mice and spiders that got into our home with her hands and take them outside (instead of killing them). Needless to say, I am very comfortable around animals. I’ve had dogs and cats as pets my whole life and I consider myself pretty good with them, even when meeting stray cats or other people’s dogs in the street; I am very patient with them and always let them feel confident with me before I pet them. I have never house-sat for dogs before but I have taken care of roommate’s and friend’s dogs while they are at work or out of town, feeding them, and taking them for walks, etc. I have house-sat for my mom’s cat before (at the end of 2021, actually, for her birthday) which you can read about in my testimonials. Full-disclosure – I’m currently looking for a part-time job so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! I have a car so I can drive over to you, just let me know what your daily and weekly needs are so we can figure out a schedule :) I’m currently not allowed to have any fur babies at my apartment so I will give your pups all the attention and play-time they want. Like I said above, I’ll let them get comfortable with me at their own pace but, of course, take care of their basic needs like food, water, and walks. Just let me know how they do with other dogs on the street and with other humans – if they’re shy, really energetic, etc.

About: I have always lived with dogs since I was a small child. The last 8 years I have been house/dog sitting for a retired couple with multiple dogs. This past May I lost my 16 year old rat terrier- broke my heart. Shortly after a relative asked me to keep his chocolate lab for a week and I loved it. I miss having a dog at the house! I work full time currently from home until COVID pandemic is over. My office is 10 minutes away from home- lunch visits to the house would be made on days needed. I own my own home with a fenced in yard next door to a empty lot. I have no children do it would be just me at the house.

About: I was raised on a small farm, where caring for animals was part of daily life. Horses, goats, sheep, cows, chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats, reptiles, even the occasional rescue raccoon. About: Ever since I was a small child I have been adopting and caring for animals of various kinds. I’ve had many puppies and kittens who I raised and re-homed or kept. In addition, I’d nurse back to health any animal that needed it which included many birds and mammals like armadillos, opossums, bats, and deer. I love all animals and have a very close relationship with them. At the moment I have a pretty open schedule with classes being online so I’m open to being with pets all day. I love running, sprinting, and being active so if your pet likes that too that’s a huge plus. I have a fences and safe yard with different activities to do like balls, sticks, and toys to play with. Cody was recommended to me by a friend with multiple pets as well for my 4 day trip out of town, and came to my house twice a day to care for my dogs during a very busy jazz festive time. Despite my dogs being very nervous and chaotic in the beginning, Cody was patient and gentle, not to mention very communicative the entire time, and my babies finally calmed down and loved their daily visits and walks. 10/10, 5 stars and will be booking with Cody in the future!
