“Taylor H. is the best! Just retuned home after a week of being away from our cat and couldn't be more happy! We received prompt updates every day as to when she arrived along with pictures as well! It made for a less stressfull vacation knowing that our cat was in great hands! For you cat or dog sitting care, we highly recommend using Taylor H. as your pet care provider. A true pet lover for sure!!”

“Huge huge huge shout out to MacKenzie for watching my pups while I was out of town! I just moved up here and was a little worried about being away from the new place/state and leaving the dogs up here in the meantime. However, MacKenzie just seemed trustworthy, cool, and kind, and I was right! Not only did she want to make sure she did a good job and followed their schedules and everything to a T, she also just loved and cared about them instantly. What really sold MacKenzie as just being a rockstar was her willingness to work with my one dog who has major stranger danger and takes a bit to trust especially with females. MacKenzie did what she could and spent a lot of time focusing on his comfortability and building his trust with her while still ensuring my other dog got her attention and love as well. Throughout the visits, MacKenzie gave me numerous photos and videos as well as updates from all her visits. I am truly grateful to have had her help and her love and care for my animals while I was away. I will 100% be using MacKenzie from here on out for my animal’s care!”

About: Hi! My name is Alicia, I'm 30 years old and from Rochester. I mostly model for a living, but I miss having something to do during the weekdays, hence the new second job. I have always been an animal lover. I've had dogs all my life, and I'm very experienced with animals. I have not only helped trained my dog when she was a puppy, I also have been dog walking and house sitting in a professional setting for a couple years now. I have experience with small dogs, medium and large. My dog is my world and I don't think I could be anymore of an animal lover. I would love to become your dogs next best friend :) I am always up to the task of caring for animals, no matter how high energy they are. I love connecting with new animals and learning their routines. I am always on high alert with everyone, especially if I am the main care taker of an animal, so I always have their best interest in mind
About: Growing up with pets my entire life, I was able to get the jump on caring for pets of all ages and sizes. I’ve had multiple cats and dogs at a time. Navigating their relationships and routines was a welcomed challenge! I have experience caring for puppies and pups in their golden years. I currently work evenings as a cleaner. That leaves tons of time to walk, potty, play, and enjoy their yummy meal(s)! I love to give my undivided attention to your fur babies. At this time, I am not able to care for pets in my own home. After a meeting with you at their favorite park or pup cup spot, I would love to accommodate your pet care needs.
“While this was our first time with Ray, we already had him scheduled for some future in-house dog sitting and held a meet and greet. During that time, he came prepared with a list of questions, was early for our time, and very respectful. When we had a situation arise where we needed a drop-in with just a few days notice, he was able to step in. He message us with pics and a report of how they did, which we greatly appreciated. We're looking forward to having Ray watch our pups for a few days in a couple of weeks and feel even better about it based on this experience.”

“Kathryn is a very nice sitter! She follows the instructions carefully and being really nice to my cats. She will contact me in time or asking for more she could help. Most importantly, she has the cutest window stickers!”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. Growing up, I had three dogs and now I care for my own dog and two cats. I truly enjoy caring for pets and making sure they feel happy and comfortable. I’m especially attentive to each pet’s unique personality and needs, whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior who needs a gentler touch. I treat every animal like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I currently work part time, so my weekday schedule is flexible and allows plenty of time for pet care. I’m also available all weekend, which makes it easy for me to give pets the attention and care they need throughout the day. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I can fit pet care seamlessly into my routine. During dog walking and drop-in visits, safety and trust are my top priorities. When visiting your home, I follow your instructions carefully to ensure your pet’s comfort and routine stay consistent. I keep dogs on a secure leash during walks and stay aware of their behavior and surroundings to prevent any risks. I always make sure they have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a calm environment. I treat your home and pets with respect as if they were my own.

I have raised both of my dogs from a young age, and I trained both of them. One of my dogs is currently an elder, so I know how much extra tlc they need. I currently work from home, so I can be home all day with your babies if they need it. I have a dog park on property, so they can have frequent breaks and off leash running time. I have a dog park on property, and I have two kennels. One medium and one large. I also have a baby gate that can be put up to keep anyone apart if necessary.

About: I had dogs all my life, I love them!! I currently have a 11 years old weimaraner, which is in Spain with my parents, and a 5 years old Russian Toy, Harry. Harry is living with my bf and I in Rochester. He is 4.5lb and a super easy-going boy! So, I am used to all dog sizes, and I do pretty well with the high energy ones!! I'm a PhD student so I can scape from the lab anytime. I normally walk my dogs very early in the morning, at noon and at night. During the weekends I give them long walks. At my place my dogs have been always inside home and at their own. When they go out is always under my supervision. Since my dogs are well behaved and not destructive I've never used crates. If I take care of a dog that is not mine, I will listen the requirements from their humans to have a good care of their needs.
About: I enjoy being around dogs, as i have one of my own now, i had dogs growing up and they have always been a friend i needed. I’m always the person at the gathering that spends more time with the dog rather than people lol. I have wanted to become a veterinarian since a kid, although i grew out of that, i know my purpose is to work with the voiceless, animals. (although they have their own voice lol). I’m currently doing this for experience due to being in school full time/work. I plan on advancing my knowledge in animal behavior. I am currently working full time Friday-Sunday. I am free Monday/Thursday. Thursday is not open as a service because i am only available until 12pm. I am very aware of surroundings during dog walks and aware that dogs will be dogs. I’ve studied multiple breeds and i am one to know that some breeds react differently than others, such as my own dog. I think dogs are misunderstanding and people don’t realize they do not think like humans. It is not easy to trust someone with your furry loved one, trust your intuition. I treat others peoples pet like i would want mine to be treated, with respect, patience and love.
“Valerie is truly the best! Our cat loved her and she’s not like that with anyone. Valerie is very sweet and patient. She made this experience a lot easier for us and our cat, sending pictures and communicating a lot! Thanks for everything Valerie!”

“Meredith is one of those rare people that really cares and relates to your pet. With so much patience and kindness our quirky Tater Bug (with a pretty rough rescue past) was in love! Every picture was a happy tail wagging boy with Meredith playing. ball with him on beautiful days. Our sincerest thanks and praise for a dog sitter with a heart if pure gold.”

Hilton dog parents share their Rover experiences
Katie was amazing with my dog Bailey while I was on vacation. She came by every morning and took Bailey for a walk and made sure she had food and water. She was very conscious of the hot weather and made sure bailey did not over heat or be out too long. Bailey is very picky about the people she likes but she took to Katie right away. I will definitely be calling her again.

Jessica was fantastic! We booked with her last minute, and she was still willing to meet us ahead of time to meet our two dogs and go over their needs. It was clear from the beginning that she very responsible, sincerely cares about your animals needs, and stays true to the time frame of the booking. I can’t say how appreciative and thankful we are for her!
