“Bonnie and her family are amazing! Sesame is an anxious baby, but everyone in her family gave him so much love and hugs that he immediately settled in. Bonnie shared many photos with me throughout his stay so I could see how he was doing. She was also very communicative, especially about his meals, since he’s a picky eater who’s not very good about finishing his food. She and her family really went above and beyond to care for him! I would totally stay with her again!!!”

About: I have been raised around dogs my entire life and have over 11 years of hands-on dog care experience. To me, dogs aren’t just animals but can be family, loyal friends…the closest companions in our lives. I treat every guest pup with the exact same love, respect, and careful attention I give my own I work a flexible 9-5 job where there can be a day or two for me to work remotely. I’m open to boarding those days and the weekends too! I have two dogs in my loft currently. One senior 14-year old morkie and a 3-year old English pointer. Both are trained and don’t bother others. If crates are needed, I have one.

About: I am the kind of person who wants to stop and pet every dog in the park. I've had a dog for 13 years and currently have 2 cats of my own. I have fostered cats with a rescue organization. I love furry creatures of all breeds and sizes. Your fur baby will get walks, play and lots of cuddles throughout their day. They will receive the best care while you are away. Your pets will get all the attention they need throughout the day. Dogs will get regular potty breaks, daily walks, or doggy park plays if preferred. Kittens will be cuddled. I have a big house with plenty of room to roam, and a big yard (unfenced) where I can take your fur baby out for some play (leashed). Your puppy will get regular walks in the yard or a nearby park. I allow all pets on furniture or in bed, or will crate them if preferred. I have 2 cats of my own who have lived with a dog all their lives, and with foster kittens for several months.

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life—from raising rabbits, ducks, and parrots as a kid to caring for my own dogs today. I currently have two: a 12-year-old Pomeranian and a 4-month-old Border Collie puppy. Caring for both a senior dog and a high-energy herding breed has given me experience across all stages of a dog’s life—from patient senior care to structured puppy training. I’m very observant of each pet’s needs and behavior, which helps me notice if something seems off and respond with care. I’ve also cared for various breeds, including English Pointers and toy breeds, and I understand that each dog’s personality and routine are unique. I’m beginning formal obedience classes with my Border Collie to expand my training knowledge and apply positive, engaging methods with all the pets I care for. My goal is to make sure every animal feels safe, loved, and happy while their owners are away—just like I would want for my own pets. Caring for animals is part of my everyday life and something I truly enjoy. I’m home full-time, which allows me to give pets my full attention throughout the day. My routine already revolves around caring for my two dogs — a senior Pomeranian and a young Border Collie — with regular walks, playtime, training, and affection. Adding pet sitting and dog care to my daily schedule feels like a natural extension of what I already love doing. I make time each day for exercise, mental stimulation, and rest for the animals in my care, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Whether pets stay in my home or I visit theirs, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for just like they would with their own family. I follow each pet’s routine closely — from feeding and walks to playtime and rest — and I always keep their comfort and well-being in mind. In my home, pets have a calm, clean environment with plenty of supervised playtime and affection. For in-home visits, I respect the owner’s space and care for pets according to their regular schedule to reduce stress and maintain consistency. I pay close attention to their behavior, keep them mentally and physically active, and send frequent updates so owners always know their pets are happy and in good hands.
