“I had booked a stay for my pup with Donna in March and was supposed to do a "meet and greet" this past week. Due to a family emergency I was unable to meet with Donna but she was quick to offer me assistance in caring for my puppy so I could attend to my emergency. She took great care of my little guy while he was there and sent me frequent pictures and updates. It was a huge relief not having to worry about him while I was taking care of other things.
