Gabrielle is fantastic! She took over the care of our dog at the last minute due to an unforeseen situation. She sent pictures, videos, and updates throughout the day. She took care of him as though he were her own pet or child. In fact, I am not sure he was ready to leave! She gave him a bath just before we picked him up. He went on multiple walks throughout the day. He was never left alone (she works from home). And her place is spacious, particularly the terrace! I will definitely use her again!! Best service we have ever had!
I wish I would have found Charlie and Lisa sooner. I felt comfortable with them the first time we met and RD made himself right at home at the meet and greet. They were very attentive to him and his needs. Sending pictures and updates made me feel at ease because it was the first time I left him with strangers and I could tell he felt right at home. I will definitely use Charlie and Lisa again and I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone who wants their fur baby in good hands and well taken care of. You will not be disappointed!!
I had my dog, Brier, stay with Pamela for the very first time. Prior to the stay, we did a meet and greet at her house and I could quickly see how much Pamela loved animals. During his stay, Pamela sent me videos of Brier playing with her dog. He was so happy and tails a wagging. Best Rover experience to date.
