“Not only am I a volunteer with Anna at our local animal shelter where she cares for numerous animals at one time, but we have also become very close friends in the process. I’ve trusted Anna to watch my 2 rescue doggos in my home many times, and there isn’t anyone I’d rather have do it. As most people are, I’m extremely picky about how my dogs are cared for and due to their difficult backgrounds, they aren’t the easiest to care for, but Anna always ensures they both get the individual care and attention that they need. I know that when she’s caring for my dogs, as well as any animals in the animal shelter, they’re under the best supervision possible. About: i’ve had a dog since I was a kid and they have always been an important part of my life! Now that i’m a student and away from home, I want to give my love to dog families that need me! I am a student at Northern Michigan so I have a pretty flexible schedule around my classes. I’m willing to work out times during the week and daily. I will treat the house and dog with respect like it’s my own! I also understand and know how to take care of all kinds of dogs and personalities.

About: I’ve had years of experience growing up with dogs and cats. I’m the person everyone calls when it comes to taking care of their pets. Whether that’s being asked to walk, basic training, feed, bathe, play or just a routine potty break… My first dog as a child was a cocker spaniel and was named Arie. He passed away from cancer at the age 12. I was the main responsibility of his care taking… from being fed, walked and groomed. Since Arie’s passing and after becoming an adult, I became a dog mom to a beautiful Great Dane by the name of Luna. She’s an absolute joy and is so smart. I take her health and livelihood seriously and provide her with a life that enhances her overall experiences. I started at home puppy training with her including commands that are in German. Playtime is an essential and so is fitness time. Currently she is spending time downstate with my mom in a loving home due to health issues. I would love to help other people in anyway regarding the care for their pets while they’re at home, at work or on vacation! I have an open schedule currently and am readily available to assist in pet care. Contact me directly to discuss a schedule that you’re in need of. I’m currently in an apartment that’s spacious and has a porch. The apartment has a pet friendly environment and vast areas for playing and walking (including trails). Certain items may need to be provided: water and feeding bowls, food, toys, treats, collar and leash, or anything that your pet is comfortable with. When it comes to your home, I’m sure you have everything that makes your pet feel at ease. If you need anything specific you can always suggest or ask.

About: I've taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was 14. I especially love watching puppies but I love dogs of any age. I've walked, bathed, and dog sat for friends, neighbors and family members for many years. I have a rescue pup of my own that loves other dogs if yours needs a friend to play with too! I am currently working part time and I have a pretty flexible schedule. The farther in advance the more flexible my schedule is. Monday and Tuesdays I am available all day, Wednesday and Friday after 2pm, Sunday after 11am, Thursday and Saturday from 6am to 1pm and anytime after 7pm. My work schedule is pretty flexible so if you have a request just let me know! I have a very large yard for the dogs to run around and play. I have a dog of my own if yours needs a friend or if your dog doesn't want a friend I can provide an environment for that as well. I can feed, walk, bathe and play your dogs.

About: I am a 29 year old college graduate and I have loved dogs my entire life. I was never allowed to have a dog growing up so I always asked my friends if I could hang out with their dogs whenever possible. I just honestly really love dogs and want to be able to hang out with as many as possible throughout my life. I interned at a Veterinary Clinic during my senior year of high school so I have become familiar with appropriate ways to administer medications, trim toe nails, and calm anxious pups. My availability is fairly flexible and I will always make time to take care of a pooch that needs it while their pet parents are away for whatever reason they have. My schedule can sometimes be unpredictable but I always do my best to communicate that with possible clients. Open communication is key for me to help you. If I’m in your home, I treat it like my own. I was raised to respect everyone and their belongings. Your pet’s safety is always my number one priority.
