About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I currently have two dachshunds and am also the designated sitter for three cats who belong to my brothers, so I have a love for both! I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and love surrounding myself with them. I’ve had lots of experience sitting for pets, ranging from German shepherds to kittens. I have lots of experience working with puppies and senior dogs. I am currently at home full time for the rest of the summer before I start my first year at law school this fall! I wanted to have a relaxing and fun next couple of months before starting possibly the hardest journey of my life, and I thought no better way to do that then spend time with animals. I’m always out walking, especially during the summer and would love to have a cute furry friend to accompany me! Since I am home full time, I am very flexible and have the ability to provide lots of love and care toward your pets. I’ve just recently finished up my internship, so I am available most weekdays. Mornings and early afternoons work best for me, but I am flexible! I always make sure my pets feel loved and cared for. My parents travel a lot and rely on me to be with the dogs 24/7 which I gladly do. I make sure to take them on walks (long enough that their little legs can handle). I’ve realized that a lot more dogs than expected have separation anxiety, so I always try to be as present as possible for them! The same applies for cats. I understand cats can vary when it comes to personality and temperament, and that has helped me understand the best approaches for them and how to interact in a way that is respectful to them.

About: Hi! My name is Alyssa and I am new to rover but I have a lot of previous pet sitting experience. I attended the Greene County Career Center for 2 years in the Veterinary Science field. This provided me with experience caring for animals, and set my passion into motion. I have had a job working with service dogs which gave me experience and knowledge with puppies, senior dogs, etc. I also have experience with senior pets as well. About: I have rescued animals and taken care of them my entire life:) I have unbreakably strong empathy for animals in need, and their owners! I’ve had experience with administering medication to my own rescues, and experience with elderly dog/kitty care. About: I've taken care of cat's and dogs all of my life. I have 2 cats that are litter trained. I also know how to teach dogs basic training! About: I have had dogs at home my whole childhood, where I had my first exposure to taking care of them. I have been partially responsible for my childhood dog's care for about 7 years. More recently, I have been a trainer for future service dogs through the organization 4 Paws for Ability. For my first year of this I had full time responsibility of a service dog in training named Curry. I trained Curry from 12 weeks old to 1 year old, when he was accepted into the Advanced Training program at the 4 Paws facility! Any dog that I care for is properly supervised to ensure their safety and happiness. If you wish, I also training exercises while your dog is in my home. I am currently in medical school at wright state and usually have class for 3-5 hours on weekdays. I am otherwise flexible and available on some weekends. I will care for your pet by giving them lots of attention and snuggles. I will make sure that all of the dog's needs are met and take them for walks according to their energy levels.
About: I've owned dogs all of my life and can provide excellent care of your dogs. They will get plenty of love and play time as well. I currently work from home and will be able to give your dogs plenty of attention. They will fit right in with us in our home.
