“Isbath was great with my dog. Precious is highly skittish and tends to have a hard time adapting to new environments, but she was fantastic with Isbath. She ate, played, walked and had no problem sleeping through the night while in her care. I got numerous updates, pictures, and videos, of my dog being her relaxed and playful self. We have left Roco with James several times now and he is a favorite. I love that he takes only one dog each time, since it means he is providing full attention to your dog, and there is less risk of accidents. Roco is always happy to see him (as soon as we drive into his area) and is calm when I pick him up. I can tell he loves to stay with James!! No anxiety, no rush to get in the car. Just perfect!! Also we value James flexibility: we had flights changed and he accommodated the extra time without any issue.
