“I have a 12 yr cockapoo who requires daily medication. Noria has been our overnight sitter since April 2024. She only takes one dog in addition to her own sweet Milo. Noria is incredibly kind, smart, professional, loves dogs and has a gentle/loving way in interacting with my Kobe. She has been truly a blessing to find! My family and I are assured that when we leave Kobe for an overnight with Noria that he is being cared for as if he is part of her family. Kobe can be an anxious dog and slow to warm up to people. She has a patient and playful disposition. From the first time he met her he was happy, calm and it was evident that he felt secure in her care. The medication and feeding instructions have always been followed and understood. We appreciate the photos she sends and the updates as to how he is doing. Noria is a genuine individual who has been a complete joy for our family to work with. We are so happy that she has been caring for Kobe. When we go away we know he looks forward to his time with Noria and Milo!”

For the weekend he was very good at communicating how our Penny was doing, and we got several videos and pictures throughout the day. So grateful for Lupe and it gave us a peace of mind knowing Penny is in good hands! He also has an amazing backyard where Penny really enjoyed playing fetch with Lupe! We have left Roco with James several times now and he is a favorite. I love that he takes only one dog each time, since it means he is providing full attention to your dog, and there is less risk of accidents. Roco is always happy to see him (as soon as we drive into his area) and is calm when I pick him up. I can tell he loves to stay with James!! No anxiety, no rush to get in the car. Just perfect!! Also we value James flexibility: we had flights changed and he accommodated the extra time without any issue.
