About: I have been a dog "mom" for 10 years and before Rover.com I have cared for family's and neighbor's dogs on numerous occasions . I am a HUGE dog lover with a big heart and it would give me great pleasure to spend time caring for your dog (and cat). I teach from home part-time and my schedule is flexible. It does vary week-to-week but if given advance notice, I can make sure to have you scheduled regularly on my calendar for a set time! Weekdays after 7 a.m. and before 3 p.m. is best for me, but I'm of course willing to make exceptions if needed. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
