About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for over 20 years and currently have two of my own. I have experience volunteering for animal shelters and can handle meds, clean up, walks, or assistance for special needs animals. I am insured with Pet Sitters Associates. About: What really sets me apart is the amount of hands-on experience I’ve had with cats over the years. I’ve fostered so many cats—everything from tiny kittens to older adults—and I’ve helped several of them find loving forever homes. I’ve also taken care of sick cats, so I’m comfortable giving basic medications and paying close attention to any changes in their behavior. I’ve had two cats of my own in the past, so I fully understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone. I’m very patient, gentle, and genuinely love being around cats. I currently work in a hybrid setup. About: I’ve been caring for pets for over 16 years, including having 4 cats of my own, 2 dogs, and few fosters! I’m comfortable administering medications and following detailed care routines. I work in human healthcare, so I’m attentive, dependable, and take health and safety seriously. I currently have two very spoiled cats, Max and Toby, and I truly treat every pet like they’re my own. I love getting to know each animal’s personality and making sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I currently work Wednesday through Saturday, so my availability is more limited on those days. I’m most available on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. That said, I’m sometimes able to accommodate visits on workdays depending on the time, so it never hurts to ask! I do best with about a week’s notice for new requests, but I’m always happy to try to help with last-minute needs when I can, even if availability isn’t guaranteed. I have a car and a bike, and can drive to your home anywhere around Davis, Woodland, Dixon, and parts of Sac I do not have a pet of my own currently, so I have the flexibility to be away from home for overnight visits. I am very responsible, punctual, and professional. I have 15 years of providing professional dog sitting and dog walking services, as well as car sitting, and pet boarding. I can also administer oral medications, groom, and wash your dog. I have a very flexible schedule all days of the week and weekends! I am a grad student, and my schedule is very light right now. When I care for pets for extended stays, I am actively engaging with the pets all the time. I stay home with them a lot so they don’t get lonely, take frequent walks, have lots of play time, respect their feeding and sleeping schedules, and most importantly have a ton of fun. I'm just as excited to run, jump, and throw with your most energetic pets, as I am to keep a nice, slow pace on the road to a great relationship with your more timid and cautious companions. I'm work remotely and would love nothing more than having a four-legged friend to meet up with at the water cooler throughout the week! Outside of Tuesday afternoons, my current schedule is flexible enough to discuss any other day or time that works best for you and your pet! Whether it's maintaining a strict diet/mealtime while we hang out inside or going for a stroll for some fresh air outside, there is truly nothing I take more seriously than your animal's health and safety. Any household rules or precautions (Certain doors kept closed, loose fence gate-latch, etc.) will be specifically noted and immediately made a priority.
