I am back in central Jersey, taking care of my Mom full time, giving me available opportunity for dogs 24/7. I have no full nor part time job, so much much down time here.

I have a large empty townhouse in central Jersey with only one other inhabitant-sweet adorable senior Mom. There is an outdoor patio and courtyard, that leads to the grounds of the community where there is a dog walk and plenty of green grass to run and walk on. We have a large empty room that I can play fetch with a dog, and throw a toy on a rainy day or anytime.

Anything I need to know, of course, please fill me in. The more information, the better. I’d want to know if the dog is potty trained and what is their general personality. (calm, hyper, nervous?). And of course, anything medically. And if any scheduling needs (needs food or walks at certain times?) and however little info it might seem, please fill me in.
Un día normal
I am very eager to play and take care of any medium or small dog again, I might be more energetic and active, than the dog. Besides walks and hours of downtime stomach and ear rubs, there is outdoor grass spaces and dog runs near my place, in addition to our large empty extra room. The standard of ball/toy catch and return, tug of war play is always a go to. And if the dog or owner has anything special they want to do, I'll be happy to make them happy.

I raised my dog as a child for 15 years then raised another dog as an adult for 15 years. I cannot own a dog right now, so would love the opportunity to care for dogs again.
