“Bonnie took amazing care of our yorkie Spike for 4nights. She and her husband scheduled a meet and greet where they had an initial interaction with Spike and talked to us about his needs/routine. Due to pancreas’s issues he is on a strict diet and likes to drink a lot of water. Bonnie accommodated this without issue, adjusted to Spikes routine, and gave him frequent potty breaks. She sent us pictures and videos multiple times a day, which I loved 🥰. We could tell he was comfortable by the images and when we returned to pick him up, could see that he was well taken care of and happy. We have left Roco with James several times now and he is a favorite. I love that he takes only one dog each time, since it means he is providing full attention to your dog, and there is less risk of accidents. Roco is always happy to see him (as soon as we drive into his area) and is calm when I pick him up. I can tell he loves to stay with James!! No anxiety, no rush to get in the car. Just perfect!! Also we value James flexibility: we had flights changed and he accommodated the extra time without any issue.
