I am a full-time elementary school teacher during the school year. During the summer, I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the day to provide care, supervision, companionship, and exercise for dogs. Because I am home for most of the day during summer break, I can accommodate regular walks, feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I am committed to maintaining your pet’s routine and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for while you are away.

I live in an end-unit townhouse in a safe, pet-friendly neighborhood with nearby walking paths, parks, and green spaces. My home provides a calm and comfortable environment where pets can relax and feel secure. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and daily routines. I supervise pets closely, keep them on leash during walks unless otherwise directed in a secure area, and make safety my top priority at all times. I understand that every dog has unique needs, and I strive to provide individualized care that helps them feel at home.

To provide the best possible care, I would like to know your dog’s feeding schedule, exercise routine, sleeping habits, medical conditions, medications, and any special instructions. It is also helpful to know how your dog behaves around new people, other dogs, children, and unfamiliar environments. Understanding your pet’s personality, preferences, and routine helps me create a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for them.
A typical day
A typical day starts with a morning walk and breakfast, followed by relaxation time and companionship. Throughout the day, I provide potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention based on each dog’s energy level and routine. Depending on the dog’s preferences, activities may include neighborhood walks, visits to nearby green spaces, games of fetch, or simply spending time together indoors. In the evening, I take dogs for another walk and help them settle in for a comfortable night.

Pet care experience
I have loved and cared for animals for most of my life. Growing up, I raised and cared for dogs and many other household pets, which taught me responsibility, patience, and attentiveness from a young age. One of my earliest experiences was helping care for a mother dog and her newborn puppies. Since moving to the United States 15 years ago, I have regularly helped friends and neighbors care for their pets while they were away. In my professional life, I have been an elementary school teacher for the past ten years. My experience working with children has strengthened my ability to be patient, observant, dependable, and responsive to individual needs. I treat every pet with the same level of care and attention that I would give to a member of my own family.
