She took the time to come over for a meet and greet beforehand, which really underscored her attention to detail and commitment to doing everything just as we would. She took on caring for him despite his senior bunny needs (including oral medication) and was gentle and caring. She was responsive and communicative, and took pictures every time which made it even easier to feel comfortable and sure that he was doing well. He was happy to see us when we got back and in great spirits! We would definitely recommend Sydney to anyone in need of a reliable and careful pet sitter, and would not hesitate to book with her again!
Emma helped us out for a second time. This was an additional day that was not well communicated in our household, but she was able to step in and help with this day tacked onto the end of the original request. Her flexibility is very much appreciated! She follows directions well, responds to questions about our cats, and leaves things in good shape when she’s done. We recommend her highly.

Alex was great! Our dog was under a lot of stress. We had just moved to a new home and then had to leave him for 5 days, just 3 days after moving. Alex was patient and kind with my dog. He had a couple of accidents on the carpet due to stress and Alex was patient, and went out and bought calming treats for him. 10/10 would recommend Alex for every dog.

Maddie took great care of our 2 cats while we were away, especially our one kitty that requires a daily medication pill. Although the daily pilling was not a favorite activity for our cat, Maddie showed patience and did her best to gain her trust. I felt at ease knowing Maddie works as a Vet Tech and has experience with animals. She made sure to give treats and participate in daily playtime. We will request Maddie again in the future.
