“I am so grateful for Kris! She is so kind and accommodating. Our dogs are a little high maintenance (one has some behavioral issues and the other has special needs) and she was more than happy to take care of them. In the past when we’ve had a poor experience with other walkers my dogs are stressed when I get home. Every time Kris has taken care of my dogs they seem so calm and content! She leaves detailed notes about the visit and sends lots of pictures, which I appreciate. She also stopped by to meet them beforehand to make sure it was a good fit. I would 100% recommend her services and will continue to book with her!”

“If you're like me, your pet is a member of your family. Relying on a neighbor or a close friend is always the go-to when it is time to getaway for a night or a long weekend. But sometimes, the people we know well and trust, not only with our beloved pet, but also our home, are not available. Personally, I have a German Shepherd, who isn't the friendliest to new people, and has a tendency to be a bit scary to those not accustomed working dogs. Through a friend, I met Tim, who I never previously met but lived around the corner. Tim came over for an introduction to both me and my pooch, and I (uncharacteristically) felt like this is a guy I could trust, not only with my dog, but giving access to my house. Tim has....and it is evident...previous experience as a dog handler. My dog immediately was comfortable with him, which is not normal. I handed Tim my keys and entrusted him with my difficult dog so I could get away with the family and make some memories. I did check in to see how things were going, but I already knew the answer (I have security cameras). Tim went above and beyond, spending more time than asked, in a caring and thoughtful way with my pup. He was always on time, to the point my pup anticipated his arrival with a tail wag rather than a bark. I've leaned on Tim for years now to help out when I'm out of town (often), and in last minute situations. Tim is now a friend and our children are close. He is an amazing and dedicated father and above reproach. If you are thinking about using Rover in this area, I promise you, this is your guy.”

About: I have always loved caring for animals and have recently landed my dream job as a veterinary technician. I often get asked by my clients about in home boarding in our area, so I decided to offer that service myself. I recently built my home on an acre and a half of land where my own pups enjoy playing and training. I have been working with animals since I was 15 starting with pet sitting. I went on to work at boarding facilities, taking care of working canines, to now working in veterinary medicine. I currently work 2 days out of the week. The rest of the week I am taking care of pets in need of boarding, playtime or socialization. I have a spacious fenced in yard and a cozy home for your pets to enjoy during their stay. I have 3 friendly labs and 2 calm cats that can either interact with or be separated from your animals. I have taken a heat safety class as well has an aggression and restraint class at my previous job taking care of working canines. As a veterinary technician, you see all sorts of situations gone wrong, so I keep a close eye on all of my pets at all times.

“Ever since Sophia was itty bitty she has LOVED animals! I remember when she was about 8 or 9 she told us that she wanted to be an Orthodontic Veterinarian! And, here we are some years later and she has been accepted into the pre-veterinary honors program at the college she will be attending this fall. Sophia is one of the most caring souls you’ll ever meet! And, she has the biggest heart! (especially for fur babies) We have 4 cats that Sophia has loved and cared for since day one! She has a special bond with each one of them! They talk to her all the time! It’s quite funny 😄 She is currently an intern at a local vet clinic. She started there last August and she absolutely LOVES it! She has learned so much! Between working there and her love for animals, she was able to help care for our cat, Gizmo when he got really ill and passed away. She house sits for friends and takes care of their cats when needed. I may be a little biased, but if I were looking for a pet sitter, I would feel so lucky knowing someone like Sophia was taking care of my pets! She’s the best!”

“It’s very rare I find someone who watches my dogs and I realize they care/love my dogs as much as I do. I say this because Crystal went above and beyond to make my Rocco feel comfortable (he has separation anxiety) She sat with him and talked to him. This made me feel good as a pet owner but it also helped Rocco overcome his separation anxiety and begin eating. I received pictures and updates of all my pets. Going away can be exciting but when you’re a pet owner you constantly worry about your pets back home, in this case Crystal changed that for me. I didn’t worry because I knew they were well taken care of! If your looking for someone who loves pets, takes their time, sends you updates, plays with them then Crystal is your girl to hire!”
