I genuinely love animals to my core, which is why in my free time, I rescue cats & volunteer in shelters I work fully remote so can be available anytime and with short notice. I also drive so getting to places will not be a problem at all. As a pet owner myself, I understand the stresses and worries that comes with when people are away from their pets. To earn trust, during the first interaction I like to sit on the floor and let the pet come to me. They can sniff me, cuddle up on my lap or just stare at me if they want. By sitting on the floor, I get to their eye level which makes me less intimidating as a new object in their environment. After I gain the pet’s trust, I make sure to send pics and videos during each visit. I also have no issues if the owners want to set up camera to monitor my activities and interactions with their pets.
