“Dorothy was fantastic! The meet and greet went great and she kept in communication the whole time we were gone. She was prompt about making sure the house was secure. Our cat normally roams outside, but she noticed he was hanging out under cars in the front, which is not normal, and she made sure to get him out from under and back inside. She was very nice and very responsible. We will def book her again.”

“Isabel was fantastic!! I was nervous about leaving my cats for two weeks, but she took care of them so well and I felt very at ease thanks to her! She arrived to the meet and greet with her own special forms to take notes, was extremely detailed, and so sweet with the kitties :) Would definitely book again in the future!!”

When going for walks just around the neighborhood I like to add just a little running to get those heartbeats pumping. With check-ins I'm available to do about 3-4 times a day if needed, I am also willing to give medicine if your pet requires it. I'm flexible when it comes to schedules an am always willing to work with you so you an your pet get the best service provided. In my client's home, I make sure that the animal is comfortable with me in any and all situations. I ensure that they are also fed, given medications if needed, exercised, and loved all in a visit.
“Christina was great! She dealt with my cat's oral medication needs and chaotic litterbox habits. The kitties were happy and healthy and she left everything very clean and tidy!”

“Monroe did a great job with my cats. They are very reclusive so she didn't actually see them, but she visited faithfully and took care of their needs. She is very pleasant and cooperative to work with. Highly recommend.”

About: Had taken care of my own dog for 15 years. I Started Pet Sitting to fill the void of the loss of my own dog❤️🩹 I’m currently in school full time but not working, so I will be able to give your pet plenty of love and will make time to provide excellent care. I have cared for many dogs over the years. I have experience giving medications and taking care of dogs with special needs. I will provide excellent love and care for your pets!
“Mollie is extremely responsible, caring, and great with dogs. She sent pics of my dogs every day while I was away and ensured every aspect of their well-being. I recommend her services highly!”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life. From the best well-behaved dogs to troublesome puppies, as well as a heavily medicated seizure-prone dog, I’ve seen a lot. Greyhounds, pugs, mutts, etc, I’ve either had or cared for a wide range of breeds. I have owned up to 5 dogs at a time as well as up to 4 cats. I do have some training experience with puppies as far as obedience and walking, and have dealt with many dogs that pull on-leash or are reactive. My family members and friends always come to me first to dog sit. I am an animal lover through and through. I love photography and taking pet photos so I’m quick to get a cute pic while they’re being cute, funny, or playful 🥰. I’m working part time, mainly evenings so while you’re at work during the day I can watch your pets and give them all the attention they need, taking them out frequently. Most days I am available until 1 to 3pm. I am an experienced walker/sitter and have the patience for stubborn dogs as much as I do the easy ones. I’m very specific to cater towards each dogs individual needs and will follow given instructions to the absolute best of my ability.
“Jess was great with my two cats, especially with one feeling under the weather and having to get more care than usual! Communicated great with us and sent pictures. Will definitely be using her in the future for my two fur babies.”

About: I love all animals really. I've had them since I was little. And I prefer larger dogs if they were my own. But each their own. I recently stopped working in health care. Did that for the last 20 yrs so I'm going from caring for people to your furbabies for you when need. I do have a fenced in yard. 1 dog and 1 cat of my own. And a crate if needed for your dog or cat.

About: I’ve taken care of multiple dogs and cats my entire adult life. I currently actively train my dogs at a local Kennel Club and specialize in deaf dog training. I currently own an embroidery shop and work part time. I work my dogs and take care of my kiddos outside of that time. I always enjoy working dogs and helping others. I have a privacy fenced in yard and am able to use my own transportation to pet sit as well. I am primarily available on weekends but feel free to send me any questions.
“Tatum does a fantastic job with our dog Duke! He loves his time with her! She’s got his schedule down and takes such good care of him! We will definitely continue to use her now and use her in the future!!”

“Elisa was great! She is professional and great with dogs. This is my first experience with Rover and I’m so happy I found Elisa to take care of my two dogs. I will be booking with her again and I highly recommend her!”

About: Experience with dogs of different sizes as well as with cats. I used to have 5 dogs at once. All with different needs. Very flexible and will acclimate to whatever your pet needs! Very flexible with whatever you and your pet need. I WFH throughout the week and can work from wherever. Or I can just go check on your pet after work or for a walk. On a recent health journey and would love extra motivation to be more active outdoors! I’m very conscious about ensuring pets are well leashed and not left alone (especially outside). Will make sure they get their food (and treats, if allowed) as well as all the necessary pets!
About: I have a great deal of passion for training dogs and horses. I've loved and cared for a multitude of different species, including a sheep! My routine is to come home, have some dinner, and then feed/play with my dog and cats. I'd love to spend time with more pets! It's imperative to me that petsitters understand individual pet body language & communicate with pet parents to ensure that every pet feels secure & comfortable.
“Emily is absolutely great! You can tell she really cares for your animals while you’re gone. My pups are always in great care when Emily is watching them. They get so much love and attention while I’m gone, I always come home to very happy pups. Emily also takes extra considerations for your home if you choose to do drop in visits. She’ll make sure everything is left the way it was and goes above and beyond to cleaning up or preventing any mess that the pups may make (muddy paws from rain etc). Great communication throughout the trip as well to include updates and pics of my pups! Thanks Emily for another great visit and taking care my pups for me with such care and love!”
About: Hi my name is Anna and you can trust that your pet will be treated with the most genuine care as if they were one of my own. I’ve own dogs my whole life and I’ve cared and trained each one of them. I have been able to walk and care for 4 pups at once from small dogs up to 120 pounds so there’s nothing I can’t handle. I will pamper your baby, make sure they are fed, take their potty breaks, take medication if needed, play time and lots of belly rubs and kisses. You will be able to go on about your day worry free that your fur baby is in the greatest hands being spoiled and having the time of their life. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and care throughout the day. I understand the importance of keeping pets on their normal routine and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I understand that pets feel most comfortable in their own environment, so I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. I’ll treat your home and pets with care and respect, and I’m always happy to provide photo and video updates for peace of mind.

I can't even fully express how much we appreciate Susan for taking care of my fur babies. I love having someone I feel truly safe with leaving my dogs in thier care. Especially my older german sheppard who typically doesn't adjust easily to people outside of our family. She took to Susan almost immediately.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Huber Heights with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
