I have the summers off, including weekends, as I am a teacher of 19 yrs. I am available from morning to night to suit the needs of pet owners.

Since I am a cat-owner, I change litter boxes twice a day. Their meals include wet food in the morning and at night, with dry food available throughout day. Of course the water is changed each day. I also spoil them with little treats when I come home from work :) As a dog/cat sitter, I follow owners' requests about number of times outside each day to use bathroom/run/play around in fenced yard and their feeding schedule. I also like to be with animals for a little awhile so they feel comfortable with me and feel cared for.

It is important that I am aware of any specific wants/needs for the animal. I want to make sure that you, as a pet parent, feel secure and comfortable with me caring for your pet child.
A typical day
I love to play and run with dogs. Depending on dog size, I enjoy walking them outside, where they can get exercise and be in nature. Tyler State park is my go to spot for walking. As for cats, toys and eye catching exercises always entertain the kitties. As always, petting and talking to the animals creates a great relationship of trust and love.

I am an animal lover to the core! I have had cats and dogs in my life since I was a child, and I am a proud owner of 2 wonderful cats, Rocco and Gemma. I take care of friends' and family members' animals while they are away on vacation all the time. It is important to me that they feel secure, and that their beloved animals are cared for well while they are away! :)

Lisa is amazing! My cats love when she comes and I know the are in good hands while we are away! Highly recommend!
Lisa gets along well with my shy cat, who after only a few visits has warmed up to her and is now much less alarmed at a stranger in the house, which is wonderful. I am very happy to have her drop in and check on things when I'm away for a couple days. Booking again for later this summer.
Lisa is fantastic! She takes such great care of our cats and I feel so much better knowing that she’s checking in on them.
My very shy cat has begun to respond to Lisa after this the third two day drop-in booking six months apart, which is very heartening, as I wish I could take her on my infrequent trips, but can't. Lisa does an excellent job of standing in when I'm gone to give pets and treats and be proof to the pussycat she hasn't been abandoned. I have only good things to say, very pleased with the service. My mind is at ease with Lisa on the job!
