Just before I dropped her off, Madi had been scratching and developed an issue with her eye pressure and had to start eye drops. Francis welcomed her with open arms. A few days into her stay, Madi needed a follow-up vet visit, and Francis took her in and handled everything—including her meds and eye drops—with so much care and attention. Madi is also on heart meds and requires extra support, and Francis went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after. She sent me daily updates and photos of her relaxing on the couch or exploring her big backyard, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Madi was in loving, capable hands. Two thumbs up for Kym and Glenn! This was my first time using Rover. Kym responded to my reservation request right away. We made arrangements for everyone to meet and see their space prior to the drop off. Their dogs welcomed my dog Coco and Glenn showed me their space; a beautiful shaded, fenced in backyard and the run of the house. After the drop off, I received pictures and texts letting me know how Coco was doing. They made it easy and being away from Coco, stress free.
Patricia was great. She took care of Benni, who is a very shy and fearful Yorkie, for three nights. Benni absolutely did not want to leave us, but she became so comfortable that she bonded with, sat with and slept on Patricia's bed. Patricia sent plenty of pictures and descriptions of Benni's care. We would definitely hire Patricia again, but we are only visiting Alaska and may not have another chance.
I was extremely satisfied with Lizabeth & Earl's care of my pup for 4 days. Daily updates, videos, responsiveness and I really appreciated their professionalism with the meet & greet to go over care needs ect. Highly recommend anyone looking for their pets to consider them!
