About: I raised 3 daughters and they turned out OK! Your pets will be fine! I’m a retired snowbird living part of the year in Bradenton! Retired school counselor actually, so no pet can be as challenging as my students! As for pet experience, I’ve had 2 golden retrievers and bred them to for a total of 25 puppies. Add to that lots of cats, 3 horses and a goldfish or two, but now have an empty nest! Let me get my fix on your fur baby and know you’ll have piece of mind knowing they will be loved and cared for! I have a flexible schedule and can adapt to your needs so I am ready to meet you and your fur baby! Ready-set-go! Woof! I work very part time so my schedule is very flexible to accommodate your pet’s needs. I am willing to travel to your location to provide care for your pet. I prefer to take care of your pets in your home or neighborhood. My winter home is currently in an RV park that restricts animals.
“A heartfelt thanks, Stephani and Elizabeth, for all the peace of mind you provide. Being away is better, knowing that my babies are happy! Thank you so much!”

About: I grew up with 2 dogs and 3 cats and now have 2 cats of my own. I would walk to neighbors houses just to play with their pets! Mice, lizards, chinchillas, dogs, cats, any pet you could have, I was there to play with them! Throw any challenge my way and I can handle it as I have taken care of pets my whole life in many situations I live right next to my job offering me immediate access to my home if needed. I am home everyday for lunch requiring me extra time to care for animals. I also do not go into work on Mondays and Wednesdays until 10 and get out of work on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3 making a lot of time available everyday for animals! I live next to an open field awesome for running dogs around. I also live in a nice HOA community that loves dogs and has ample room for them. The inside of my house is extremely pet friendly as many of my family members have pets that come over my house

About: I was raised in a family full of animals growing up, and was taught how to take care of and train our dogs since I was a child. I have walked 350+ dogs and have a 5 star rating on other dog walking apps. Having been around dogs my whole life, I realize that every dog is different, and each need their own unique care and attention so they can be mentally and physically happy and healthy. I will make sure your pup is loved as if he/she were my own, and they will have a blast too! I love taking tons of photos and videos, and love to keep you posted on how your pup is doing during their stay/walk. Looking forward to working with you.
About: I am an animal lover with 20+ 5-star ratings on Trustedhousesitter. I have experience caring for rescue pets, large and small pets, administering medications, including injecting medicine, and pets with severe anxiety. I have completed short term and long term (1 month+) pet-sits. My TrustedHousesitters profile, which has my 5-star reviews, is available upon request since Rover doesn’t allow me to post the link. I have added some of the reviews in the Photos section of my Rover profile. In addition to being a great pet sitter I’m also a highly qualified house sitter. Cleanliness is important to me and I always leave the home clean. I have built water infrastructure systems in other countries and resolved multiple issues while I was pet/house sitting so I'm confident in my ability to fix anything in a house. For example, I've resolved issues such as power outages, water heater stopped working, shower drainage issues, fixing a lawn mower, and replacing an oven. I work remotely and I have a flexible schedule so I can be at home with your pets as much as they need it. I can work around the schedule of your pet(s). I have completed 20 pet-sits where I care for the animal in their home. I have a smoke free home and there are no kids nor other pets in the home.
“Thank you, Chris! Chris was professional, on time, friendly and even took the chuck-it out for my babies as requested! My dogs were definitely tired when they came back from their play/walk and we will definitely be calling him again!”

About: Since I can remember as a little girl, I’ve always had a passion & drive to take care of animals and really interact & get to know them. Each has their own personality that are just so fun to explore. From as small as anoles and 3 week old kittens, up to as big as Great Danes & large parrots, I’ve cared for everything and I love getting to know each pet! Currently, my schedule is free! Looking to try to get into this full time, but anything dealing with animals is my focus! My schedule is very open right now and i’m open to anytimes! I will definitely get to know your pet first, go slow with them and just build a positive, playful rapport with them so they truly get to trust me. Anything you or your pet needs, please let me know and I definitely am so willing to make it happen! I care that your pet is comfortable and happy with me!!
About: Hello - my name is Clay. I am currently a doctorate student. I have taken care of dogs, all breeds and sizes, for well over a decade. I have taken care of sick babies who are on strict diets and medication and vitamin regimens. I also have experience administering fluids. I’d love to care for your babies next! (No cats) I have fairly open availability. I am currently only working on my doctorate degree. I am easily able to pause on those things and come take care of your baby, or do my schoolwork while house sitting. I only care for babies at the client’s house. I give lots of potty breaks and treats. If there is no yard or park, I enjoy taking long walks with your pup. No doubt they will be well cared for!
About: My tagline is how I see pets - they are family! I grew up having dogs, cats, bunnies, and fish. When I moved to Florida 5 years ago, I didn’t have any family so I decided to pick up pet sitting. I understand the importance of catering to each animal’s needs. If your pet is laid back and wants cuddles, we can do that. If your pet is energetic and needs to run, we can do that too! I look forward to meeting you and your furry fam 😊 I currently have a full time job M-F, 8-5 that is flexible with working from home. There are rare times where I need to go into the office, so I require that your pet is fine being alone for 4-8 hours. When boarding, I have ample space to set up your pet’s crate, bed etc in the living room or bedroom if they typically keep it there. I’m a big cuddler, so I am fine with them sleeping in the bed if that is what they are used to. I have a pond in my backyard with no gators, and both sides of the pond are fenced so depending on your dog’s personality, they can run free in the backyard or we can go on walks around the neighborhood if they tend to be escape artists!
“I could not be happier with Michael's care!!!! Responsible, kind, caring! I love getting photo updates from my pup's walks. Thank you so much, I am so happy to know my sweet Flo is taken care of while I'm at work”

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors/friends dogs and senior dogs, which also includes time to ease owners worries. My goal is to provide home care away. I currently lost my job of 21 years and have always wanted to work, take care of animals. No children & lots of love to provide I have a large, fenced in yard. My dog loves to play with other dogs & my cat watches oh so closely. They love it.

“I'm so thankful for Sarah taking my 11 year old corgi (Phil) on daily walks. She has been a savior helping us 4 times a week for 5 months. She is dependable, professional, trustworthy, and she communicates any concerns. Finally Phil and I are getting a new home with a fenced yard... but I would call Sarah again if I needed help because she is fantastic.”

About: I have had all kinds of dogs all my life. Currently we have a border collie, 2 rough collies and 3 basset hounds between our two homes!! I have raised 4 litters and have trained my dogs myself. My border collie travels the world with me and has gone half way around the world and back. Can't imagine my life without her... I know how difficult it is for a pet parent to leave their babies and I will do my best to really bond with your baby so that he or she are happy during your time apart. My Border Collie, Izzy, is also a wonderful, weet natured, gentle dog who will be great company and comfort for your fur babies! My condo is set up with a patio the dogs can use and they are of course welcome everywhere in the house. I have a great dog park a short drive away where I can walk and entertain them when they need it. The people and dogs that come there are great and it is a very friendly and fun place. I also have a pen set up for closer supervision if necessary. And of course I am home almost all the time.

About: I’ve cared for both dogs and cats for several years and truly understand that every pet has their own unique personality and needs. As a pet owner myself, I have hands-on experience with feeding routines, litter box maintenance, daily walks, playtime, enrichment, and lots of affection. While I’m newer to professional pet sitting, I have real-life experience caring for my own animals and helping friends and family with theirs. I’m patient, attentive, and comfortable caring for pets of different temperaments — from energetic pups to independent or shy cats. I treat every pet as if they were my own and prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness. I currently work part-time and create my own schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, including afternoons and evenings. Because of my flexible schedule, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive consistent care and attention. I have a fully fenced backyard with grass for safe outdoor play and live within walking distance of a dog park for extra exercise (with owner approval). Inside my home, pets are supervised and kept in a calm, clean environment. I can easily follow specific feeding schedules, crate routines, medication instructions, or litter box preferences. For cats, I ensure litter boxes stay clean, provide enrichment and playtime, and respect their space if they prefer quiet companionship. My goal is to create a safe, loving environment where your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 8. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I have owned a French bulldog. I’m currently not working, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays after 9.00 am. I have 2 wonderful children, 5y 7y. They love dogs and cats very much, we have always had a pet in our family. My family will do everything to make your pet feel like at home. He will be loved and cared for.
About: I’ve had all types of dogs since I was a kid. My first dog was a Bichon Frize. My second dog was a rescue the turned out to be a Catahoula (who was such a good girl and was very protective of my kids). My third dog was a GSD. She was also a rescue and she had a litter of pups and I helped her with her labor. I raised 2 of them. I made sure that ALL of my dogs were not just walked and cared for, but socialized them with other dogs and made sure they got enough exercise daily. I have a part time job M-W 3-8:30 and Fri 3– 8:30. I’m off Thursday and the weekends. I’m available for sitting over weekends whether at your home for the whole weekend or just letting them out and feeding them. I’m flexible if need more time with advance notice. I would need to care for your fur babies at your home because I don’t have the space to care for them at my home. I do take care of my brother’s dogs on occasion. When they’re gone for the day or when they leave on vacation. I have taken in my neighbor’s dog for a week in the past while they were on vacation (when I lived in a place where it was convenient).
