“Linda and Brian cared for our Rue girl for two weeks while we were out of the country. It’s impossible to put into words how much we appreciate the love and care that was extended to our baby. She made fast friends with their sweet dog, Carmi, and Linda sent daily pictures or videos showing them having so much fun together and then napping together from exhaustion. Linda made the time to meet us well in advance of caring for Rue and really listened to what Rue needed, including walks, being brushed, the ability to have her crate to sleep or take breaks in when she wanted, and following her feeding schedule. Linda allowed Rue free rein in her home, and even made time for her to relax on the lanai to people and bird watch; something she loves to do at home. Rue had an amazing time, and this allowed my husband and I to really enjoy our vacation knowing she was having the time of her life too. We wholeheartedly recommend Linda for pet sitting services. About: I’ve raised cats since I can literally remember. I grew up in the country, so there were a lot of barn cats around the property, and I remember just always being drawn to the cats. I have raised 4 litters and have trained my dogs myself. My border collie travels the world with me and has gone half way around the world and back. Can't imagine my life without her... I also do not go into work on Mondays and Wednesdays until 10 and get out of work on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3 making a lot of time available everyday for animals! I live next to an open field awesome for running dogs around. I also live in a nice HOA community that loves dogs and has ample room for them. The inside of my house is extremely pet friendly as many of my family members have pets that come over my house
About: Working Wonders K9 officially began in 2024 but its roots run deep into the heart and the history of Kenna the owner. Throughout her childhood, she trained her pet dogs in obedience and could often be found learning agility and tricks with them side-by-side! As an adult, this passion lead her to train her rescue dog, Luna, as a service dog after developing an autonomic nervous system dysfunction that took away her safety and freedom. Under the guidance of a service dog trainer, she began learning the basics of training a working dog and found a calling. After apprenticing with a training company and spending much of her free time researching dog body language, training methods and training techniques, she opened Working Wonders K9 with the goal of making service dogs accessible to disabled individuals and helping pet parents train and build a strong relationship with their dogs. She offers knowledgeable pet care as well as training and support in obedience and behavior modification. I currently am attending school full time and have my own dog training business where I help clients train their pets in obedience and provide solutions to problem behaviors. During the day I have plenty of time to devote to pet care and making sure each pet gets the time and attention they deserve! I offer knowledgeable and experienced pet care in the clients home. I have a background in veterinary care and dog training and have devoted many hours to understanding dog’s body language in order to care for them better. I provide on leash walking and oversight in homes and backyards to make sure each pet is taken care of and gets the love and attention they need!
