Right now I have two huge inside boy kitties..and a long hard Chihuahua and a Chihuahua terrier mix and a lab shephard mix they are all neutered and older gentlemen...I have had pigs, goats, cattle, horses, sheep, rabbits, hamsters, fish, chickens still, cats, dogs and a iguana on weekends in 8th grade LOL...I can walk your babies hold them spoil them and take care of any special needs they might have but I'm not medically trained . About: My name is Brooke and I am a full time MLT student at Sandhills. I have been dog sitting on the side as well as babysitting to get me the money I need through college. I love all animals and would love to help in any way needed. I have had multiple dogs and cats growing up so I am used to animals. I do overnight stays as well as just checking in daily on animals. My school hours at 9am -12pm Tuesday through Thursday so my schedule is very flexible. I do well with all sizes of dogs and all breeds. I also love cats and other animals that a family might have. About: I have always owned dogs of different sizes and breeds! I also have extensive experience with exotics (guinea pigs, ferrets, chinchillas, rabbits, etc), cats, and livestock (chickens, pigs, small ruminants, etc). About: I grew up with several different kinds of animals at home. My first job was at a pet store and I have continued to love caring for animals since then. I've taken care of friends and neighbors pets for several years. I am comfortable with any pet, as long as they have a good temperament. I am a fourth grade teacher, so my schedule is completely open in the summer. During the school year, my availability is mostly limited to weekends. At my home I have a fenced in backyard and two high energy dogs ( a Dutch Shepherd and a Corgi) who would love a buddy to play with. I also have three children, ages 8-15, who like to help take care of our furry friends. At your home you can expect your pet to be cared for just like you were there, whether they need to be walked or just let out and played with while you are away. Dogs must be crate trained for boarding or day care at my home. This allows me to make sure my pets and yours are safe when I leave the house.

I’m currently working from home and hoping to get out of the house for a bit by doing drop in visits or dog walks. Animals are allowed on furniture at the owners discretion. I recognize all owners do things a bit differently and I know how worrisome it can be to leave them with a stranger so I want to put your mind at ease by conforming my care to how you prefer.

About: I have experience in the boarding kennel field for almost 10 years now and grooming for about 4 years. I can administer medicines and I’m not afraid to clean up messes after your fur babies. I have worked with big breed and small breeds and everything in between! No pup has ever scared me away from this field of work! I have 4 dogs of my own, from a Cane Corso to a small Lab mix with two Pitbulls in between. I love going on walks probably just as much as your fur baby. I can spend time with your pups Thursday - Friday 8:30 am to 2 pm and Friday to Sunday 8:30 to whenever you need. Every other day during the week I am spending time with my daughter while she’s out of school and my husband when he is home from work! If my schedule is conflicting with the times you pick, we can try and work around it. So hopefully we can work something out. I am flexible with whatever you or your fur baby will need. Even if its a belly rub... (For the pup haha) I cant wait to meet you and your pups! I sadly do not have the space for boarding your fur babies at my own home as I already have 4 fur babies myself and a toddler. But in your own home, I will follow every rule or instruction you provide and give them my full attention!

I recently earned my Level 1 Certified Veterinary Assistant credential, so if your pet has any medications, like a pill, shot, or anything topical, I know how to administer those. Along with that, I have clinical experience due to my internship at Carthage Animal Hospital. I am free most of the summer, which allows me to have a more flexible schedule to take care of your pet. I also can take care of them at any specific times you need me to. Typically, I try to make sure the pet is well fed and has used the restroom while also playing with them to prevent boredom. I also believe in a safe environment for them, especially on walks or when taken outside, because it is such an important aspect to making sure your pet is protected.
