About: I have had pets since I was a small child and all throughout adulthood so have a ton of experience! Growing up we had a golden retriever (he lived to be 15) and then a mini dachshund. Currently, my husband and I have a cat, an American Hairless Terrier, a Wire-Haired Pointing Griffon and a Doberman Pinscher who are all very sweet and family friendly. My husband is also an AKC registered dog breeder and is the owner of Kyloe Legacy Kennels so I have experience with helping to raise a litter of puppies as well! I look forward to helping take care of your furry loved ones! I am currently home for the summer since I work in the schools as a speech-language pathologist. I have a 2 year old and an 11 year old at home who both love pets. Our oldest is away at college! I have a fenced in yard. We have lots of space for dogs to play and can walk them in our neighborhood. Your dog can be any combination of loose in the home, gated in the kitchen/dining area, or in a crate depending on the dogs needs throughout the day and night.

About: I've grown up around dogs. My family rescued a dog when I was 8, that I took care of until I went off to college. He was an American bulldog that lived a long happy life. After college I rescued a sweet doggy that was badly abused prior to my care. He was an American Bulldog Mix that suffered from anxiety and some aggression. After he had passed away, I adopted Penny. A boxer, terrier mix. She's one and a half and a big lover. I have gained a lot of experience from caring from mid-size / large dogs all my life. I am often a dog sitter for my friends and family. I love dogs of all size. I have school breaks off, so I will have more availability during those times. I am a teacher Monday - Friday, so my current availability is Saturday and Sunday. During school breaks, I will have almost all open availability. Most weekends I spend with my puppy, either doing enrichment activities or walking in nature. I have a dog kennel in my yard and two crates in my home. I also have a puppy that loves to socialize. I often walk my 60lb dog, so I am comfortable with small dogs up to large dogs.

About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs throughout my life, along with dog sitting for years on end. I enjoy animals of all kinds and currently own a cat and have also had a hamster. I am well rounded with most pets including aquarium animals! Typically I am available most mornings and day of the week. I work part time at the moment which gives me the freedom of pet sitting on my days off and certain times of day. I adapt to boundaries of any kind that are set for your fur babies! I know each and everyone are different and have their own specific needs met. Whatever is needed I can do.

About: I love pets. I treat your pets like family. I have a very welcoming home. I love puppies, older dogs, dogs with special needs. It’s all good. I work part-time from home. I’m home during regular weekday hours and I don’t usually leave home for more than a few hours at a time. I love regular walks. I take great care to ensure that guests have a safe and secure space. I emphasize safety as priority number one. I only watch one or two dogs at a time.

About: I am a 30 year old college graduate and I have loved dogs my entire life. I was never allowed to have a dog growing up so I always asked my friends if I could hang out with their dogs whenever possible. I just honestly really love dogs and want to be able to hang out with as many as possible throughout my life. I interned at a Veterinary Clinic during my senior year of high school so I have become familiar with appropriate ways to administer medications, trim toe nails, and calm anxious pups. My availability is fairly flexible and I will always make time to take care of a pooch that needs it while their pet parents are away for whatever reason they have. My schedule can sometimes be unpredictable but I always do my best to communicate that with possible clients. Open communication is key for me to help you. If I’m in your home, I treat it like my own. I was raised to respect everyone and their belongings. Your pet’s safety is always my number one priority.

About: I have taken care of dogs for awhile not only have I watched them, but I have also owned them! I am perfectly fine taking them for walks I would really love that! Or just watching them for a couple of hours or for the night while the family is out! I have taken care of older dogs too! ( I am not having dogs at my house, app won’t let me update that) Now accepting overnights. I will be working days at my other job so I now have more availability for over nights if anyone is interested! I don’t have any pets currently due to the place I live at. When we had dogs we would always keep them on a leash so they don’t run away or go and randomly jump on other people. Let them out whenever needed and feed twice a day.

About: I worked at an animal shelter where I helped care for dogs, cats, and small animals. I gained experience with lots of different categories like feeding, cleaning, playtime, and making sure animals felt comfortable and cared for. I also have experience with reactive dogs/cats and making sure to create an environment where they thrive and do not feel the need to be reactive. I also worked with many different types of cats, especially the shy ones who just needed more support. I have also given vaccines and medicine to animals, as well as taken a senior diabetic cats blood sugar. I understand every pet is different, and I’m happy to follow any routines and give them all the patience and attention they need and deserve! I also have experience with family animals! Growing up, we had all sizes of dogs, from a German Shepherd to an Italian Greyhound! So I have experience with all different animal personalities like door dashers, small velcro pups, and the older ones too:) I currently have a small dog, a bearded dragon, and a hamster! I truly love animals and want pet parents to feel comfortable knowing their pets are safe, happy, and getting lots and lots of love while they’re away! I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available most days of the week, including weekdays and weekends. I’m able to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening pet care as needed! I live in a rented apartment, so sadly I’m not able to board pets in my home. I do offer care in clients’ homes, which I believe is often best for pets since they can stay in their own familiar space:) I always make sure to follow instructions closely, keep the environment clean, and prioritize each pet’s safety and comfort.

About: My favorite thing to do when caring for animals is going on adventures! I love being outdoors whether it's a hike, walk in a neighborhood, or just playing in the yard. Not only is it good exercise for the pups, it brings me joy as well! Before getting my own dog at the age of 7, I enjoyed reading books about all dog breeds and gaining knowledge! All of my neighbors, family, and friends had dogs and I loved being able to walk them, play with them, and snuggle with them (of course)! I've been a dog walker and long term pet sitter for family and friends. Along with that, I have administrated oral medications for a few animals. Once putting my dog down when I was 19 years old I became the go to dog sitter for friends and family, and I would love to continue that now that I am away from my hometown! I'm currently a full time student at NMU who has a love for animals and am looking for a small source of income on my down time. I am in class 3 days a week and also have a fur baby of my own to attend too. With that being said, outside of my class times I can be very flexible in walking or dropping in to treat your animal as if it’s my own! I will take your dog to nearby parks, and trails as my adventure buddy and make sure your dog is getting all the love and exercise they need, or I can stop by your home and give your dog the same attention that I would give my own :)

We live a couple blocks away from Lake Superior in Marquette so can provide more than adequate walks during a typical workday. Open to traveling further and staying for longer periods of time if needed. We can provide referrals from folks we have supported with their animals over the years. We always make sure to check-in and update daily and are very respectful of individual's needs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 11. I’ve been trusted with walking, feeding, bathing, as well as medication administration by family and friends. I work as a night shift nurse so my schedule can be a bit different, hectic, and sparse at times, but I’m still able and very much willing to give your dog the care, love, and attention they need and deserve! I can easily crate your dog if needed. I always check fences or fence gates before letting a dog outside. If dropping in for a house visit, I like to make sure the area is safe and secure - making sure your pup doesn’t get into anything they shouldn’t, such as trash bins, food on the counter, etc.

About: I have had all sorts of pets growing up my entire life. I have been responsible for taking care of dogs, cats, rabbits, snakes, turtles, and birds since before I can remember! I have never not had a pet in my home to tend to. I have experience attaching kitty nail caps, when she was younger, with coordinated guidance while we were sussing out an unknown skin condition that was causing her to scratch aggressively, continually opening wounds, not giving them a chance to heal. Her condition is now under control, and she no longer requires the nail caps. Prior cats I have cared for have ranged from 3 lbs to 28 lbs! Our family pooch is an English Springer Spaniel, a unique tri-color showcasing beautiful Sable color. We welcomed him to our home 6 years ago. He is our 2nd Springer in 21 years. They are such a loving, fun, and gentle breed. I have much experience in connecting with and walking rescue dogs as well, mixed breeds including Sharpei, Pit Bull, Rottie, Jack Russel, Corgie, Labradoodles, Spaniels, etc. Sanitation is the start of keeping our friends safe and healthy; exercise and fresh air are necessary as well to have a happy, healthy home life. I can provide these things for your loved furry friend(s) while you are traveling or working.

Growing up there were 6 dogs in my household, all of them raised from puppies with us, and I currently have a four month old lab mix named Milo! I have cared for a variety of breeds and sizes, from little puppies to Saint Bernards and wolf hybrids. I also have great love and knowledge of reptiles! About: I’ve volunteered with dogs since I was 11, lived with large dogs my since childhood, and have been working jobs in animal welfare for 2.5 years. Working in a pet hospital, dog rescue facility, and a county shelter gave me a lot of experience and professional training with handling dogs of all sizes safely, especially anxious dogs. I was trained to administer daily medications and even fluids as needed. My daily tasks were feedings, cleanings, walking, and playing with our dogs. I am free Mondays and Wednesdays. I work from 8am - 6pm at the shelter on Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat. I would love to house sit for a night or two if this schedule can work around you and your animals. While checking up on your dogs, I can play with them until they’re tired out and teach them basic tricks and commands.
