About: I've had animals since I was little: hamsters, rabbits, rats, cats, and dogs. I've spent plenty of time around horses, as well. I've had a dog for the last 11 years but my parents are now watching her in Michigan, while I pursue beginning nursing school in the near future. I've worked in fertility medicine for the last 12 years, and I live in Beaverton. About: I’ve had years of experience growing up with dogs and cats. I’m the person everyone calls when it comes to taking care of their pets. Whether that’s being asked to walk, basic training, feed, bathe, play or just a routine potty break… My first dog as a child was a cocker spaniel and was named Arie. He passed away from cancer at the age 12. I was the main responsibility of his care taking… from being fed, walked and groomed. Since Arie’s passing and after becoming an adult, I became a dog mom to a beautiful Great Dane by the name of Luna. She’s an absolute joy and is so smart. I was never allowed to have a dog growing up so I always asked my friends if I could hang out with their dogs whenever possible. I just honestly really love dogs and want to be able to hang out with as many as possible throughout my life. I interned at a Veterinary Clinic during my senior year of high school so I have become familiar with appropriate ways to administer medications, trim toe nails, and calm anxious pups. About: My entire childhood there was always a dog or two in the house. I grew up with 5 different English setters that I helped take care of as starting as young as 10 years old. Being the high energy dogs that they are, I became well acquainted with daily walks and lots of attention and care. Today I’m the proud father of a 3 year old golden doodle named Winston. Despite being a couch potato he also loves the beach, camping, and could play fetch until his legs gave out. I’ve been working for home for 5 years now as a project manager, which has allowed me to proved constant care and attention to Winston and my parent 3 English setters whenever they have been out of town. Living just outside of downtown Negaunee, my neighborhood is dog friendly and the perfect place for a walk. I also offer a medium sized fenced in backyard, which is perfect for fetch and play time. I work from home M-F, so I’m always home and available to provide care. I also have a 3 year old golden doodle that I’m caring for fully time each day. I have a medium sized fenced in back yard with a covered porch. It is the perfect size for short distance fetch and playtime. Plus the porch offers some shade from the sun if they enjoy sitting outside and people watching.

I have much experience in connecting with and walking rescue dogs as well, mixed breeds including Sharpei, Pit Bull, Rottie, Jack Russel, Corgie, Labradoodles, Spaniels, etc. Sanitation is the start of keeping our friends safe and healthy; exercise and fresh air are necessary as well to have a happy, healthy home life. I can provide these things for your loved furry friend(s) while you are traveling or working.

About: I've grown up around dogs. My family rescued a dog when I was 8, that I took care of until I went off to college. He was an American bulldog that lived a long happy life. After college I rescued a sweet doggy that was badly abused prior to my care. He was an American Bulldog Mix that suffered from anxiety and some aggression. After he had passed away, I adopted Penny. A boxer, terrier mix. She's one and a half and a big lover. I have gained a lot of experience from caring from mid-size / large dogs all my life. I am often a dog sitter for my friends and family. I love dogs of all size. I have school breaks off, so I will have more availability during those times. I am a teacher Monday - Friday, so my current availability is Saturday and Sunday. During school breaks, I will have almost all open availability. Most weekends I spend with my puppy, either doing enrichment activities or walking in nature. I have a dog kennel in my yard and two crates in my home. I also have a puppy that loves to socialize. I often walk my 60lb dog, so I am comfortable with small dogs up to large dogs.

About: I have taken care of dogs for awhile not only have I watched them, but I have also owned them! I am perfectly fine taking them for walks I would really love that! Or just watching them for a couple of hours or for the night while the family is out! I have taken care of older dogs too! ( I am not having dogs at my house, app won’t let me update that) Now accepting overnights. I will be working days at my other job so I now have more availability for over nights if anyone is interested! I don’t have any pets currently due to the place I live at. About: My favorite thing to do when caring for animals is going on adventures! I love being outdoors whether it's a hike, walk in a neighborhood, or just playing in the yard. Not only is it good exercise for the pups, it brings me joy as well! Before getting my own dog at the age of 7, I enjoyed reading books about all dog breeds and gaining knowledge! All of my neighbors, family, and friends had dogs and I loved being able to walk them, play with them, and snuggle with them (of course)! I've been a dog walker and long term pet sitter for family and friends. Along with that, I have administrated oral medications for a few animals. Once putting my dog down when I was 19 years old I became the go to dog sitter for friends and family, and I would love to continue that now that I am away from my hometown! I'm currently a full time student at NMU who has a love for animals and am looking for a small source of income on my down time. I am in class 3 days a week and also have a fur baby of my own to attend too. With that being said, outside of my class times I can be very flexible in walking or dropping in to treat your animal as if it’s my own! Absolutely great pet hosts and will use them again in the future, they were able to be home for the weekend, took my old anxious girl on walks around Marquette’s best spots and responded to every message I had checking in on things. About: Hi, I am Bri! I grew up on a small dairy farm in Wisconsin and was raised with border collies. I have always loved animals. I currently have two dogs of my own, a 13 year old rescue Mini Australian Shepherd and a 7 year old Border Collie mix. I work from home which allows me to spend lots of time with my fur babies! I would love to spend time with your pet and would provide outstanding care! Our home in Skandia, MI is just 20 minutes from Marquette, so if you are traveling to the area and need dog care for just the day or longer, please reach out. About: I've had animals since I was little: hamsters, rabbits, rats, cats, and dogs. I've spent plenty of time around horses, as well. I've had a dog for the last 11 years but my parents are now watching her in Michigan, while I pursue beginning nursing school in the near future. I've worked in fertility medicine for the last 12 years, and I live in Beaverton. I work full-time in the medical field, Monday through Friday, from 8am - 5pm in downtown Portland, and will have more availability during the day after July 20th. I’m happy to accomodate your pets! Whether they need adventure - or someone to stay with them at home, i’m happy to help out with their needs.
