We are forever grateful that she lovingly cared for our precious one-year-old cat, giving us peace of mind and the comfort of knowing our fur baby was in the safest hands. Without a doubt, we will wholeheartedly rebook Gaby every time we find ourselves away from home for a stretch—knowing our cherished pet is surrounded by such genuine love and care.”

“Victoria was an amazing pet sitter for drop in visits for our little meow. She was incredibly responsive with all communication, showed up on time, shared lots of updates and photos with us, and even checked on our chickens as well. She was proactive with questions, and just made us feel comfortable and at ease right away. She is a thoughtful and caring person, and her expertise and comfort with animals was very apparent in how she approached getting to Lia. We highly recommend Victoria, and are looking forward to having her back to watch Lia again soon!”

“I am so thankful I found Renee. She is kind and thoughtful and so attentive to our Basset puppy. Her visit summaries are very detailed and she takes several pictures to help me miss our pup less.”

About: I grew up with dogs all my life. Whether it was my own golden retriever or lab or my friends great dane or chihuahua, I've always been around dogs. My current childhood dog is a 14 year old chocolate lab. She's a senior but her bad hips and hearing loss doesn't stop her from acting like a puppy. I've been a volunteer at the Hotel for Homeless Dogs, a shelter located in Cumberland, RI, since November 2023. Being a volunteer there has exposed me to tons of different types of dogs. Big, small, old, young, reactive, dog aggressive, shy, docile - you name it! Being around and caring for a wide range of dogs helped me gain experience and confidence in my pet care ability. I'm currently working full time, M-F until 4:00 pm. I'm available 5:00 - 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am - 10:00 pm on weekends. Currently, I cannot accommodate boarding pets in my home, as I rent and property management does not allow pets. That being said, I pride myself in treating someone else's space/ home, like my own. I am respectful, cleanly, honest, communicative and kind!

“Jessica was great with our two large dogs. She was on time and provided detailed information about the visits. We will definitely use her again in the future. Thanks again jessica.”

About: I've taken care of many animals over the years. Small dogs and cats to great big dogs like great Pyrenees and German Shepards. I can give the love and attention to any animals in need. I can administer medicine to animals and do tasks like nail trims. I cannot wait to get to know your furry friends. I am an animals lover and I have 2 cats and 2 dogs of my own. I love all animals and would love to take the time to care more. I have plenty of flexibility and would love to use that time to pet sit. I have a home with a large fenced in back yard, and availably to let the dogs use the bathroom and go out and play whenever they need or want. I also have many dogs toys and dog treats. I also have many cat toys and cat treats. I love going for walks with dogs and am happy to want the pups for any distance and any place.

About: I grew up with a Jack Russell and Golden! Currently, I have a 4 month old lab mix puppy named Mia. We love long walks and the dog park. I will treat your furry family member like my very own! No ask is too big or to small walk, run, bath, ext. I work in Narragansett 7-3 Monday-Friday and am happy to walk and visit any furry friend! I’d be happy to stop on my way home for you and am active in my routine. My house is puppy proofed with plenty of pet friendly toys. My puppy loves other dogs and is extremely friendly to play with and walk. I have a large crate that can be used if need be and a play pen cage. If we walk long at night I have light up collars for the pups. When traveling in the car I have seat belts for the dogs so they will be nice and safe.

About: I have two Shih Tzu’s of my own, Theresa and Gwen! Theresa is my little old lady and is still running around and playing at 15 years old. I’ve had her since she was a little puppy and we’ve grown up together. Two years ago I got Gwen, and I raised her from nine weeks old. I have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and seniors! Senior dogs have a special place in my heart. I also LOVE cats and am happy to work with them. I’ve cared for relatives cats numerous times. I currently go to URI full time during the week, and I work a part time job. I have a lot of pockets of free time but it can vary on a week to week basis, due to my work schedule. I understood how anxiety inducing it can be for a stranger to become involved in your dogs schedule (for both you and the pet!), but I feel confident working under these conditions as my own dogs can be extremely anxious and weary when meeting new people. It’s important to understand the signs that this is happening but also important to know what to do.

About: I have years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and anything in between. I’m passionate about positive reinforcement training and have specialized experience in leash training high energy breeds. I love clicker training and am happy to use these methods on walks and drop in visits if desired by the owner. I work from 9:00am until 3:30pm so I’m available early mornings and afternoons/nights, as well as weekends. Happy to come twice a day or as needed! I do not plan to have pets in the home, but if this is ever required I do have a large backyard and bike trail for walking. I am also happy to take your dog on a hike if desired.

“Ginger, we will definitely keep you on our speed dial for future visits. The pups seem to love you and I can see it from the pics. I hope you had a great weekend and we definitely will see you again soon!”

Alexandra R.
“Alexandra is the best dogsitter I've ever had. From the beginning, it felt like she's known my dog all his life. She has a innate sense about what dogs need - she'll get down on the floor with them, she'll cuddle them, she'll clean up any messes without ever complaining. Alexandra has had dogs all her life, and she understands how to make them feel happy and comfortable. She is patient! And finally, she is always prompt, reliable and easy to communicate with - very responsive over text and I loved all the photos she sends me. Your dog will be very lucky to be in her care.”
