They are very attentive to his routine, medications, and diet. They are great communicators and send frequent photos and videos when we are gone for vacations. It is such a relief to not worry about our special little one! Plus he is always so super excited every time he sees them ! I highly recommend Stephanie and Elizabeth for your precious pets care☺️”

My dog is a singlet and isn’t around dogs a lot !Jewell’s pups welcomed her into their home and became great friends with my pup. I appreciate the socialization she received while staying with Jewell. We will be using her again. She is amazing, her home setup is perfect. Jewell is fantastic for nervous dogs. Highly recommended!”

“My rescue Pom has major trust issues. Viktoryia did a great job of caring for her and gaining her trust. I would definitely recommend V. to anyone looking for a good spot for their furry friends. It’s so good to know I have a great spot for next time I need to find a Rover! Thank you Victoryia!”

“My dog is super high anxiety and he was so calm around Lisbeth on the scariest day of the year (4th of July). Normally we can’t leave Richie home alone because of his separation anxiety but with it being the 4th of July, he definitely couldn’t be alone as he is terrified of fireworks. Lisbeth was great and has such a calming energy about her that she was able to keep Richie chill all night long. I would recommend her to literally anyone. She’s great with animals; they just love her and you can tell and she loves them too!!”

“I am so grateful to have Eve caring for my dog! Bruce is very wary of new people but Eve is consistently patient and welcoming until he gives in and snuggles up to her. :) I know Eve will keep him safe and well-cared for. She is reliable, friendly, takes one dog at a time and works at home, so your dog will have company when they want it.”

“He has experience in taking care of a high energy dog, at first I was cautious as I dont know how yoki will be with kids 10 under, but he did ok. Jarrad was trying to figure out how to work the apps but eventually was able to send photos. Will see him next time!”

“Tara is AMAZING! Our pup boarded with her full time for a week while we were out of town. Professional, caring, reliable, and communicative, just to name a few of her wonderful care giving qualities. Lots of pictures and communication every day. Even on short notice and on top of that our pup started going into a heat cycle while in her care. Tara kept us updated and made sure our pup was safe, loved, and cared for. Could not be happier with this experience and I highly recommend Tara!”

“Abby was amazing! Was such a last minute booking and I was so nervous. Did a meet and greet first and Batman and her got along great. She eased all my worries. Sent me update videos and photos all the time! Will definitely reach out to her again. 😊”

“We could not be happier with the treatment Skipper received from Olga. She sent us daily pix and he looked so happy. When we picked him up he was clean and frisky. We will use Olga absolutely.”

“Sadie went to Beth’s house for the weekend! She had fun and gets excited when she goes over there. Sadie & Snickers get along well, Beth is a great sitter, communicates and sends pics during her stay!”

“Picked our bernadoodle up earlier today from her first visit/overnight stay with Hope and Scott. Video/photos and text exchanged. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Had a bad experience with a previous sitter who temporarily lost our dog. I know our Teddi is now safe and sound with Hope and Scotts care.”

“Stacey was wonderful, she was willing to work with our needy kitties. She put in so much effort to make sure she was able to do my cats asthma inhaler. Absolutely would recommend Stacey, especially if you have specific needs for your pets!”

About: I have been watching cats specifically for 7 years now with reoccurring and new families. I have worked with all types of cats and kittens aswell as have one of my own at home! I adore cats and prioritize their comfort and playtime.
“Julie was fabulous. She dropped in to check on my kitty. Made sure she was good and fed. She also sent me pic. She even brought in our front door deliveries. Definitely recommend Julie.”
“We brought our 4 month old Sharpei with us on vacation and wanted to spend the day at an amusement park with our human kids. We couldn’t leave him alone all day, but luckily we found Andrea on Rover.”

About: The Universe Cat Distribution System gave my Maine Coon when she was 4 years old. She is 13 now. She is the master of RBF and is affectionately known as KittyB***Cakes by friends and family. I grew up with dogs but when she came into my life, I discovered how much I needed continuous (sometimes forced) kitty snuggles and realized that the connection made with a cat is one of respect and love, not the up the butt attention seeking love that dogs give. I love to spend time staring at the unseen monsters in the corners of the room with them, just as much as I love watching the kamikaze flying kitty kicks fueled by catnip and zoomies. Even the most scaredycat friends are best friends. Ill make sure that your cat is well cared for!

“Mckayla did an amazing job watching my cat, Panda! She sent lots of pictures, played with her, and gave clear updates that made me feel at ease while I was on my cruise. Thank you again!”

“Incredible and the best of the best. Caroline took care of my baby while I was out on a quick trip and reported my cats habits and shared pics. She is thorough with her visits and truly cares for your pet as if it were her own. Definitely booking again!”

About: I’ve raised cats since I can literally remember. I grew up in the country, so there were a lot of barn cats around the property, and I remember just always being drawn to the cats. Nothing has changed as now I have 2 of my own little angel girls being spoiled and running my home. Cats have such unique personalities and their trust means SO much since they are not as easy to win over as dogs.
“Elisa met my expectations and more! We did an meet and greet and right off the bat I knew she was the right one. My cats have a new friend and so do I! Thank you for the love you gave to them!”

About: If you have a puppy or a dog that needs a little extra help getting down the basics of sit, wait, leave it, come, or has trouble walking on the leash; i am your doggy savior! I do all my walks using the lose leash method, meaning the dog is more in "heel" then pulling or trailing behind. I love walking on hiking paths and trails as well as city and community walks. I always bring treats, water, and poop bags on my walks! I have an Australian labradoodle, Kingsley who is my service dog and loves other dogs! If you're interested in socializing your pup can have a playdate, he is a great friend. I can fully handle dogs of all sizes and ages and will follow all instructions left by you. I am trustworthy, reliable, and time and have a car, so I will be able to get to you, no problem. I work from home and love animals! Happy to play, train, and walk dogs. I have been pet sitting for 11 years and am very honest and loyal. I care for pets in clients home, walk, playtime, and offer puppy training. I thoroughly enjoy connecting with animal and supporting families. Please reach out if this seems to be a good fit :)

“Elisa was very good with Hopi and kept him for 3 days without any other pets. He seemed very well cared for and met his needs. He was comfortable enough to sleep with them!”

About: Since I was little I have always had pets. Started with two dogs, then bunny rabbits, cats, and more dogs! Around 2012 is when we were down to 1 dog and 1 rabbit and decided we were going to work with a local shelter and be foster parents to make sure these pups found a great home and were trained and nourished before the went. We have fostered from puppies to a few years old of all different kinds of dogs. With having pets all my life and my sister being a vet to give me advice, I feel that I am capable of being a reliable caregiver to your pets as well! I currently just moved to Florida to complete my degree in physician assistant studies. This is will be the most difficult thing I have ever done and will not have time for a full time job. Being able to provide times that I am available is extremely convenient for my grueling schedule of graduate school. I am available all week days just about until school starts and I get a routine down. I think its a great idea to take dogs on as many walks as much as possible to socialize when they can. Taking them for walks or even to a park/fenced in field is a great way I like to take care of my pup. All I ask is that you let me know if they are good with other animals.
“Lexis is awesome! Very caring and responsive to messages quickly and willing to help with any needs. She is the best person to handle pet needs and she even helped with preparing some things for us before the hurricane when I was far from home. Definitely an awesome person and pet sitter! Thanks Lexi’s!”

“Betsy watched our dog, who has separation anxiety, so we could attend a baby shower. Since we don’t live in the area, we really appreciated how accommodating and responsive she was throughout the whole process. When we picked our dog up, she was very calm and comfortable, which gave us great peace of mind. Betsy is very sweet and attentive, we would definitely recommend her!”

“They were awesome! Glen had a great time playing with the other dogs there! They know a ton about dogs so I felt extremely comfortable leaving glen with them for the day and they were great to him! Definitely will be using them anytime I am in town!”
“Adela was easy to work with and made our dog, Nala, very comfortable. Nala has separation anxiety and is usually very wound up and hyper when we pick her up from a sitter. This wasn't the case after her time with Adela. She was calm and didn't seem stressed at all. Nala didn't demonstrate any separation anxiety the second day we left her with Adela, which is uncommon for her, even with people she knows and likes.”

“Fantastic dog care Very impressed with how Janette handles dogs It was our first time and Griffin was relaxed and peaceful when I picked him up, which is unusual using a first time sitter I highly recommend her, but not so much that I can’t find space to use her again!!! 5+ stars”

“Michelle watched our dog Kona over 4 days while we were in Bradenton on spring break. We appreciated her flexible schedule and all the pics she sent each day which showed our Kona was in good spirits and great care! Super easy drop off and pick ups. Michelle is so nice and friendly. We are so grateful she was available for us. Highly recommend!!”

“I believe our boys have found their new best friend! We have a couple of rescues and one of them is high energy, high anxiety. We really needed someone who could help him become more comfortable around other dogs—needed lots of patience! Tara is an answer to a prayer! We had two meet and greets with her dog, and we just picked them up from their first day of daycare. They did great and we are so happy to recommend Tara!”

“Our miniature dachshund "Monty" went to Olga for daycare a couple of times. He liked her very much and was well cared for by Olga and her family. Unfortunately we aren't able to book her anymore cause we just moved. We wish Olga and her family the very best.”

About: My hubby and I are home and pet sitters for folks on LBK and surrounding areas. We LOVE some pups to play/spend time with when sitting pet-friendly condos and are also able to come stay with your pet in your home. We will play inside and outside, go for walks, use their family/familiar commands, snacks, food, and naps. Will follow any needed structure requested; example: if you do not allow your dog on furniture, I will follow suit. I offer overnight stays as well as daytime care, a la cart services as needed. I am currently at home each day so have plenty of time to play with and care for pups. I would enjoy the companionship myself as well! We are home and pet sitters and travel often. Although we tend to travel to the same places (clients) each year, our boarding availability depends on the condo we are sitting at the time and it's pet rules. If I cannot board your pup in at my place, I can usually come to you or provide daily drop-ins.

“Gina was amazing with my pup nova. Her home was so cozy and clean. She was so well taken care of and had plenty of toys to play with. Her doodles were also the best companion for my nova to play with. Definitely will book with again!”

“Anu is fantastic! Taz loves seeing her and playing with Izzy. She keeps us informed of how Taz is doing, sends a few pictures and we feel very comfortable leaving Taz with her. Taz has separation anxiety, but has displayed none of it when he goes with Anu. Very happy and have booked Anu several times in the coming weeks.”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with a natural connection to pets of all kinds. I grew up with Yorkies and cats, and today I share my home with two retired rescue greyhounds. I’ve also spent time around large breeds like English Mastiffs, so I’m confident handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I bring a calm, patient energy that helps pets feel safe and comfortable—whether they’re shy, senior, or full of puppy energy. I understand how important it is for your pet to feel at ease while you’re away, and I’m fully committed to creating that sense of home and routine for them. From administering medications to taking gentle walks or simply being a warm presence, I treat every pet as if they were my own. My love for animals started at a very young age—I even worked at a veterinary hospital at age 14 as a dog trainer, which gave me hands-on experience in caring for and understanding pets. That early passion has only grown stronger over the years. Pet care is now a natural part of my daily life. I start and end each day with walks and quality time with my two retired greyhounds, so caring for animals is woven into my routine. Whether it’s feeding, walking, giving medication, or simply offering comfort and companionship, I genuinely enjoy every part of it. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets the attention, care, and consistency they need—whether it’s daily drop-ins, overnight stays, or weekend visits. Making animals feel loved and secure is something I take pride in, and it never feels like a task—it’s something I truly love. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my goal is always the same: to make them feel safe, loved, and as comfortable as possible. I follow each pet’s routine closely—feeding schedules, walk times, play preferences, and any special needs like medication or extra quiet time. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and keep things tidy and consistent, so your pet feels secure while you’re away. I take the time to get to know their personality and provide calm companionship, play, and affection based on what they enjoy. In my home, pets are treated like family. I create a peaceful, pet-friendly environment with soft spaces to relax, lots of love, and a routine that helps reduce stress. Whether they need extra snuggles, slow-paced walks, or a little patience, I meet them where they are—physically and emotionally.

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors/friends dogs and senior dogs, which also includes time to ease owners worries. My goal is to provide home care away. I currently lost my job of 21 years and have always wanted to work, take care of animals. No children & lots of love to provide I have a large, fenced in yard. My dog loves to play with other dogs & my cat watches oh so closely. They love it.
About: I have always been an animal lover. Growing up, I always had at least two dogs in the house with me. My parents always instilled never ending love for the family pets into me and nothing make me more comfortable than a furry friend by my side. I also spent some time working for a dog boarding facility in my hometown of Wichita, Kansas. While loving every minute of it, I would like to pursue that feeling again by working for Rover and taking excellent care of your furry friend. I work full-time at a local high school as a coach. My schedule is open in various slots in the day for dog care, and my job allows me to take care of any tasks I need to throughout the day as long as my work is not affected. I am usually off work by 5:30 pm and live just minutes away from work. I also do not work on weekends, so those days are full of opportunity. In your home, I will make sure the pets are safe and getting as much love, attention, and playtime as they deserve! When on walks, I will ensure they are a safe distance from vehicles and that they are cleaned up after.
About: Hello! My name is Bernadette. I am a 23 year old college student. Growing up, (even though my parents didn't appreciate it) I was the girl who would always bring home strays. I would either some how persuade my parents to keep the dog I found or would help place the dog into a nice loving home. Ever since I could remember, my family would have several dogs at a time... So now caring for them is second nature. When I first started attending college I would always find myself puppysitting/dogsitting for several of my friends whenever they went out of town for few days. Then, when I heard about this app, I thought what better way to utilize and expand on my care for animals! To me dogs aren't just pets, they are family. I am a fellow dog lover and would love to take care of your fur babies. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to inquire further. Thank you and I look forward to taking care of your best friend!
About: I have experience working with elderly and sick dogs so I am used to administering medicine. I had two dogs before I moved out of my parents a teacup chihuahua and a mutt named buddy. Felipe is 13 and buddy is 6. I have experience working at a dog shelter in San Diego California when I was 13-14. I am open to all breeds and all sizes. Both of my dogs were from the spca so I’m used to untrained pups. I will treat your dog like they are my own. Trips to the dog park regularly if boarding and regular walks and attention. I am a piercer at a tattoo shop and my partner is a tattoo artist, we have revolving schedules. Usually the pup would only be left alone 1-2 hours at a time, when i go to work and he comes home right after i leave. We are both animal lovers so being on rover is a nice way from preventing us from getting our own dog. I do stay in apartment but we make sure to go on regular walks around the neighborhood. There is a small fenced in area i like to take them too as well.
“Alexa was wonderful! Not only was she accommodating with a last minute same day walk, but followed all instructions well and cared for my pup perfectly! Will absolutely be a return client”

I’m currently working part-time very close to my home, so I am available every morning, most days, & every evening for walks. Boarding at my home is available throughout the week & on the weekends. I have a big fenced in yard with plenty of room to play with my friendly doggo, Ellie. I am able to crate your pup if needed. My home provides lots of open space, a nice screened in Florida room, and multiple spots for sun-soaked naps! We are located within 15 minutes of SRQ Sarasota Bradenton airport. We are also a quick 5 minute car ride to GT Bray park, or Robinson preserve for adventuring at its finest!

About: I was raised in a family full of animals growing up, and was taught how to take care of and train our dogs since I was a child. I have walked 350+ dogs and have a 5 star rating on other dog walking apps. Having been around dogs my whole life, I realize that every dog is different, and each need their own unique care and attention so they can be mentally and physically happy and healthy. I will make sure your pup is loved as if he/she were my own, and they will have a blast too! I love taking tons of photos and videos, and love to keep you posted on how your pup is doing during their stay/walk. Looking forward to working with you.

“Sarah was wonderful!! She took such amazing care of our dog and gave him so much love! We appreciated the pictures and updates. We will definitely be bringing him back!”

“Michelle was great! From her communication and photos I could see my dogs felt right at home. She lives close by so drop off and pick up a breeze. Hope to bring my pups back soon. Thank you Michelle.”

“What a wonderful family, and our sweet dog came back happy, healthy, and unstressed. I will definitely reach out again to have them dog-sit. Karson was so thoughtful to send us pictures showing how she was adjusting, since this was the first time she had ever been left with someone. Thank you!”

“Amanda and her family took excellent care of our sweet Charlie! Daily she sent updates, pics and even a video of him playing! Excellent communication throughout ! Highly recommend!”

“We LOVED how Danielle took care of our Josie. I think Josie loved her, too! We got several notes each day, with pics and an occasional video. It was clear that Josie was truly enjoying her stay. Huge thanks go to Danielle for taking on our 75 pound, energetic lab. High recommendations for her - but leave room on her calendar for future Josie visits.”

“Kym and Glen were kind enough to take Winnie at the last minute for me. They went above and beyond to make Winnie comfortable and happy for her first visit. They have a perfect dog friendly set up as a Rover.com dog. Both of them love dogs very much. Winnie slept with them and really enjoyed her visit. There is nothing like the personal touch. Thank you Kym and Glen for being so good at caring for our pets! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great place to leave their furr babies. Susan and Winnie”

“Terrific care and love generatedfrom Tracy to Millie. Plays ball and takes walks with Millie on a daily basis. She asked for permission to take for car rides and trips, that Millie thoroughly enjoys, and I enthusiastically approved. She relieved the apprehension I had about leaving, enabling me to enjoy my vacation.”

“Lori is amazing! Our dog was so nervous and scared coming to a new place. Lori took her time to get to know our dog and it didn’t take very long before our dog was enjoying Lori’s home and hanging with another furry friend. Thank you Lori!”
“Mikayla is wonderful! She’s so good with all pets, she just gets them. She cared for our 6 month old puppy and 1 1/2 year old and they were so happy. Great space to play and her dogs were kind and loving. We received photos and updates that allowed us to know all was well. Mikayla communicated beautifully when we reached out in need and was accommodating to our flight schedules. It’s comforting to have found her and we will certainly reach out again. Thank you, Mikayla and family!”

About: Your dog deserves more than a typical boarding experience—they deserve a calm, loving home where they feel safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. With over 22 years of hands-on experience, I provide a private, cage-free environment designed for comfort, attention, and peace of mind. I intentionally keep my care more personal and intimate, so each dog receives the time, affection, and supervision they deserve—something I felt was missing in many traditional facilities. Your dog will live as part of my home, not in kennels or behind closed doors. I’m with them 24/7, offering constant care, companionship, and a peaceful routine. My space is designed so dogs always feel included, even if brief separation is needed, using open, visible areas rather than isolation. I also have a large, securely fenced yard for safe outdoor play and relaxation. I am CPR certified and experienced in administering both oral and injectable medications, so you can feel completely confident in your dog’s health and safety. While you’re away, I provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your dog is not only safe—but genuinely happy, comfortable, and loved. My goal is simple: to give you the feeling that you never truly left your dog behind. Caring for dogs isn’t something I fit into my day—it is my day. I keep a small group so I can give each dog my full attention, carefully observing their behavior and well-being. This allows me to notice even subtle changes and respond quickly, keeping you informed and your dog safe, comfortable, and truly cared for at all times. In my home, dogs are never just watched—they’re truly cared for. I stay closely attuned to their needs, whether it’s noticing when they want to go outside, play in the yard, rest, or simply need comfort. I make sure each dog feels safe, happy, and understood, with plenty of love, attention, and a calm, secure environment throughout their stay.
