About: I have always been an animal lover. Growing up, I always had at least two dogs in the house with me. My parents always instilled never ending love for the family pets into me and nothing make me more comfortable than a furry friend by my side. I also spent some time working for a dog boarding facility in my hometown of Wichita, Kansas. While loving every minute of it, I would like to pursue that feeling again by working for Rover and taking excellent care of your furry friend. I work full-time at a local high school as a coach. My schedule is open in various slots in the day for dog care, and my job allows me to take care of any tasks I need to throughout the day as long as my work is not affected. I am usually off work by 5:30 pm and live just minutes away from work. I also do not work on weekends, so those days are full of opportunity. In your home, I will make sure the pets are safe and getting as much love, attention, and playtime as they deserve! When on walks, I will ensure they are a safe distance from vehicles and that they are cleaned up after.

Many walks are in store if appropriate for your pup, as well as engaging play and relaxing belly rubs too! I have a 20 year history of caring for horses & dogs of my own; giving medications, grooming, exercising, & feeding. I provide my dog Ellie with chiropractic & stretching care after a running injury 3 years ago. You can be certain that contributing to the well-being of your furry companion is truly a passion of mine. I’m currently working part-time very close to my home, so I am available every morning, most days, & every evening for walks. Boarding at my home is available throughout the week & on the weekends. I have a big fenced in yard with plenty of room to play with my friendly rescue doggo, Ellie. I am able to crate your pup if needed. My home provides lots of open space, a nice screened in Florida room, and multiple spots for sun-soaked naps! We are located within 15 minutes of SRQ Sarasota Bradenton airport. We are also a quick 5 minute car ride to GT Bray park, or Robinson preserve for adventuring at its finest!

About: Growing up, I have always had a dog in my life. Until the age of 11, I had a German Shepard so I am experienced with larger dogs. I got my own dog when I was 9 so I understand the responsibility of being a pet owner or handler. In highschool, I pet sat for my neighbor, who was a nurse who worked late shifts at the hospital. I did this for about six months before she moved away. I would feed her dog, take him on multiple walks throughout the day, and spend hours at her place sometimes until she got home and other times until her dog was calmed down enough to the point I felt comfortable leaving him alone. I am also a cat owner and understand how the care they need is different from dogs. I have a dog and cat of my own so I am used to the constant fur and routine care for a beloved pet. I love animals and am home from college for a few weeks and would love to meet some new furry friends! I am unable to board your pet(s) at my home, but am more than willing to drive to your house to watch your pets and take care of them, including feeding them, walking them, playing with them, and making sure they get plenty of love. I understand that some people may be hesitant to hire someone they don't know personally, so I am more than willing to meet you in-person before you think about hiring me. This will allow you and your pet(s) to get to know me beforehand. I am also willing to discuss rates other than the ones already set.

About: Our furry friends aren’t just pets, they are family! I I grew up with dogs and have always loved watching our family and friends’ furry animals when they were away. I know every pet is different and has different needs and I am ready to take anything on. The days will be tailored to your pet and if your pet loves to have fun, we will have lots of fun! If they prefer to lounge around, we will take the day easy. I can’t wait to meet you and your best friend! I work from home so I am available all throughout the day to care for your pet! Your pet comes first for us, and they will not be left alone for more than 1-2 hrs if a grocery store run or errand is needed. Besides that though, we are always ready to have fun with our pup and can’t wait to have your furry friend join in on the fun! My husband and I have a 3 year old male English Mastiff named Tank! We have a small side yard for quick potty breaks, but we also have a lovely neighborhood to walk around in that has causeway access at the end that is pet friendly and a park just down the road that we frequent daily.

About: I raised 3 daughters and they turned out OK! Your pets will be fine! I’m a retired snowbird living part of the year in Bradenton! Retired school counselor actually, so no pet can be as challenging as my students! As for pet experience, I’ve had 2 golden retrievers and bred them to for a total of 25 puppies. Add to that lots of cats, 3 horses and a goldfish or two, but now have an empty nest! Let me get my fix on your fur baby and know you’ll have piece of mind knowing they will be loved and cared for! I have a flexible schedule and can adapt to your needs so I am ready to meet you and your fur baby! Ready-set-go! Woof! I work very part time so my schedule is very flexible to accommodate your pet’s needs. I am willing to travel to your location to provide care for your pet. I prefer to take care of your pets in your home or neighborhood. My winter home is currently in an RV park that restricts animals.

About: I was raised in a family full of animals growing up, and was taught how to take care of and train our dogs since I was a child. I have walked 350+ dogs and have a 5 star rating on other dog walking apps. Having been around dogs my whole life, I realize that every dog is different, and each need their own unique care and attention so they can be mentally and physically happy and healthy. I will make sure your pup is loved as if he/she were my own, and they will have a blast too! I love taking tons of photos and videos, and love to keep you posted on how your pup is doing during their stay/walk. Looking forward to working with you.

About: Hello - my name is Clay. I am currently a doctorate student. I have taken care of dogs, all breeds and sizes, for well over a decade. I have taken care of sick babies who are on strict diets and medication and vitamin regimens. I also have experience administering fluids. I’d love to care for your babies next! (No cats) I have fairly open availability. I am currently only working on my doctorate degree. I am easily able to pause on those things and come take care of your baby, or do my schoolwork while house sitting. I only care for babies at the client’s house. I give lots of potty breaks and treats. If there is no yard or park, I enjoy taking long walks with your pup. No doubt they will be well cared for!

I had a little bichon frise named Bailey for 17 years but unfortunately he just passed away this past January. It has been very hard not having a little companion with me especially during these unprecedented times. I am living in Bradenton Beach right now as I am working from home virtually. I do not see taking care of a pet as work, I see it as a very enjoyable thing to do and would love to take care of your pet! I am a very active individual and would be more than happy to take your pet on several walks per day if needed. I have plenty of time throughout my day to take the dogs for walk, potty breaks and give attention too! I will care for you pet as it is mine. I will always talk to the owner of the pet before I bring them into my own house. I know every owner has preferences on where they want the dog to sleep, how frequent potty breaks and such are.

About: I have a lifelong experience and dedication to pet care. I grew up with a needy cocker spaniel and several devious ginger cats that I adored. I’ve raised 3 kittens and even nursed a stray cat back to health in Tampa (Simba was adopted and is living her best life).
