About: I have loved and cared for animals for most of my life. Growing up, I raised and cared for dogs and many other household pets, which taught me responsibility, patience, and attentiveness from a young age. One of my earliest experiences was helping care for a mother dog and her newborn puppies. Since moving to the United States 15 years ago, I have regularly helped friends and neighbors care for their pets while they were away. In my professional life, I have been an elementary school teacher for the past ten years. My experience working with children has strengthened my ability to be patient, observant, dependable, and responsive to individual needs. I treat every pet with the same level of care and attention that I would give to a member of my own family. I am a full-time elementary school teacher during the school year. During the summer, I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the day to provide care, supervision, companionship, and exercise for dogs. Because I am home for most of the day during summer break, I can accommodate regular walks, feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I am committed to maintaining your pet’s routine and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for while you are away. I live in an end-unit townhouse in a safe, pet-friendly neighborhood with nearby walking paths, parks, and green spaces. My home provides a calm and comfortable environment where pets can relax and feel secure. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and daily routines. I supervise pets closely, keep them on leash during walks unless otherwise directed in a secure area, and make safety my top priority at all times. I understand that every dog has unique needs, and I strive to provide individualized care that helps them feel at home.
About: Pet Care Experience I am a full time veterinary technician, and have 3 years of experience. Who knows dogs and cats better than someone who works with them? 😊🩷 I provide care for all kinds of cats and dogs, with all kinds of personalities. I understand their needs based on age, health, breed, and personality. Along with the Rover services I provide, I can also offer medical care such as subcutaneous fluids and/or medications at no extra cost. Your pet will have a safe, fun, and stress free experience in a comfortable environment. Since each pet is different, I personalize their care based on their needs, breed, personality, and comfort level. Boarding is my preferred service to offer. Selecting this option is discounted, and my availability is more flexible 🌸🌼 Schedule I work full time, so my boarding services are perfect for pets who are already used to a working household. This is also ideal for pets who are used to using a pee pad or litterbox, however they will still go on walks to get exercise and fresh air! While I am at work, pets will be safely secured in a comfortable and appropriate area of my home, and be well provided for. Before leaving for work, your pet will have: - Fresh food and water - Medications administered (if applicable) - Walks / Potty breaks / Cleaned litterbox / Fresh pee pads - Playtime and exercise Once I return home, your pet will receive more potty breaks, exercise, enrichment, affection, and any additional care they need. I board 7 days a week with pre-arranged drop off and pick up times. House Sitting I am available during the weekends starting Fridays after 7pm into Sundays, and on Holidays when my clinic is closed. On rotating Saturdays I do work a 6 hour shift, so your pet will be left alone for that period only, and I will return after. Drop Ins I am fully available for 3 drop in visits on Wednesdays, Saturdays (Before and after work) and Sundays. Environment I live in an apartment with two other responsible adults who are respectful of the pets in my care. While they may interact with your pet, their care is my sole responsibility. Your pet will be staying in my clean, secure, and spacious bedroom while having free access to roam between my room and another bedroom (provided your pet gets along with my dog) She is a 4 year old Yorkie and is very friendly and playful. Safety I always make sure to use the Double Door Rule and take precautions to prevent escape attempts. I also make sure your pet's living space is clean and free of any harmful objects, food, substances, and other unsafe conditions. During your pet's stay, my room is their room 🩷 Trust I provide full transparency and an open line of communication (while I am at work, responses may be slightly delayed, but I will always get back to you as soon as possible) You will receive regular updates throughout your pet’s stay, including photos and/or videos. If there are any changes in behavior, appetite, or health, you will be notified right away. To ensure the best care for your pet, all pets must be up to date with their rabies vaccine (as required by law) distemper, and bordatella vaccines. They must also be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious diseases The safety and comfort of your pet will always come first. If I believe a situation poses a risk to your pet, another animal, myself, or anyone else, I reserve the right to modify or discontinue service. In the event this happens, you will be notified and your emergency contact will be contacted.
“Awesome! Jean, is excellent! We left our 7-year-old Labradoodle for the first time with Jean for an extended weekend. She treated Simba as if he was her own dog and sent us pics of their wonderful time together multiple times a day. Simba loved it and felt at home. We are so glad we found Jean as she will be our go-to person moving forward.”

“I can't say enough good things about Anoti! She and her family welcomed Dante with open arms and really made him feel at home. Dante is very high-energy, and Anoti accommodated nicely with plenty of long walks. I could see from the photos how much fun Dante was having and how much love he was getting. I would definitely seek out Anoti for our future boarding needs!”

Jenny and her husband were absolutely outstanding hosts for our dog while we were in the middle of moving. They were incredibly friendly, communicative, and kept us updated throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind during a hectic time. Their massive fenced-in yard was also perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy. We would book with them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NJ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
