About: Along with my experiences with Dogs, I'm also verses in the world of cats! Whether they're shy and playful, or sassy and cute, I love them all! Taking care of cats of my own has gained me knowledge in how to tell when they're in a playful mood, back off when they need some space, and of course, when to bring in the meowmix! ;) Playtime will also be in the running for when they want to! I also surprisingly enjoy my own ritual of cleaning the litter box! Please consider me for you Kitty care ❤

“Samantha did an amazing job with my three cats! They are very spoiled and needy and require a little of extra attention. She was very attentive and sent a lot of pictures so I was able to see her interactions with them. I could not be more pleased with the service she provided. My cats are my babies, and it felt great that I knew I could trust her completely!!”
About: I grew up with dogs, big and small, ranging from Shih Tzu to Siberian Husky and Rottweiler! I care about dogs and all animals and treat them the same I would treat any person. I understand that animals have feelings, needs and wants. I want to be able to help families with their animal care needs, so that you have no worries while you are away or at work. You will know that your pup is in good hands! I am here to make your pup happy, comfortable and safe while you're away. When stopping by your home, I will visit your pup 2-3 times a day, morning, afternoon and evening. During those visits, I will verify that your pup has food and water, is let out to do their business and go for a walk for at least 10 minutes. When dog walking, I will walk your pup for a minimum of 15 minutes and will make sure the dog's food and water is full. I will provide walks as long as the dog may need, care in my, or your, home and be patient with any special needs or potty training. I believe that animals should be treated in a positive manner and will do so when taking care of your fur baby! When dog walking, depending on the individual's ability, we will go long and short distance, walking and running. We will explore areas where the dog can play and enjoy his or herself. I'd be honored to help you and your fur baby. I work full-time currently, but can do early morning check ins, afternoons depending on location & evenings. Looking forward to meeting you and your pup! I can provide the best care and love for your pup or kitty in your home and during check ins. I look forward to meeting you!
“James did a great job with Ms. Kitty, we will Definitely call on him again for our next trip. Our cat is getting older, she is 13, and we were gone for 5 days. We have never left her alone for that long, but James took very good care of her. Thank you James!”

“Thank you for the piece of mind. AJ doesn't do well in cages, and so him being home and in a familiar location is great. He was clearly less stressed when I came home than when I've had him boarded before. Will use again.”

“Brooke and her family were great! They clearly took great care of my pup as he was content around her, but worn out and ready to nap by the time we got in the car. She was really flexible and great at communicating. Would recommend and will use again in the future!”

“Lucia is, by far, the best dog sitter we have ever trusted our dog with. She’s incredibly attentive and flexible with our schedule, and our dog loves seeing her every time we drop him off. She is amazing, and we would give her 10 stars if we could! Thank you Lucia!”

“Jennifer and her fur babies were very welcoming. My little Lupe was a little shy initially but Jennifer helped her feel right at home. This is the first time that Lupe stays somewhere without her brother and I think I was more stressed about it than she was. Jennifer sent me pictures of Lulu having a good time and it immediately calmed me down. Thank you Jennifer!”

About: Hi! I’m Kat — and I offer personalized walks and enrichment as a trusted extension of your dog’s care team. I know how hard it is to leave your dog. They’re family. Clear communication and consistency matter, and I take that seriously. Every visit is an opportunity to build trust — with both you and your pup. You’ll receive thoughtful updates that include notes on energy, potty, behavior, and anything I’m noticing (because yes, I absolutely pay attention to the details). I truly treat each dog as the individual they are. Some are bold explorers. Some are thoughtful observers. Some love a purposeful walk, while others prefer a slower pace with time to sniff and take it all in. I adjust each visit based on age, health, temperament, and your household routines — meeting your dog where they are and supporting what helps them thrive. I’m especially attentive to patterns — what helps a dog feel calm, confident, and engaged. Safety and steady leadership are always my priorities. I’m mindful at doors, leashes, transitions, and the environment around us so your dog’s experience is secure, structured, and positive.
“Charlotte had a great day with Lilli and her family! We are thinking she will be in the rotation now for my Charli girl. So many cute pics and I could tell she was loved. I was nervous since it was a first day. But Charlotte was tired when she came home so she must have been played and cuddled. We look forward to spending the week with Lilli and her pups!”

“Shea is awesome! Messaged me throughout the day with updates on Pepper (doggy day care at sitter's house). Our dogs got along really well and played hard! Definitely rebooking and recommend.”

I’m happy to provide references from other families I've worked with! I look forward to connecting soon. I work remotely as a teacher so I am available during the week and on weekends! Most mornings after my kids go to school I’m free, and weekends or evenings my 12 year old and 8 year old love to walk with or play with dogs with me. My yard is fenced in, and my home is dog friendly. I’m happy to stay in clients homes as well if my schedule with my children allows. I don’t mind driving a bit to go to different neighborhoods for walking either.

“I am so grateful for Kris! She is so kind and accommodating. Our dogs are a little high maintenance (one has some behavioral issues and the other has special needs) and she was more than happy to take care of them. In the past when we’ve had a poor experience with other walkers my dogs are stressed when I get home. Every time Kris has taken care of my dogs they seem so calm and content! She leaves detailed notes about the visit and sends lots of pictures, which I appreciate. She also stopped by to meet them beforehand to make sure it was a good fit. I would 100% recommend her services and will continue to book with her!”
About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. Growing up I was around breeds such as Labradors, Cocker Spaniels, Chows, German Shepards, Poodles and Lhasa Apsos. The first time I became a dog mom was to Zoe, a Bichon Frise. I lived in Chicago at the time in an apartment so I had to walk her multiple times a day. Bichons also need a lot of maintenance with their fur, so I’m very familiar with grooming methods of that type of breed. After Zoe, I became a dog mom to a Pit Bull/German Shepherd puppy, Garner. I got him when he was 8 weeks old and had him for 13.5 years. I understand the level of care a puppy needs as well as a senior dog. I’m also very familiar with handling large breeds on a leash. I understand how a pet is part of the family and I will show your dog lots of love and affection, just like I would my own. I am available Monday-Friday 8am-2pm then from 6pm-8pm. I’m available 7am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please contact me if you need help outside of those times and I can try to work with you. I’m not able to keep your dog in my home, but I will always make sure your dog is safe in your home. I will always follow your safety protocols.
“My pup had a wonderful time with Kristen! Kristen was very patient with Liza and sent me lots of pictures to keep me updated. I would recommend Kristen to anyone looking for a great dog walker!”

I am currently working on a Bachelor's Degree and have a very flexible schedule; I can do walks and overnight stays to keep your pet comfortable whenever you need. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me time and time again to look after their pets (and even their plants), and it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I share my home with my sweet lab mix, Congo, and my newly adopted cat, Mayo, who bring so much joy into my life. I’ve also spent years house‑sitting and pet‑sitting, and my time working in the local restaurant industry has taught me to be dependable, patient, and attentive. I treat every pet with the same love and comfort I give my own! I’m a local college student with a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time to give your pets attention, playtime, and consistent care. I follow safe walking practices with secure leash handling and close awareness of my surroundings. I also stick to your dog’s usual training and routine to keep them comfortable.

About: Caring for animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I build my schedule around the needs of the pets I’m caring for. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening visits, and I ensure each pet receives consistent attention, exercise, and care. I keep my schedule organized so I can be reliable and fully present for every visit. I care for pets in their own home where they feel safest and most relaxed. I stick to their usual routine—meals, walks, playtime, and downtime—so nothing feels disrupted while you’re away. I spend quality time with each pet, not just quick visits, and always make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved. I also keep you updated so you have peace of mind.

I have a lot of experience caring for many animals with different dietary and health needs. Right now, I am a stay at home dad. “I recently adopted Tucker and he is very shy around new people. Before the first walk, Shannon took the time to sit with him and get Tucker comfortable with her. After that, he looked forward to the daily walk. I will definitely use Shannon again.”

I love all animals and would love to help in any way needed. I have had multiple dogs and cats growing up so I am used to animals. I do overnight stays as well as just checking in daily on animals. About: I've had pets my whole life and love them all. I currently have 2 dogs, a cat, 5 chickens, a lizard and a fish. I am a nurse by training and have successfully cared for sick animals at home many times. I have cared for friends dogs for many years and would be happy to love on yours! I am currently not working outside the home so I am available almost anytime. I am happy to meet yours and your pet's needs! I will be happy to follow all directions you give me for caring for your pet. I know how important that is when I leave my own pets with others!
About: I have taken care of pets for 4 years now. I have taken care of other pets, such as goats, guinea pigs, ferrets, rabbits, and a gecko. I recently earned my Level 1 Certified Veterinary Assistant credential, so if your pet has any medications, like a pill, shot, or anything topical, I know how to administer those. Along with that, I have clinical experience due to my internship at Carthage Animal Hospital. I am free most of the summer, which allows me to have a more flexible schedule to take care of your pet. I also can take care of them at any specific times you need me to. Typically, I try to make sure the pet is well fed and has used the restroom while also playing with them to prevent boredom. I also believe in a safe environment for them, especially on walks or when taken outside, because it is such an important aspect to making sure your pet is protected.
About: I’ve taken care of small and large dogs. I own an anxious queen who needs lots of special attention, and she’s taught me a lot of dog behavior and signs. I’m a teacher on summer break, so I have all day to spend exercising your pup! I take my own dog on lots of walks, but am mindful of the heat and need for hydration. I pay attention to what the dog is comfortable with and love on them like they’re my own (treats, pets, play, encouraging words, etc.). If they need space, though, I understand.

About: I was born and raised with dogs, cats, birds, and horses. I’ve never known a time in my life without animals! From farm animals to household pets, I’ve cared for them all. I’m a big proponent of positive reinforcement and prioritize gentle care and minimal stress for your pet. I’m comfortable with complex medical needs, seniors, and "quirky" pets. I’m happy to adhere to routines and training for continuity. I’ll treat your pet with the same love and care that I treat my own ❤️ I’m doing animal care full time at the moment so I have a flexible schedule. I can work in midday visits, late night check ins, and multiple visits. Whatever works best for you! I’m happy to take your pup on neighborhood walks, play in the yard, or go on outings to Sniffspots or parks. I can drop in and check on your cats or spend time doing enrichment activities. I’ll treat your home with respect as I would my own and can take care of house sitting chores while you’re out of town. At my home, I have a large fenced yard and three very playful dogs. A large greenway runs through my neighborhood and is shaded for year round walks. I can crate your pup separately as needed.

“Kat took such great care of Tux! She came home happy and so much less stressed than when she has to stay at a boarder. She sent me pictures of the fun and cuddles they shared. I will definitely rebook for our next weekend trip!”

“Cooper and Chase had a very good second stay with Nathan and Courtney. They were giving a lot of attention and spent time in the fenced backyard. A much better alternative to a kennel. We were sent pictures every day to keep up with how our boys were doing.”

“Melanie is an incredible dog sitter. She worked with me on short notice, is very welcoming, and made me feel that my dog will receive the love and care I wanted. Communicates often so you know that your dog is well”

About: I became a dog mom at 19, and have been dog-sitting off and on ever since! While the extra income is always nice, I mainly do it to prevent coming home with a new puppy every week. I treat all the dogs I meet like they're my own and give them as much love as I do to my own babies - an 11 year old Lab mix and 6 year old German Shepherd! They both have loved every dog I've ever had staying at my house. I'm comfortable with all breeds and all ages, and have no problem giving medications if needed. I am available during the daytime for long walks and have a very flexible work schedule, which means a lot of play time for your pup! I’m currently working remote part-time and have the flexibility to choose my own hours, which means I have plenty of spare time during the day to spend with your pup! I treat your pets as if they are my own, giving them the same amount of love and attention if not more! I always make sure they are well cared for and that the client comes home to a clean house and happy pets!
“Taylor did a great job with our Old English Bully. Our Luna is a high energy unique Bully and Taylor was able to keep up! Taylor has great communication and she is mindful about the dogs needs and behaviors. Luna had a great time and we were able to relax and enjoy our time away.”

About: Hi! I’m your friendly neighborhood pet sitter—animal nerd, plant parent, and professional chaos manager 🌿🐾 From pocket-sized hamsters to majestic Great Danes, opinionated parrots to mysterious snakes, I love animals of every variety. Fur, feathers, or scales? I’m in. I approach pet care like a science and an art—learning routines, decoding body language, and adapting my care to match each pet’s unique personality (yes, even the dramatic ones). When I’m not hanging out with pets, I’m probably fussing over plants and making sure every living thing around me is thriving. Whether it’s following a color-coded care sheet, calming nervous pets, administering meds, or watering your beloved jungle, I’ve got it handled. You can head out knowing your pets (and plants!) are safe, spoiled, and genuinely cared for by someone who treats every home like a tiny ecosystem worth protecting. 🐈🌸🐶🐍🌱 Your furry, feathered, or scaly friends will be happy, safe, and well-loved while you're away! My wife and I recently made the move to Southern Pines from Florida and have been enjoying getting to know the community—especially its many pets! I believe good pet care starts with clear expectations, happy routines, and making sure every member of the household—furred, feathered, scaled, or leafy—feels safe and well looked after. I’m happy to offer pet sitting, house sitting, doggy daycare, and more. I have a large fenced backyard for safe playtime and live in a lovely, pet-friendly neighborhood, perfect for walks, adventures, or just soaking up some sun. Your furry, feathered, or scaly friends will be happy, safe, and well-loved while you’re away!
