About: Working Wonders K9 officially began in 2024 but its roots run deep into the heart and the history of Kenna the owner. Throughout her childhood, she trained her pet dogs in obedience and could often be found learning agility and tricks with them side-by-side! As an adult, this passion lead her to train her rescue dog, Luna, as a service dog after developing an autonomic nervous system dysfunction that took away her safety and freedom. Under the guidance of a service dog trainer, she began learning the basics of training a working dog and found a calling. After apprenticing with a training company and spending much of her free time researching dog body language, training methods and training techniques, she opened Working Wonders K9 with the goal of making service dogs accessible to disabled individuals and helping pet parents train and build a strong relationship with their dogs. She offers knowledgeable pet care as well as training and support in obedience and behavior modification. I currently am attending school full time and have my own dog training business where I help clients train their pets in obedience and provide solutions to problem behaviors. During the day I have plenty of time to devote to pet care and making sure each pet gets the time and attention they deserve! I offer knowledgeable and experienced pet care in the clients home. I have a background in veterinary care and dog training and have devoted many hours to understanding dog’s body language in order to care for them better. I provide on leash walking and oversight in homes and backyards to make sure each pet is taken care of and gets the love and attention they need!

My own dog and I are regulars at sniff spots and the beach, and I know how much a good sniffy walk can do for a dog’s mood and energy. About: I’ve taken care of and watched dogs of all ages and sizes. I have trained and raised my own dog of 13 years. I have always loved animals, especially dogs! I am currently working full time but I am available most late afternoons and evenings, including the weekend! I am very trustworthy and have excellent time management skills. Communication in advance is key and I respond quickly to messages. My service will focus mostly on walking your dogs since the condo I live in doesn’t allow me to board pets with me, unfortunately. About: Since I can remember as a little girl, I’ve always had a passion & drive to take care of animals and really interact & get to know them. Each has their own personality that are just so fun to explore. From as small as anoles and 3 week old kittens, up to as big as Great Danes & large parrots, I’ve cared for everything and I love getting to know each pet! About: I have always been an animal lover. Growing up, I always had at least two dogs in the house with me. My parents always instilled never ending love for the family pets into me and nothing make me more comfortable than a furry friend by my side. I also spent some time working for a dog boarding facility in my hometown of Wichita, Kansas. While loving every minute of it, I would like to pursue that feeling again by working for Rover and taking excellent care of your furry friend. I work full-time at a local high school as a coach. My schedule is open in various slots in the day for dog care, and my job allows me to take care of any tasks I need to throughout the day as long as my work is not affected. I am usually off work by 5:30 pm and live just minutes away from work. I also do not work on weekends, so those days are full of opportunity. In your home, I will make sure the pets are safe and getting as much love, attention, and playtime as they deserve! When on walks, I will ensure they are a safe distance from vehicles and that they are cleaned up after.
