About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. Growing up I was around breeds such as Labradors, Cocker Spaniels, Chows, German Shepards, Poodles and Lhasa Apsos. The first time I became a dog mom was to Zoe, a Bichon Frise. I lived in Chicago at the time in an apartment so I had to walk her multiple times a day. Bichons also need a lot of maintenance with their fur, so I’m very familiar with grooming methods of that type of breed. After Zoe, I became a dog mom to a Pit Bull/German Shepherd puppy, Garner. I got him when he was 8 weeks old and had him for 13.5 years. I understand the level of care a puppy needs as well as a senior dog. I’m also very familiar with handling large breeds on a leash. I understand how a pet is part of the family and I will show your dog lots of love and affection, just like I would my own. I am available Monday-Friday 8am-2pm then from 6pm-8pm. I’m available 7am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please contact me if you need help outside of those times and I can try to work with you. I’m not able to keep your dog in my home, but I will always make sure your dog is safe in your home. I will always follow your safety protocols.

About: Hello! I'm a 40yo female and long time animal lover. I had a small farm in Texas and I've always had xlarge breed dogs since being on my own. I am well versed in handling dogs and any protective behaviors, as well as any exercise level you need supported. I also have done shots (in horses), giving pills, and handling any ointments your pets may need. My current schedule is open, so I can come to you, whenever it's needed. I am currently working on a Bachelor's Degree and have a very flexible schedule; I can do walks and overnight stays to keep your pet comfortable whenever you need. My pets always had a schedule, so I'm happy to help keep you and your pets stay on a regular schedule. I am used to dogs needing walks and meal time in the mornings and the evenings, as well as some breaks in the afternoon; just let me know your needs and we'll get it worked out.

About: My name is Brooke and I am a full time MLT student at Sandhills. I have been dog sitting on the side as well as babysitting to get me the money I need through college. I love all animals and would love to help in any way needed. I have had multiple dogs and cats growing up so I am used to animals. I do overnight stays as well as just checking in daily on animals. My school hours at 9am -12pm Tuesday through Thursday so my schedule is very flexible. I do well with all sizes of dogs and all breeds. I also love cats and other animals that a family might have. About: I am a lifelong l lover of all animals. As a kid I had dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, and fish. As often as I could be, I was outside looking for all types of animals and exploring nature. Currently I have 3 dogs, a cat, and 2 beautiful little girls. One of my dogs is diabetic and I have to administer insulin daily. I have a lot of experience caring for many animals with different dietary and health needs. Right now, I am a stay at home dad. My wife is off work for the Summer, so I will have time available to help care for your pets. My children will also be starting pre-school in the Fall so I will have plenty of time available for pet visits. I am very detail oriented, and will make sure I care for your pets how you prefer, and follow your instructions to the best of my ability. I currently have two daughters in elementary school. I drop-off and pickup every day from school. I am available while they are in school (approx. 8:00AM-2:00PM) and may have availability later in the afternoon some days. I am available for any drop-in visits at client's home (including walking, feeding, and other routine pet care) but, am not caring for pets at my home at this time.

I need to know temperament, restrictions, types of exercise desired, what to feed/not feed, how we will communicate, your house rules, etc.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve volunteered with shelters and own three of my own for the last 10 years. I’m currently working from home and hoping to get out of the house for a bit by doing drop in visits or dog walks. I’m available to board dogs as well so long as any furry guest gets along with the dogs already in the house. I’m comfortable administering medication so long as instructions are given. I’m certified in canine CPR. Im happy to cater to the needs of your dog and follow any instructions you provide. As im working from home, im available nearly all the time except for a few virtual meetings during the week. Our normal routine is a short walk in the morning, they hang out with me while I work, maybe a walk or a game at lunch, more work from home, then free in the evening for movie nights/parks/bite to eat somewhere dog friendly. I have a fenced yard with a doggy door to the back. I have also converted my office into a dog room with space for extra crate if that’s what is preferred. Animals are allowed on furniture at the owners discretion. I recognize all owners do things a bit differently and I know how worrisome it can be to leave them with a stranger so I want to put your mind at ease by conforming my care to how you prefer.

About: I grew up with several different kinds of animals at home. My first job was at a pet store and I have continued to love caring for animals since then. I've taken care of friends and neighbors pets for several years. I am comfortable with any pet, as long as they have a good temperament. I am a fourth grade teacher, so my schedule is completely open in the summer. During the school year, my availability is mostly limited to weekends. At my home I have a fenced in backyard and two high energy dogs ( a Dutch Shepherd and a Corgi) who would love a buddy to play with. I also have three children, ages 8-15, who like to help take care of our furry friends. At your home you can expect your pet to be cared for just like you were there, whether they need to be walked or just let out and played with while you are away. Dogs must be crate trained for boarding or day care at my home. This allows me to make sure my pets and yours are safe when I leave the house.

About: No special skills...just love animals...willing to help you with your family pets because life gets busy...military brat and wife all my life ...retired and have land and building our home here... Right now I have two huge inside boy kitties..and a long hard Chihuahua and a Chihuahua terrier mix and a lab shephard mix they are all neutered and older gentlemen...I have had pigs, goats, cattle, horses, sheep, rabbits, hamsters, fish, chickens still, cats, dogs and a iguana on weekends in 8th grade LOL...I can walk your babies hold them spoil them and take care of any special needs they might have but I'm not medically trained . About: I have had pets my whole life growing up. Now I have my own doggies and have trained them since they were puppies! I have the personal skills and previous experience to give both you and your dog a good experience! I want to help ease the stress of “what to do with the pets” during vacations, work outings, etc! I would love to host your pets at my house with a fenced in yard and other dogs to play with! I also can do drop in visits! Guaranteed your dogs will be ready for a nap after coming to my house and playing outside! I have a fenced in yard where the dogs can run around! I also have two other dogs in my house and they love playing with other dogs as they are very energetic!

About: I have tons of experience in doggy day care, and my husband and I moved to the area 3 years ago. He is active duty ARMY, so he can be gone a lot, and what better way to fill the time than with furry friends! I will love your dog like my own. I go to the gym in the morning, than I am home the rest of the day! We will have plenty of time for walks and play time and I hope you meet you and you furry friend soon! I am getting my masters degree in nutrition from an online university so I do all of my work from home! It is the perfect home for your doggie too! I will love your pet as you do! Walk and feed in the morning and then feed and a walk after dinner plus the dog gets free roam in and out of the house because we have a fully fenced in yard I’m a stay at home mom with two little kids! They are two and five. We have a huge fenced in yard and I am never gone for more than an hour or two.

About: Dogs are my favorite people! We are so lucky that they love us! I was born and raised with dogs in our household and I have been around dogs my entire life. I love them so much and they are my favorite people. I used to bartend and even then, my favorite regulars were the dogs that would come in. I have also read about, studied, and facilitate energy work on dogs as well as practice animal communication. Our pets are not in control of their circumstances and are vulnerable and I am mindful of that. I am also mindful that they have feelings and needs and boundaries, that are just as valid as our own. Most of my experience comes from my own pets including a rescue. But I have also house and dog sat for close friends, have dog energy work clients, and bartended where I had regular dog customers. Now I want to expand my horizons with you and your furry friends! If you have a long day at work coming up or want to go on a day trip but are hesitant leaving your furry friend for that long, let me know and I will be happy to hang out with/ walk your pup. If I get a cell phone signal at your house, I am happy to text an update and photo with my visit. If you are going through something where you are not physically capable of taking care of your pet and need some extra help, let me know and I will be there. I can also usually lift large dogs up to around the 70/ 80 pound range. I am not available to house and dog sit overnight because of obligations and responsibilities at home. If you do go out of town, and I am already part of your dogs regular schedule, I am still happy to come out in addition to the other human you have house and dog sitting overnight. The services I offer will not be sufficient on their own if you are going out of town. I just inherited three dogs from my mother. I am still getting familiar with them and will not bring my dogs with me to your house or host your dogs at my house. That is why I haven't included info about my pets. Message me if you would like to meet me in public or at your home before hiring me. I look forward to becoming a regular part of your dogs routine. I am available to come check on/ walk your pets anywhere from early lunch time to late afternoon/ early evening. Available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. I have a cancellation policy at this time but once I get more familiar with Rover I plan on not having one as well as accepting same day visits and walks. I will come to your home to check on your pets and hang out with them or walk them. Have a lot of instructions? Don't hesitate sharing them with me. I am the same kind of pet parent. For dog walks, I prefer to use harnesses because I worry about collars pulling on their neck and I find harnesses safer for them and me.
