They sent well-timed pictures that showed the dogs relaxed by themselves or with one of the family. “This was our first experience boarding our pups and Angel exceeding all expectations. We made last minute plans to leave town right before the holidays, giving her 1 days notice. She was super flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. I loved that they had their own indoor kennel area outside the house, so they can be pups and not intrude on someone else’s space—as we know how inquisitive our little friends can be. They had a comfortable area to rest & also a fenced in yard to run & play. We will continue to trust Angel in the future for all of our boarding needs!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and helped at the local vet clinic growing up. My last dog passed away from heart failure in 2022. It’s a busy time for my sons activities so it’s not a good time to bring a full time dog into our home at this time but would love to help others out. I work full time outside the home M-TH from 8-3 and half day Fridays (occasional Fridays totally free). I am willing to be flexible with week day stays if they can manage being alone during those hours. Our yard is unfenced but I would walk or chain them out depending on owner preference. They would be treated like they were my own.

About: Hey there! My name is Caroline, I grew up in Texas with four dogs ranging in breeds from shitzu, golden retriever, Bassett hound, and corgi, with ranging ages and special needs. I am trained and able to administer any medication needed, from daily pills to administering Valium for epileptic animals. I currently am active duty military stationed at Wright-Patt and have one very large and lovable yellow lab/golden retriever mix of my own, Tanner. I am flexible with drop in times as I can work with my schedule during the week, however I ask at least a days in advance notice so I can properly plan out the day to play with, feed, and walk your fur babies. About: I’ve always been exceptionally empathetic towards animals, and I’d like your pets to feel as if they’re on vacation when they’re with me. When I first started rover, an owner saw how well I cared for their dogs, and they became like my second family during college. I still visit after moving away. My family dog is a husky, so I can take on big energetic dogs, and my first dog ever was a Yorkshire terrier with medical problems, so I know how to administer medication if needed (I have a background in the medical field as well). You can have a stress free day knowing your animals are safe and well cared for with me. I will be with your pet the entire stay, so you don’t ever have to worry about them being left alone for long periods of time. I live in a townhouse, so I have two levels, making it larger than your average apartment. I also have a back yard with a lead allowing your dog to run around without being hand held on a leash for every potty break. I also can provide drop in visits for your furry friends. For cats, I provide toys, cat trees, cat beds, and a hammock. I ask that you bring their food, bowls, litter, and litter boxes and any other special items they may need. Same goes for any dogs :) I have worked as a foster for shelters in Columbus for three years as well, so I am used to providing 24/7 care for other animals. I work from home full time, so I am able to have a very flexible schedule. If you need your animal cared for in my home, I am able to provide that service. I get off of work in the early evening, which gives me plenty of time to do drop in visits after work. My yard is fenced in, which is great for your doggie kiddos. I also do not let my cats outdoors, so any cat staying with me will be safe in the home. I have a dedicated room in our home where I house all of my rover guests away from our pets. Small dogs are okay to be boarded in my home, as well as any cats as long as they are litter box trained.

My yard is fully fenced and dogs are watched diligently when outside. The above ground pool my pool has a fence that prevents any pup from accessing the water without me present. Dogs are fed separately and there is always fresh water available both inside and outside through automatic waterers. All water play (splash pad or doggie pool) is supervised.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I currently have two dachshunds and am also the designated sitter for three cats who belong to my brothers, so I have a love for both! I have lots of experience working with puppies and senior dogs. I am currently at home full time for the rest of the summer before I start my first year at law school this fall! My parents travel a lot and rely on me to be with the dogs 24/7 which I gladly do. I make sure to take them on walks (long enough that their little legs can handle). I’ve realized that a lot more dogs than expected have separation anxiety, so I always try to be as present as possible for them! The same applies for cats. About: Ever since I was a child, I was responsible for the care of a variety of animals, and I mean solely responsible. Growing up (and today), I was the one that friends and family came to for pet sitters and care/training advice. I prioritize following pet care instructions to a tee- I do not cut corners on even the most “meticulous” of care instructions. With me, you can trust that your fur babies will receive the highest quality of care and attention because of my intrinsic love for animals. My days vary a lot, but I am often able to make time if you give me a week’s notice. If you need urgent pet care, do not hesitate to reach out. I cannot promise that I will 100% be available, but I will make the time if I have it. Honestly, I prefer to play by the owner’s rules when caring for their pets. Besides that, I refuse to take anything but a gentle approach with the pets. I am very careful to only administer treats/toys as the owner instructs.
