I only care for one pet at a time (with the exception of households with multiple pets). I previously owned both dogs and cats for many years and also have experience pet-sitting for family and friends. I work from home, so I will be here with your pet the entire time they’re in my care. I love dogs and cats, so my priorities are always to ensure their safety, comfort, and that they have an amazing time while they’re here. I currently don’t have any pets here with me, so your pet will always have my full attention. My condo has great walking paths that your dog will be sure to love!

We have left Roco with James several times now and he is a favorite. I love that he takes only one dog each time, since it means he is providing full attention to your dog, and there is less risk of accidents. Roco is always happy to see him (as soon as we drive into his area) and is calm when I pick him up. I can tell he loves to stay with James!! No anxiety, no rush to get in the car. Just perfect!! Also we value James flexibility: we had flights changed and he accommodated the extra time without any issue.
James is a dog whisperer. He bonded with my dog -Parker- so quickly for three weeks stay. This was her first boarding experience with a complete stranger. Updates and pictures came regularly during the stay to give us peace of mind that Parker was in good hand. I would definitely hire James again in the futures. Highly recommend James to take care of your pets during your vacation.
James is my daycare angel and I am so relieved to find just the right person for my senior dog. I travel to NJ for work and bring Bandit with me when I can. He loves traveling but when I am in all day meetings/dinners it is not usually possible. James was so flexible I did not have to stress about drop off/pick up times, he was super responsive, and Bandit was totally comfortable with him. Now I can bring him every trip and use James for those occasions I need help.
He took amazing care of our cats and sent us constant updates! Will definitely book with him if he's available next time!
Roco has stayed with James twice and we see Roco happy to come back. We also love that James is very flexible with the times and responds quickly to any message. Finally, I value a ton to receive updates and pics during the stay. So we will definitely keep James as our doggy sitter for Roco.
James is a great sitter. Very particular and organized. My dog had a great time with him. He sent me regular updates and photos. My little one was well taken care off..Would highly recommend him..

Schedule
I work from home, so I will always be here with your pet! I can take breaks frequently during the workday so there will be plenty of time to play or go for a walk.

My house is completely pet-friendly. Your pet will be welcome to relax in the living space or keep me company in my office while I'm working.
A typical day
I'll always make sure that your dog enjoys their stay here. Throughout the day, we'll go for walks around the neighborhood and walking paths. We'll also spend as much time playing with toys as your dog wants.
