“Carla and her family were very welcoming to us and our fur babies. They were all kind, caring and friendly. Finley & Jessie were very well taken care of and it seems all of our requests regarding their care were met. I’ve booked with 5 different Rover sitters in the past and although they all kept our pups safe this was the first time I had absolutely no concerns or worries. I’m usually checking in frequently with the sitter or just over worrying about how they are doing. This time, I didn’t worry at all or need to check in-because Carla always let me know. If I did have a question or needed to reach out to her-she got back to me right away. I can honestly say I felt as though she really enjoyed looking after our pups. That might seem strange to say because why would someone do this if they didn’t enjoy it? But I’ve had my fair share of doubts & hesitation with past sitters for one reason or another. That was never the case with Carla. It doesn’t seem like just a job with a sitter like Carla who goes beyond just the basic needs of the pup. That makes all the difference to the pups and their parents. In fact, we are already making plans to book with Carla, again. The pups looked great when we picked them up.
