About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 9 and truly can’t imagine life without them. I grew up with a black lab, Zida, and my family also has Riley, who is now 16 and has given me lots of experience caring for senior dogs and their changing needs. I adopted my own dog, Sarabi, as a puppy almost 6 years ago and spent a lot of time training her and helping her work through shyness, anxiety, and separation anxiety. She’s now my best buddy! I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, personalities, and energy levels, from puppies and high-energy dogs to anxious dogs who need extra patience and seniors who need a little more care. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, crates, oral medications, special diets, walks, basic training routines, and lots of playtime and cuddles. The biggest thing for me is meeting each dog where they are. When I meet a new dog, I let them approach me on their terms and never force an interaction. Some dogs want to be best friends immediately, while others need time and space, and I’m completely comfortable with both. I want your dog to feel safe and comfortable with me while you’re away. I work from home three days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility to spend time with your dog throughout the day. For house sitting, I’m happy to work remotely from your home, so your dog can have company, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I’m also available on weekends depending on my schedule. I know how important it is to feel comfortable with the person caring for your dog, and I’ll always follow your routines and instructions while in your home. I’m very attentive to each dog’s personality and boundaries and will never force interaction with a dog who needs time or space. I’m comfortable with crates, feeding schedules, oral medications, special diets, and dogs with anxiety or other individual needs. My goal is to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible while you’re away.

I have always been an animal lover, i never felt like watching them was work, just fun. I am always home since I’m a full time grooming student @ Animal Behavior College. My long term goal is to open up a pet and spa resort one day! 🐾 I believe that daily exercise, games, mental challenges and proper socialization is necessary for your pup to live a long and happy life! We think it’s so important that we do it for our pup and of course yours while you are away. I have a fenced in back area and 2 fur babies myself to keep your pup company. We have extra crated if needed and loads of toys to keep them happy! If alone time is their thing, they are always allowed to cuddle with us on our furniture! If a drop- in, I am very good at following concise instructions to insure happy and safe animals while you’re away! I am always home as I’m a mom of three. Your pet will get lots of one on one attention from me. I can’t wait to meet your fur baby! I have a fenced yard outside area and lots of toys. Also, I have a pool for my fur friends to play and cool off in during the summer! Your fur baby will feel at home and will receive lots of love and cuddles.

About: I’ve taken care of a few dogs/cats here and there while also having my own in the past from babies to seniors. I’m gentle, loving and care about your pets as if they were my own! I’m new to Rover and can’t wait to catch more experiences! I do work full time during the week, but pet care easily fits into my routine! You can rest assured while I am with your pets that they will be well attended to. A typical visit includes 15-20 minutes of play with your pet depending on energy levels, lots of positive attention and love, feeding and making sure they have access to water and making sure any business is done. As an overnight visitor, often for pets with anxiety or special needs/senior pets, I am with your pet in your home from 10pm-8am, plus visits during any of their usual scheduled feedings. As a dog walker, you can expect me to arrive and provide a full 30 minute walk to your pet. If you book through rover, you can also get a map of the walk we did, how long it took, and I provide pictures along the way. When it's time to go home, I make sure they and your home are safe and secure.

Not only do I love meeting new breeds, but I care about their health and wellbeing. My weekly visits to my local animal shelter gives me a chance to showcase my passion for helping dogs who lost their homes. My volunteer experience includes walking, feeding, and caring for various breeds of all sizes! These visits have made me familiar with a dog’s body language that may signal how they are feeling. My dog at home gets daily walks and has a runner in my backyard for when she needs to go outside. I often give her treats when she is being a good girl and notice if she needs to use the bathroom outside. At my local shelter, I am able to feed large and small dogs and leash dogs who are unfamiliar with me. I tend to make sure my posture and manners are friendly with all the pups! I also make sure to notice when a dog needs praising and do not ignore their good behavior!

About: I have 14+ years experience in the veterinary field. Learning about animal behaviors, preventative care and physical health is a passion of mine. I am a very well rounded animal enthusiast that loves to stay busy. Some of my extracurriculars include training my Australian shepherd, whether it’s dock diving, agility or overall obedience. I will hold each pet to standards that support good manners, so some training may be associated with my services. I strive to exercise your fur babies intellectually as well as physically. I am very detailed oriented, and consider myself very observant. I’m not afraid to communicate and ask questions regarding your pets’ needs. I would be caring for your pet around my typical work schedule, which is M-F ~8-6pm, but I can always drop in mid day during lunch. Communicating your expectations so I may practice proper time management is important for a successful and stress free pet sitting job. I have a very well socialized 5yo male, 50lb, Australian shepherd, Oshie and he loves to play. Additionally I can provide walks, and play sessions. Hikes are also supported.
