I asked her to do a meet & greet with my dog first so she could do a trial walk with him and listen to my explanations for his care. She arrived on time for the meet and greet and did a great job with the trial walk. She arrived on time on the day of the scheduled walk, followed all my instructions, sent me pictures of my dog and gave him a post walk treat while luring him back to his pen.
