My family and I are assured that when we leave Kobe for an overnight with Noria that he is being cared for as if he is part of her family. Kobe can be an anxious dog and slow to warm up to people. She has a patient and playful disposition. From the first time he met her he was happy, calm and it was evident that he felt secure in her care. The medication and feeding instructions have always been followed and understood. We appreciate the photos she sends and the updates as to how he is doing. Our dog likes going to her place as there are usually multiple fur friends for him to play with. (He was happy to go there the second time, so that tells me he has enjoyed himself.) Lucy is friendly and quick to respond to communications. Her years is fenced and it seems like the dogs get to spend a lot of time out there, which is great for our dog.”

“Bhavani and family took care of our Diesel during holiday season (9 days). Our Diesel is a large (lab) puppy with extra energy. She did a great job and I highly recommend her. She was quick to respond and very accommodating. She even helped navigate the app( for first timer like me) and from the beginning of setting up the meet and greet visit to until the last day, she was prompt in communicating, shared pictures and videos daily, followed the instructions. Bhavani family loved and cared for our Diesel like it their own. Did not bother us with anything, just shared pictures and videos which gave us peace of mind and confidence to enjoy our vacation. Her home is safe for pets and she really has the experience to handle them. We have left Roco with James several times now and he is a favorite. I love that he takes only one dog each time, since it means he is providing full attention to your dog, and there is less risk of accidents. Roco is always happy to see him (as soon as we drive into his area) and is calm when I pick him up. I can tell he loves to stay with James!! No anxiety, no rush to get in the car. Just perfect!! Also we value James flexibility: we had flights changed and he accommodated the extra time without any issue.
Jessica was great with our 5 month old puppy, Lila! She has a big, beautiful, fenced backyard that Lila really enjoyed. Jessica was extremely conscientious. She maintained Lila’s schedule, sent regular photos, checked in about med timing, and very carefully repacked all of Lila’s things and had them ready to go before pickup. Puppy energy is a lot and Jessica handled it extremely well, including making sure her two resident dogs weren’t overwhelmed by Lila’s antics and got their own space when needed.
