“Betsy was very loving with my dog, Lucy! She communicated with me the entire time I was away, which I really appreciated! Her dog Frida, is now Lucy's new best friend. Betsy has a nice fenced backyard that the dogs were able to run and play out there. She also sent me picture updates and I could tell that Lucy felt right at home. I HIGHLY recommend Betsy and Frida as your next Rover option!”

“Without a doubt, the best pet sitter I've had in my life. A true gem. Her communications are timely and clear. If I could higher rating i would but there wouldn't be enough room on the rating sheet to hold all the stars she's earned..”

“Five stars! My Charlie was sooo happy staying with Stephanie and Elizabeth!! For the first time ever he came back to us in great spirits. I will bring Charlie back whenever I go out of town. Highly recommend!”

“This was our first time having Eve as a dog sitter for our buddy Barnes. She is lovely, very caring and sent thorough updates throughout his stay. We will absolutely use Eve again when we need a sitter.”

“Jewell is a true jewel!! My nervous pup flourished with her and her sweet pups. My dog is a singlet and isn’t around dogs a lot !Jewell’s pups welcomed her into their home and became great friends with my pup. I appreciate the socialization she received while staying with Jewell. We will be using her again. She is amazing, her home setup is perfect. Jewell is fantastic for nervous dogs. Highly recommended!”

“My dog is super high anxiety and he was so calm around Lisbeth on the scariest day of the year (4th of July). Normally we can’t leave Richie home alone because of his separation anxiety but with it being the 4th of July, he definitely couldn’t be alone as he is terrified of fireworks. Lisbeth was great and has such a calming energy about her that she was able to keep Richie chill all night long. I would recommend her to literally anyone. She’s great with animals; they just love her and you can tell and she loves them too!!”

“Elisa was wonderful with Ollie! This was our first time leaving him with her, and she immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that he was in great hands. She was very caring, took him on walks, and sent us pictures throughout his stay, which we really appreciated. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing Ollie was safe, happy, and well cared for. We had a great first experience with Elisa and will definitely be using her again. Highly recommend!”

“Viktoryia was amazing with my dog! I just moved here and had to travel immediately for work, and Viktoryia was so accommodating. Even when my dog had an upset stomach, she went above and beyond to take care of her and help the problem. Not to mention, my dog has a very strict medication schedule that she handled with no problem. I would 100% recommend her!”

“Bentley enjoyed his first stay with Donna… he played and was clearly loved and cared for.. I appreciate all the pictures and videos too. I was happy to find he made himself at home while he was there”

“Just the best! Howie stayed with Jeff and Beth while we were on vacation in Europe for two weeks. They took excellent care of him and sent us pictures daily. We would hundred percent recommend them!”

“Alyssa was a great and quick communicator. She helped with my dog's medications, which were a few of them. It sounded like Klyo had a great time and had a chance to interact with other dogs for a change. Will definitely use again when needed.”

“We LOVED how Danielle took care of our Josie. I think Josie loved her, too! We got several notes each day, with pics and an occasional video. It was clear that Josie was truly enjoying her stay. Huge thanks go to Danielle for taking on our 75 pound, energetic lab. High recommendations for her - but leave room on her calendar for future Josie visits.”

“Dr. Hope is the first sitter that has completely put my mind at ease. I know my doggies are well cared for while I’m out of town and they are always excited to go there. I highly recommend her!”

“I needed a sitter on short notice and Kym and Glen were happy to help. Their backyard is amazing and was a perfect place for Olive and the other pups to play. Olive immediately warmed up to Glen when I dropped her off, and I swear she seemed like she didn’t want to leave when I came to get her!! She came home with a new bandana and some cookies, which was such an unexpected and sweet gesture. I will definitely be using Kym and Glen again in the future!!”

“Audrey and Karson took very good care of Rebel and Freya. They kept us informed and answered our calls on a short notice booking. Would highly recommend and will use them again.”

“I left my puppy with Olga for 4 days while we were out of town. Olga did a great job taking care of my little guy and setting my mind at ease while we were gone. He had plenty of friends to play with while there, and I got to see some great play shots via the photo updates. It was the perfect home away from home for him!”

“She was awesome! She stayed communicating at all times made sure my puppy was comfortable. Sent lots of videos and pics. I’ll definitely book with her again! Recommend 💯”

“Ali is amazing! She has dog sat for my two pups twice when I’ve gone on long week vacations that happen to be out of the country. I trust her to keep my dogs safe and that they will get lots of love during their stay. My one dog is a little anxious around other people but has taken to Ali and her family so well, can we say dog whisperers? It’s so comforting to know my dogs are in the best care and I feel fortunate to have found Ali on Rover. She’s a great communicator, organized, responsible, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Thank you Ali!”
“Audrey and Joseph are always the first place I check when I need a sitter! They do a great job of making my pup feel welcome and send daily photos. Trust them 100% with my fur baby.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
